Personally, I would like to give 6 stars 🌟
It is one of the best boutique hotels I’ve stayed in across many countries. The highlight of my stay is definitely the exceptional service from every staff member. They are efficient, polite, friendly, and genuinely warm. The hotel’s design is unique, with each room having a different layout and high standard of furnishings. Rooms are spacious, spotless, and most importantly, completely free of any smoke smell, which is rare to find in China. It’s also incredibly quiet at night, giving me a wonderful restful sleep.
The location is great, within walking distance to several tourist spots and only about 20 minutes from the city centre, easily accessible by Didi or taxi. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff for making my Xinjiang journey complete with such a wonderful stay and memorable experience. Please 🙏🏻 keep the standard as excellent as it is now.
This hotel is excellent. The breakfast is very good as well. very good stay. The location is in an upmarket area probably a well established area. The Bizarr is about 6 kilometres away. There are many shops and restaurants in this area. Would definitely stay again
ผผู้เข้าพักI have known of Kashgar for years because of its importance to the Silk Road. It was quickly planned trip and I chose the Radisson Blu because of good experirences that I have had with the brand in other locations. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted enthusiastically by Aria and the crew at the front desk. Aria even walked me pretty far to a restarant located in the same building later in my trip. My first night there was a sandstorm and the temperature in my room would not cool below 27C, the night crew was so helpful and ended moving me across the hall. Steven and Michael and Akhbar from management were always asking me how everything was and offering insights everytime that I walked through the lobby. The only criticism that I have is that the locker rooms in the pool area need some remodeling, there were some workers there the last couple days of my trip though. The pool itself was perfect and the attendants (Cindy, Katia, Meena, Winnie etc) were always cheerful and even would bring a bottle of water to my lounge while I was in the pool. Whenever I will return to Kashgar, I will stay here as I will urge friends of mine to stay as well.
SSatari Geoffrey5 Star Hotel in Kashgar.
This Hotel has a ””Ritz Carlton”” vibes in its decoration and furbishment. It is located 3km away from the Ancient City but it has many facilities such as Swimming Pool, Gym, Restaurant on the 28th floor.
The hotel is linked to the mall with convenient store that opens 24 hours.
Check In and Check Out were smoith and efficient.
Miss FengFangQi and her other colleagues assisted very well.
Next time we are in Kashgar, we definitely will stay in this hotel again.

ZzedtalibWe expected the usual no hassle smooth check in from a Marriot group hotel. We arrived late at night and the two staff at the reception wanted so many trivial informations, not to mention the slow service. This was our 8th hotel for the Xinjiang Trip and the most irritating check in process. They could have the courtesy to let us go to the already paid rooms while checking thru the details or at least offer us a welcome drink
The dining place is huge but so is the number of guests omg. There were not enough table, coffee machines were trickling slow
We expected a nice stay at Marriot but we were disappointed.
ผผู้เข้าพักEverything was nearly perfect — the property is elegant, the room spacious with a bathtub and a smart room system. However, I booked this hotel specifically for its floor heating, and was very disappointed to find the room freezing cold. The staff explained that central heating in the city can only be switched on by the government starting October 1st, still a few days away. Although they provided a space heater, it could not replace the comfort of proper heating. To avoid disappointment, the hotel should clearly inform guests in advance about the heating policy.
