I recently had such a pleasant and wonderful experience stay here. The hospitality so good and great amenities. The variety and delicious food with local delicacies at breakfast. Sure will repeat here again!

เราชอบทําเลยุทธศาสตร์ นอกจากนี้ พนักงานที่เป็นมิตรให้บริการแก่แขก โดยเฉพาะเค้กเซอร์ไพรส์ที่มอบให้เราสําหรับวันครบรอบของเรา เรากลับมาพักเพราะเราชอบการแพร่กระจายของเมนูอาหารนานาชาติและอาหารท้องถิ่น อาหารได้รับการเติมเป็นประจําโดยพนักงาน

พนักงานเป็นกันเอง ห้องพักสะอาด บริการดี คุ้มค่ากับการมาพักที่นี่ เค้ายังมีอาหาร ขนม ให้เลือกทานเป็นอาหารเช้า ขอบคุณที่เรามีโรงแรมเมอร์เคียว

Great location & friendly staff. A waking distance to Jam Gadang & shopping area. We love the beautiful sunrise from our room. We booked 4 rooms but 1 of the rooms was smelly perhaps due to poor drainage in the bathroom. Breakfast selections are great with menu changed everyday. We enjoyed the authentic Bukittinggi ‘kolak pisang’ and ‘katupek pakis’ a lot.

ห้องนอนของโรงแรมนี้ดีมากและสะอาด แต่ห้องน้ําค่อนข้างเหนื่อยและสกปรก ส่วนที่เหลือของโรงแรมดีมากในแง่ของการเลือกอาหารเช้าและคุณภาพและการบริการของพนักงานก็ดีมาก

レセプションのお姉さんも、ロビーにいるスタッフもとても感じが良かったです。屋上にはプールとジムがあって、半日くらいならホテルでゆっくりできました。ランチも１階にあるレストランで食べれます（が、お値段高め）。あとすごく気になったのは、同じファミリールームを２部屋とって、3人と2人とわかれたのですが、値段が１万円以上違いました。値段設定がバラバラなのでチェックした方が良いと思います。大体1人３０００円程度だと思います。

The room comes with a bath tub (the shower is within the bath tub). However, there is no curtain blocking the bathtub and the dry area so i found it a bit messy with water all over the floor. Breakfast is basic

My checked in and checked out was handled by Ms Putri and it was smooth. Kudos to the housekeeping staff who made up my room. It was always perfectly refreshed when I am back to the room. Food served during breakfast was delicious and staffs were attentive and giving great service. Overall an enjoyable stay and definite thumbs up.Recommeded place to stay while in Padang.
