We had the worst check in experience at this hotel, compared to all the other hotels we've stayed in for 20 days in China so far. The staff realised I'm not Chinese but insisted that I had to write the names of the cities and other information on the registration form in Chinese. I told them the information through Google translate and they looked at me dumbfounded. They didn't even make an effort to use a translator on their phone. They kept repeating the same question in Chinese and I told them I don't know. This went on for about 15 minutes. I was getting frustrated after a 420km ride but they just laughed with each other, instead of trying to make the process quicker and easier for them and us. They kept asking which city we entered China from and I showed them the entry stamp on my passport, they FINALLY READ IT PROBABLY, it was in Chinese. They all just looked at each other and laughed. It is very unprofessional. The room was clean.

ไปเที่ยวในจีนมาหลายที่พักมาหลายโรงแรมแต่ไม่เคยเจอโรงแรมไหนที่ใส่ใจลูกค้าแบบนี้ ตอนกลางคืนพนักงานก็ถามว่าขาดเหลืออะไรให้แจ้งได้ เมื่อเขารู้ว่าเป็นคนต่างชาติก็บริการดีและอบอุ่นมาก ตอนเย็นก็มีแจกผลไม้อร่อยมาก และตอนกลับก็ยังให้ผลไม้ลูกใหญ่1ลูกพร้อมน้ำ สถานที่ของโรงแรมก็ดีมากติดถนน มีที่จอดรถด้านหลังกว้าง และอยู่ใกล้สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกมากมาย ถ้าอนาคตมาที่นี่อีกจะมาพักที่นี่เพราะการบริการที่อบอุ่น ถ้าคนไทยผ่านมาเห็นแนะนำให้เข้าพักเลยค่ะ ต่างชาติคนอื่นๆแนะนำให้เข้าพักเพราะเขาต้อนรับดีปลอดภัย❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Decent Atour hotel, amenities are excellent, the room was clean and having stayed at numerous Atour hotels this one was good. The laundry room is useful for travelers and I didn’t need to wait to use the facilities. The local restaurant on the first floor (outside the hotel) is excellent. Just follow the music and you’ll find it. Car parking is OK, we parked at the back but if does get busy because of the restaurant. Can they improve? Yes, of course, the check in receptionist looked as though she’d never seen a foreigner before and was cold and abrupt. I thought she was rude. Come on Atour, train your people properly. Breakfast was good, although the staff should have replenished all the items towards the end of service - there was virtually no fruit left. The differences between Atour hotels are largely around individual employees, here the reception/check in was below my expectation. No water or tea offered either. Says it all really.

We would highly recommend this hotel, Tian ma hotel for those visiting Hami, Xinjiang. Tian Ma hotel is just about 700m / 10 minutes walk from Hami Railway station. The design of the room makes it practical and comfortable to stay in. The bedroom and the bathroom & toilet area is partitioned by a wall with sensor lights. The breakfast is also reasonably good for the price we paid. It was 198 yuan per night when we stayed there in May 2024. The room is very clean and the water pressure in the shower is strong. There's also washing machines available for self-service laundry on the 2nd floor.

這次入住體驗超出預期！酒店大堂裝修簡約大氣，空間開闊，休息區沙發柔軟，傍晚坐在窗邊看街景很放鬆。最驚喜的是大廳的自助茶歇台，提供熱泡茶、各類小零食，等候辦理入住的時候可以歇腳品茶。整體衞生做得很到位，地面乾淨無異味。前台接待有禮貌，辦理入住高效。房間設施齊全，整體安靜舒適，不管出差還是短途入住都很合適，五星好評！

There is night snacks from 8 to 10pm but when i went at 9:39pm, there was nothing and the kitchen staff didnt really entertain, picture provided taken at 9.39pm and some ligts off. Hotel room is good and nice view. Bed is soft and very comfortable. They provide 2 types of pillows which is very good. This is like a commercial building and the hotel occupies about 1 floor. There is also Rubic cube hotel which is at the same lobby. There is a Day Night mini mart at level 1. There are many parking lot and a car wash at ground floor level. Breakfast seems quite extensive range but kitchen/restaurant staff were very unfriendly and loud. Security The TV was good though. I particularly like the morning receptionist which was very friendly and pleasant. Her name is in the photo.

An easy 7 or 8 minute walk to or from the train station. After checking in I asked to change rooms as there was a smell of smoke and was given a superior room. A couple of small supermarkets nearby. Convenient for a one or two night stay.

The hotel room in itself was fine. However, since I lost my European power plug to American-style flat-prong plug adapter in the train, I asked if they would have an adapter for. They said yes, wait a moment. After 40 minutes or so I went sightseeing in the town. Back in the hotel I asked again for the adapter, they said wait 10 minutes, nothing happened. I went for food and back at the hotel I asked again, they said sorry, initially gave me a wrong adapter, then finally a good one, that at first instance shortcut the power outlets. Then it took almost 30 minutes to fix this. It just all took too long! Also, the room has automatic curtains, and I really disliked it that the moment I entered the room, the curtains automatically opened. It didn't remember my prefered settings, quite annoying.

โรงแรมค่อนข้างใกล้กับทางออกความเร็วสูงและไม่ได้เข้าสู่ตัวเมืองของฮามิ ที่จอดรถชั้นล่างมีขนาดเล็กมาก สุดท้ายรถของเราจอดอยู่ริมถนน แล้วการบริการของโรงแรมก็ดีมาก เรามาถึงช้า แผนกต้อนรับเป็นพี่สาวคนโตที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ และพี่สาวรักษาความปลอดภัยก็คอยให้บริการเรา ห้องพ่อแม่ลูกที่เราจองเป็นห้องสวีท ได้แก่ สองห้อง เตียงคู่ และเตียงใหญ่หนึ่งเตียง ข้อเสียคือไม่มีหน้าต่างภายนอก เป็นหน้าต่างทางเดิน แล้วปิดหน้าต่างไม่ได้ รู้สึกไม่ปลอดภัย อันตราย และอย่างอื่นก็ค่อนข้างดี
