The hotel boasts excellent amenities and a prime location, a private entrance to the Valley of Temples. However, there's room for improvement in the service department; it falls short of delivering a consistently five-star experience. The staffs could enhance their customer orientation and avoid a selective attention to guests.
First and foremost, a 4-star hotel should have an insulation system. We basically could even hear the room next door opening their luggage.. awful.
Apart from that (which is a big minus), the pool is cool, parking is free, staff friendly, breakfast decent.
Food options are pricey and limited.
Decent Stay with Friendly Service
Our stay at Hotel Villa Rossi was average, as expected from a 3-star property. The rooms were basic but acceptable. What stood out was the friendly and helpful staff at reception — great service from genuinely nice people. Overall, a decent experience for the price
Newly renovated hotel with nice pool and view. We are a little disappointed with the room without balcony view. But the breakfast and swimming pool view made up for it.
Reception staffs are very nice and helpful.
Struttura non rinnovata, pur in ottima posizione. Letti abbastanza scomodi, poca insonorizzazione riscaldamento poco funzionante. Lato peggiore la colazione con prodotti di bassa qualità e poco assortita.
Nice environment and spacious room. However, customers should be given detailed information about the city tax and mini bar. In some other places the mini fridge is stocked for customers convenience. Let them know the extra payments that may accrue at the beginning of the contract. Above all, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

CClaire MHotel Vittoria is an older hotel - quite nostalgic I must say! Just look at the key of the room! Totally old style, but super cool! The staff was very welcoming and friendly and the room was big and clean and very simple. The bed was bigger than what we usually had during our Sicily trip and it was very comfy ... I'd say it reflected the size of the room ... 😂
The breakfast next morning was very nice - we had eggs, crêpes, cakes, fruits, ... a lot to choose from and again, very helpful and friendly staff. Those heads on the pictures were all on tables on the way to the dining room ... Unfortunately, I forgot to take more pictures of the hotel, but instead, I will add some pix of Trapani where in the evening we enjoyed one of the most beautiful sunsets of our trip ... And that tree! OMG! What a personality! 😍
ผผู้เข้าพักThis beautiful BnB was the perfect place for two Australians newly travelling Sicily! Nestled into the scenic hillside of Caltanissetta, S. Elia is the ideal home away from home. Marco and his family went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and memorable stay, from giving us a personal tour of the City Centre, to sharing the numbers of taxi drivers to arrange pickup and drop offs at any time.
For anyone wanting to experience the idyllic views of Sicily, away from the bustle of tourists, S.Elia and Caltanissetta is the spot for you. Thank you, Marco, we cannot wait to visit again! Ciao!
