The hotel is about a ten minute drive from Hami Station. There is a street with a row of barbecue shops in a row nearby, plus other places to eat nearby. I selected this hotel because I saw it had hosted foreign guests before. When I was there (August 2024), the staff were giving out slices of melon at reception in the afternoon. The breakfast selection was good, my room was pretty quiet, and the laundry room had two washing machine but no dryer (but in August, the air is dry anyway). All the staff were friendly.

Decent Atour hotel, amenities are excellent, the room was clean and having stayed at numerous Atour hotels this one was good. The laundry room is useful for travelers and I didn’t need to wait to use the facilities. The local restaurant on the first floor (outside the hotel) is excellent. Just follow the music and you’ll find it. Car parking is OK, we parked at the back but if does get busy because of the restaurant. Can they improve? Yes, of course, the check in receptionist looked as though she’d never seen a foreigner before and was cold and abrupt. I thought she was rude. Come on Atour, train your people properly. Breakfast was good, although the staff should have replenished all the items towards the end of service - there was virtually no fruit left. The differences between Atour hotels are largely around individual employees, here the reception/check in was below my expectation. No water or tea offered either. Says it all really.

酒店裝修很好，設施也很好，有智能馬桶，智能控制系統，設施齊全，床品幹靜整潔，早餐也非常棒！我當場就推薦給了我的朋友第二天入住。不遠的地方有一家湖南十粵菜館的飯菜也非常好吃，所以入住體驗非常好！

超有愛酒店，停車方便。進門就有歡迎水果，親子房佈置温馨，衞生打掃的很好。從前台到保安師傅，全體服務人員都親切熱情。神奇的是酒店送晚餐，新疆肉太夯了，我衹能中午吃一頓，晚上再吃肉實在吃不下，酒店送的晚餐完美解決了一家老小的北方胃，喝點粥，吃點青菜，舒適貼心。  前台小姐姐小曼服務特別熱情，辦理入住效率很高，態度温柔貼心，整體體驗超棒！

Location excellent. Loved the spacious room with large beds. Very clean with all amenities provided. Beautiful view of the city from the 13th floor. Loved the decor. Bathroom was large.staff was super friendly and efficient. They patiently helped with translatios and queries. Helped book taxis. Also the staff offered and we got a free tax to the train station i ride to the train station. Loved the decor of the entire hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

Good place, you can walk there from the HSR train station in abt 10-15 minutes. The building itself isn't that impressive but the hotel floors are nice and my suite was extremely spacious and nice. It had the best shower in all of China, amazing water pressure. There's a shop right next door selling water etc and on the main street there are many restaurants selling bbq or noodles.

There is night snacks from 8 to 10pm but when i went at 9:39pm, there was nothing and the kitchen staff didnt really entertain, picture provided taken at 9.39pm and some ligts off. Hotel room is good and nice view. Bed is soft and very comfortable. They provide 2 types of pillows which is very good. This is like a commercial building and the hotel occupies about 1 floor. There is also Rubic cube hotel which is at the same lobby. There is a Day Night mini mart at level 1. There are many parking lot and a car wash at ground floor level. Breakfast seems quite extensive range but kitchen/restaurant staff were very unfriendly and loud. Security The TV was good though. I particularly like the morning receptionist which was very friendly and pleasant. Her name is in the photo.

The hotel room in itself was fine. However, since I lost my European power plug to American-style flat-prong plug adapter in the train, I asked if they would have an adapter for. They said yes, wait a moment. After 40 minutes or so I went sightseeing in the town. Back in the hotel I asked again for the adapter, they said wait 10 minutes, nothing happened. I went for food and back at the hotel I asked again, they said sorry, initially gave me a wrong adapter, then finally a good one, that at first instance shortcut the power outlets. Then it took almost 30 minutes to fix this. It just all took too long! Also, the room has automatic curtains, and I really disliked it that the moment I entered the room, the curtains automatically opened. It didn't remember my prefered settings, quite annoying.

I love this hotel! Receptionists were beautiful people, they upgraded my room and gave me a breakfast for free. The hotel is clean and has an excellent location, almost in front of the high speed railway station .
