The hotel boasts excellent amenities and a prime location, a private entrance to the Valley of Temples. However, there's room for improvement in the service department; it falls short of delivering a consistently five-star experience. The staffs could enhance their customer orientation and avoid a selective attention to guests.

First and foremost, a 4-star hotel should have an insulation system. We basically could even hear the room next door opening their luggage.. awful. Apart from that (which is a big minus), the pool is cool, parking is free, staff friendly, breakfast decent. Food options are pricey and limited.

Decent Stay with Friendly Service Our stay at Hotel Villa Rossi was average, as expected from a 3-star property. The rooms were basic but acceptable. What stood out was the friendly and helpful staff at reception — great service from genuinely nice people. Overall, a decent experience for the price

Newly renovated hotel with nice pool and view. We are a little disappointed with the room without balcony view. But the breakfast and swimming pool view made up for it. Reception staffs are very nice and helpful.

Nice environment and spacious room. However, customers should be given detailed information about the city tax and mini bar. In some other places the mini fridge is stocked for customers convenience. Let them know the extra payments that may accrue at the beginning of the contract. Above all, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
