Lovely hotel, lobby and reception area, bright cheerful and funky, very relaxed and unobtrusive, staff very friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Great choice and selection at breakfast, from fresh fruit and yogurts, cereals and seeds, preserves, toppings, breads, pastries and hot dishes and  for cold meats and cheeses. Evening menu somewhat limited in variety, set menu throughout, excellent quality and portion size, nice wine selection and full bar. If I have a negative, it would be my room, small but fully functional, with mini bar (limited), ideal for a solo traveller, but cramped if sharing. The decor of the room is what let it down! It was painted a dark blue/green which gave the feel of being closed in! Housekeeping service excellent. Overall 9.5/10

Hotel muito bem localizado, inserido num ambiente de tranquilidade excelente, com ótimas condições para a prática de exercício físico. Atendimento muito bom. Quarto com todas as comodidades e com muito boa acústica. Pequeno almoço também excelente. Alojamento a repetir

Desilusão! Fiz uma reserva a pensar num belo palacete antigo, que é, mas o que me foi atribuído foi um ” modesto” apartamento, de alojamento local, contíguo ao edifício principal, cujas condições, não sendo más, não merecem a qualificação de 4 estrelas. Faltam muitos detalhes: 1 espelho, 1 cortinas que permitam abrir a portada da janela do quarto, posto que é r/c... Bom pequeno-almoço Atendimento muito atencioso dos funcionários.

We had a fantastic stay at Axis hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions. We especially loved the breakfast and spa. Can’t wait to come back!”

Good stay overall, nice price and amenities with the outdoor pool and indoor as well - nice indoor pool temperature for Portugal. Bad part is that the hotel is clearly understaffed and cleaning is not good. The spa bathroom was not cleaned for 3 days as per the sheet there, but it looked like 30 days

Buena ubicación, algo ruidoso en las habitaciones que dan a la calle. Correcto para el precio.

原來在BOOKING平台訂的公寓，在入住的前兩天發現被無故取消了，臨時在攜程上定下維艾娜花園酒店，酒店很不錯，前台服務人員態度很熱情，英語很好。酒店離海邊和老城都不遠，走路大約5分鐘左右，出行方便。可能因為房間是老式建築的原因，樓板比較薄，樓上走路的聲音較大，算是唯一不足之處吧。
