Incredibly kind and effective staff on the check-in desk! I arrived late and was very tired, but they were so nice while being efficient at the same time. Got a complementary upgrade and they always made sure to greet you when walking by. It's the small things that make IHG great. Breakfast was express standard, but no complaints. The room was a presidential suite, and it was spotless and in great condition. Convenient location from the airport, but definitely need a car.

Staff are so friendly and helpful. Location is great for coming in and out of Harrisburg city. Loved the breakfast and the dining room.

Nice small hotel, conveniently located relative to the expressway. Apparently had gone through an update, with neat and comfy room design, however the bathrooms look very much like original with older design and finish, also lacking proper lighting. Quality breakfast, well maintained till the close down time.

We went to a local event and decided to stay the night before heading home. We've stayed at other Country Inn and Suites (In Roanoke VA.) and were please with the stay. This Inn is a little bit older, but for the most part clean and comfortable. We would have no problem staying again. We didn't have much interaction with the hotel staff, but what little there was ...was fine.

Ich fand den Aufenthalt wirklich sehr angenehm, die kostenlose Kaffee Station war echt toll, das Personal war sehr freundlich und angenehm im Umgang. Das Bett war schön weich. Vielleicht wäre es toll gewesen wenn man das Fenster aufmachen könnte, aber es gibt ja auch eine Klimaanlage. Von daher gibt es eigentlich keine Kritik. Das Frühstück fand ich nicht schlecht. Es gab zwar keine riesige Auswahl aber das was man bekam war gut.

The hotel was clean and conveniently located for what we needed. I would stay there again if visiting the same place.

การเข้าพักครั้งนี้ไม่น่าพอใจเหมือนครั้งสุดท้าย มาถึงก็เช็คอินตรงไปที่ห้องกันอีกครั้ง เราแกะกล่องและเครื่องปรับอากาศก็ใช้งานไม่ได้อีกครั้ง คืนแรกของเราที่นั่นอีกครั้ง และเราต้องเปลี่ยนห้องอีกครั้ง โปรดทราบว่าเราจองโรงแรมนี้เป็นเวลา 5 วันจาก 7 วันที่ผ่านมา ฮ่า ๆ. ไม่รังเกียจที่จะเปลี่ยนห้องเพราะอากาศร้อน ฉันหายใจลำบากเนื่องจากปัญหาสุขภาพ ผ่านไปครึ่งทางลิฟต์จะติด เราแจ้งคนที่อยู่หลังโต๊ะและบอกว่า ”เจ้านายโทรมา” แต่ทำตามขั้นตอนจนกว่าฉันจะดูได้ คลั่งไคล้!!!
