Hilton Wenchang offers an opportunity to discover another curious side of Hainan. We could see Wenchang Space Launch site directly from our balcony. The beach was nearby, and we watched sunrises and sunsets there. The swimming pool was spotless clean, although only one pool out of there was open due to a low number of guests. A couple scenic spots are very close too, about 10 min drive. There has been a delicious breakfast every morning. The staff was polite and helpful. Jason He helped us with multiple needs, such as ordering medicine, finding restaurants, and booking a shuttle bus to Wenchang railway station. The latter is free, just need to book it in advance for a certain time period.

We loved the space that this apartment offered along with fantastic views. We had rented a car and really needed it (or a scooter) for this location but with that transporting it was really great. The botanical gardens nearby were great as were other beaches we checked out. We went to Sanya for the day and realized that we made the right choice to stay where we did. Our kids did surf camp each day which worked out great for everyone.

I want to extend my heartfelt compliments to the Langham Hotel for its exceptional service, particularly from the concierge team who meticulously handled my parcels before my arrival. A special shoutout to Mark, whose outstanding service during check-in truly impressed me. He went above and beyond to ensure a smooth process and even arranged a last-minute breakfast request for me. Also Sally for the pre arrival request arrangement. Overall, in my opinion, this is the best hotel in Haikou! Thank you for a wonderful experience time after time!

The room was absolutely fantastic, exactly like the pictures on the app, if not even prettier in real life! Everything was super clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the hotel provided so many useful amenities. The building is located right by the beach, which is amazing, and there’s also a beautiful pool if you prefer to relax there. At the beach, you can even light up fireworks in the evening, which makes the experience really special. There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby, so you’ll never run out of options. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, they really fulfilled every wish. Since cars can’t enter the area, the hotel offers an electric three-person scooter that can also carry luggage, and they’ll pick you up anytime you need, which is super convenient. If you’re staying here for a concert (for example, Travis Scott!), I recommend leaving early as the streets can get quite congested. All in all, this hotel is top-notch, and I would definitely book it again!

We recently stayed at the Pullman and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and the service was top-notch. A special thank you goes to Maria, who was incredibly helpful throughout our entire stay. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and her warm hospitality really made a difference in our trip. We are very happy with our choice to stay here and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service and a comfortable stay!
