非常非常不錯！我們是7月8日晚上大概10點多11點才到酒店的，首先，當晚當值的保安大哥很熱情，幫我們安排車位，幫我們提行李。前台的小妹妹態度也特別親切温柔。酒店很新，房間特別大，床品也很舒適，而且讓我最滿意的是，不僅寵物友好，還能做到這麼乾淨整潔！真的非常非常好！很值得推薦的一家酒店。從工作人員到酒店的軟件和硬件都沒得挑！

不愧是哈密旗艦店，先説酒店掛四星級，整個酒店給人一種很新，很專業的服務。全員的服務在線從入門保安服務，前台迎賓，客房服務等都很熱情會主動問好，協助搬行李等服務。房間面積很大很乾凈，也很靜音，床品也很舒服。洗衣服務還有專人負責收疊！早餐品種很多，菜品質量不錯，檔口清晰可見。唯一缺點就是酒店附近停車場有點緊俏，回來晚了要停的有點遠，希望增加專屬停車位，也有外部充電樁。洗衣房洗衣機業務繁忙，感覺不夠用。總體來説很滿意！

Decent Atour hotel, amenities are excellent, the room was clean and having stayed at numerous Atour hotels this one was good. The laundry room is useful for travelers and I didn’t need to wait to use the facilities. The local restaurant on the first floor (outside the hotel) is excellent. Just follow the music and you’ll find it. Car parking is OK, we parked at the back but if does get busy because of the restaurant. Can they improve? Yes, of course, the check in receptionist looked as though she’d never seen a foreigner before and was cold and abrupt. I thought she was rude. Come on Atour, train your people properly. Breakfast was good, although the staff should have replenished all the items towards the end of service - there was virtually no fruit left. The differences between Atour hotels are largely around individual employees, here the reception/check in was below my expectation. No water or tea offered either. Says it all really.

เป็นโรงแรมของ Home Inn จริงๆ พนักงานต้อนรับอบอุ่น เอาใจใส่ และพิถีพิถัน และรู้สึกอบอุ่นเหมือนอยู่บ้านทันทีที่เข้าประตู! ห้องพักสะอาด เป็นระเบียบ สว่างและอบอุ่น ผ้าปูที่นอนนุ่มสบาย ไม่มีกลิ่น 😊! อาหารเช้าหลากหลาย อร่อย อร่อย มีคุณค่าทางโภชนาการ และสุขภาพ 👍 ! ต้องได้รับการตอบรับเป็นอย่างดี 5 คะแนน ✌️ เป็นประสบการณ์ที่น่าพึงพอใจมาก! ขอแนะนําให้ทุกคน! จะกลับมาอีกในครั้งหน้าในการเดินทางเพื่อธุรกิจ! ที่แนะนํา!

Good place, you can walk there from the HSR train station in abt 10-15 minutes. The building itself isn't that impressive but the hotel floors are nice and my suite was extremely spacious and nice. It had the best shower in all of China, amazing water pressure. There's a shop right next door selling water etc and on the main street there are many restaurants selling bbq or noodles.

There is night snacks from 8 to 10pm but when i went at 9:39pm, there was nothing and the kitchen staff didnt really entertain, picture provided taken at 9.39pm and some ligts off. Hotel room is good and nice view. Bed is soft and very comfortable. They provide 2 types of pillows which is very good. This is like a commercial building and the hotel occupies about 1 floor. There is also Rubic cube hotel which is at the same lobby. There is a Day Night mini mart at level 1. There are many parking lot and a car wash at ground floor level. Breakfast seems quite extensive range but kitchen/restaurant staff were very unfriendly and loud. Security The TV was good though. I particularly like the morning receptionist which was very friendly and pleasant. Her name is in the photo.

สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกค่อนข้างใหม่ แต่ไม่รู้ว่าทําไมกระแสน้ําในอ่างถึงน้อยมาก ตอนแรกก็โอเค ไม่กี่นาทีต่อมาก็เล็กลงเรื่อยๆ หลีกเลี่ยงการล้างอย่างแรง! น้ําในอ่างก็เล็กลง ต่อมาสาวน้อยที่แผนกต้อนรับค่อนข้างเต็มไปหน่อยก็ดีขึ้นหลังจากซ่อมแซมด้วยความกระตือรือร้น สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกถูกหักโดยหนึ่งดาวที่นี่! หักค่าบริการหนึ่งดาวทําให้รู้สึกว่าทัศนคติของบุคคลค่อนข้างเย็นชา! โดยรวมแล้วโรงแรมนี้คุ้มค่าแก่การเข้าพัก! โดยเฉพาะเจ้านาย เมื่อฉันต้องการเปลี่ยนห้องที่ใหญ่ขึ้นเพราะมีสัมภาระเยอะ เขาจึงคิดหาวิธีแก้ปัญหาอย่างแข็งขันและยกย่องทัศนคตินี้ 👍

家人從新疆回家自駕的路上，途經巴里坤，我在去哪兒上訂了當地較高檔的酒店，就是這家。家人一入住就給我發了這個視頻，太震驚了！房間裏有蟲子還能理解，但是在衞生紙上爬來爬去也太噁心了。以後能不能衞生紙一客一換，給個帶包裝的？這家酒店在這裏收費也不低，每個客人給包完整包裝的衞生紙應該不難吧！家人説這家酒店設施就像招待所一樣，位置也是在政府邊上吧，肯定不是高大上的，反正大家作為參加吧！
