Шикарный отель! Очень красивый внешний вид, чистота, приятный запах в Лобби. Завтрак был вкусный (положили много фруктов 🤩) Расположение тоже отличное, легко найти его. Вокруг полно ресторанчиков. В день выезда помогли заказать такси и отнесли вещи. Спасибо 💕 С удовольствием вернусь в этот отель

Tout est bon, rien à dire . Le personnel est impeccable, un service à la clientèle hors paire. Je suis très surpris par la qualité du management et le service aux clients. Les sœurs et frères qui sont à la réception sont très attentifs, respectueux gardant toujours le sourire et prêtent pour répondre à vos doléances. Il suffit juste un petit message dans leur groupe Whaspp et en quelques secondes vous aurez ce que vous désirez. Le café gratuit, le chocolat Swiss, le petit déjeuner, bref … rien à dire. Merci à tout le monde. Je retournerai in sha Allah .

The hotel manager and his team were exceptionally warm and welcoming. The food was of high quality, and both the service and reception were delivered to a very high standard. Some challenges encountered, which appear to be beyond the hotel’s direct control, included the condition of the road leading to the hotel — rough and dusty — as well as the lengthy 45-minute journey from the airport. Additionally, there were WiFi connectivity issues during the first two days of our stay; however, these were eventually resolved. Lastly, the intensity of the Marrakech heat was truly remarkable. Overall, I would rate the hotel a respectable 7 out of 10.

J’ai séjourné à plusieurs reprises dans cet établissement et c’est toujours un vrai plaisir d’y retourner. Le service est irréprochable, le personnel est attentif et aux petits soins : il suffit de demander et tout est organisé avec efficacité, que ce soit pour un massage, une balade ou une excursion. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres et confortables. L’ensemble de l’établissement est impeccablement entretenu : les piscines, les parcs et les espaces extérieurs sont à la fois calmes et ressourçants. On y croise même quelques animaux comme des chats ou des paons, ce qui rend l’ambiance encore plus agréable et apaisante. La nourriture est excellente, variée et généreuse. De plus, la navette gratuite mise à disposition pour rejoindre la ville est un vrai plus. En résumé : propreté, confort, qualité du service et atmosphère relaxante… tout est top. Je recommande vivement cet établissement !

This hotel was amazing close to many places and a 5 minute walk to the train station. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful day at Riad Africa. From the moment I entered the hotel, I was treated like a VIP guest. I got to enjoy breakfast on the rooftop while I was waiting for my room, which is a very enjoyable place to spend your mornings afternoons or evenings. I feel like I had real connections with the staff, who are always warm and accommodating. The location is great, an off alley not far from the main arteries of the city, so it’s quiet and secluded. I had the super cozy budget room for a few nights, which I had all the amenities, and was indeed quite cozy. Overall, it was great value for the service, facilities and location. Thank you for a great day.

Location was right in the centre of Medina and easy to find. Got there by bus from airport and then almost 15 minutes walk. Check in was easy and smooth. A person was available on reception. It is a hostel with 6 people on sharing a room. Bed was clean and tidy. I got upper bed. Also got a locker to put my stuff in it. Bathrooms and toilets are common so you may have difficulty if you are leaving early. Breakfast was on time and delicious. There was a variety in it. Only problem I got was when I had to checkout in the morning. There was nobody on reception and had to wait for a while. Also the lady was not much cooperative. It is value for money for a solo traveller on budget. Cannot suggest to couples or families because there is no privacy as it is on sharing.

Very good Riad the food and the personal were amazing the Riad is very calm et very beautiful. Furthermore the staff is very helpful I have forgotten something and the personal bring me to the location. I gladly recommend this stay
