We been on the road for 10 days in Xinjiang, last day of our trip we treated ourselves with a fancy and comfy hotel. We had a wonderful time there, food was delicious. We loved the dancers with their traditional outfit. I would recommend this hotel to friends. Someone at front desk speak English (Belgian mother and son).
ผผู้เข้าพักI have known of Kashgar for years because of its importance to the Silk Road. It was quickly planned trip and I chose the Radisson Blu because of good experirences that I have had with the brand in other locations. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted enthusiastically by Aria and the crew at the front desk. Aria even walked me pretty far to a restarant located in the same building later in my trip. My first night there was a sandstorm and the temperature in my room would not cool below 27C, the night crew was so helpful and ended moving me across the hall. Steven and Michael and Akhbar from management were always asking me how everything was and offering insights everytime that I walked through the lobby. The only criticism that I have is that the locker rooms in the pool area need some remodeling, there were some workers there the last couple days of my trip though. The pool itself was perfect and the attendants (Cindy, Katia, Meena, Winnie etc) were always cheerful and even would bring a bottle of water to my lounge while I was in the pool. Whenever I will return to Kashgar, I will stay here as I will urge friends of mine to stay as well.
LL. AiliI’m so glad I picked the Nanjiang Global for my stay in Kashgar. It exceeded my expectations, and my stay was really pleasant. After long days exploring, it always felt good to come home to my room. And given the summer heat, I loved that there was ice cold lemon water always waiting for me in the lobby. The check-in service was great and my room was upgraded. The suites are really comfortable, with amenities by Shanghai Tang. I also saw the standard double rooms, and they were spacious and nice too. The front desk manager who goes by the name Hunter was excellent and so helpful, as were others staff members. Hunter’s English is great and he answered all my questions with patience and kindness. Ask him to write down the hotel’s name in Uyghur for you if you’ll be taking taxis. It’ll be a big help. The hotel is very clean, and breakfast was much more than basic. I hope I have the chance to visit Kashgar again, and I’d be happy to return to this hotel.
ผผู้เข้าพักSimply great place! Excellent value for money, the place is full of beautiful vineyards of grapes, the place looks like in a fairy tale. There is a shuttle that comes quickly and efficiently. The room in the shape of a wine barrel is great and clean, the staff is very nice and efficient, they helped us quite a bit. The breakfast is great and varied and there are also vegetarian options. There is a possibility of free laundry, and the reception is really available 24/7. The winery tour was beautiful and the long canal is very impressive. The shuttle from the train to the hotel and from the hotel to the train worked great. To improve - the pool was dirty throughout our stay, other than that it is just an amazing place! We will be back again in the future
IIcingcandyWe stayed at Korla Marriott for seeing the populus tree. Marriott made our trip and stay so convenient and easy. As we entered the front door to the hotel, we really liked the soft ambient music and the fragrance. We want to highly commend the exceptional service of Kyle at the front desk, he helped us with making our stay wonderful!
The breakfast is a must. We ordered the breakfast buffet for both days, and it was delicious - fresh fruit , yoghurts , salads , meats. It’s full of Korla flavours! Theres a great view to the courtyard from the dining hall.
We liked the small touches of detail in our room, a stoneware vase, some paintings and clean bedding and bathroom.
All in all an outstanding hotel, with friendly staff , new facilities and great food.
