"This is the only hotel on Dahaidao. The rooms are spacious and the cleanliness is excellent. For a hotel like this in the Gobi Desert, it's quite good. We booked two rooms, and one had a problem with the shower. When the boys showered, the bathroom floor was flooded. We called the front desk, and someone came to check it out. They couldn't find the cause, but simply wiped the water away with a floor towel. The second person showered, learning from their mistakes, and quickly fixed the problem. The bathroom was still flooded. Furthermore, there was no floor drain, so we had to wipe it away with a towel. The service was questionable, and the facilities were poorly maintained. The restaurant is a bit overpriced, but the food was okay."

"Starting at 9 AM, I waited 25 minutes for the boiled eggs for breakfast, but they never arrived. I asked three staff members, who all replied that they would check on them, and then nothing happened. Several disposable items in the room were chargeable, such as disposable towels – a consumer trap. There was hair on the floor between the bathtub and the sink. The gym is on the basement level, and it closes around 9 PM and reopens at 9:30 AM, limiting workout time. There's also a wellness center on the same basement level, which is quite lively. Overall, it's all show and no substance; next time I'll choose a hotel with better management standards, like Atour."

"When I drove out of a parking lot, the front desk said the system was broken and couldn't record the license plate. They said I just needed to tell the security guard to open the door. I waited for a long time at the gate, but the security guard kept asking questions and didn't open the door. I didn't feel happy for a single day after staying there for a few days, which seriously lowered my impression of Atour."
