very good experience in this hotel, breakfast is simple but others stuff is good enough to cover it location, kind of receptionist, she allow late check out for us in order to convenient us to store luggage, please take note, even the webpage indicated Free luggage storage, but it's no extra space I the lobby or storeroom for you to store
Location: Quite nearby the highway, convenient to stay for a night. About 1 hr drive to Grand Canyon.
Cleanliness: Good.
Service: Great, the front desk girl is very nice to help, advise nearby stores, how to use the facilities.
Facilities: Full, with swiming pool is a plus for kids.
Pretty a nice stay, would recommend for new stays.
The room was clean and comfortable. The location is great for access to Bright Angel Trail, Red bus scenic sites/overlooks, and the Harvey restaurant (good food at a reasonable price - best pot roast ever). Only drawbacks are being on the far west side of the Village and not right on the rim.
Location is very convenient. Just 5 mins drive to the Antelope Canyon tour company. Have many good restaurants nearby. There was one Mexican food on top of the hill which was excellent.
My husband and I always have a wonderful stay. The Rooms are always clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Housekeepers always check to make sure that you have everything you need for your stay. We will be back soon. Thank you staff for a wonderful stay
SSuperdaveWell, for the price, you can't complain too much, it gives you enough to stay comfortably, full kitchen, nice A/C, the bed is a little bit too soft... why they charge $5 for parking per day, it's not making any sense, but I guess that's how they make additional income. It's definitely recommended to those seeking for a good value hotel.

ผผู้เข้าพักThe staff at this particular location over the last five years has been the nicest most giving generous employees I've ever encountered among hospitality staff... when I've had problems they've gone above and beyond to help me three different individuals in three different problems three different times you know I've seen a couple of staff come and go and the new staff is just as nice as the old staff so I'm thinking that it has to break down to the owner. it's an older building so it's not the Brits but it's very clean very convenient and they offer as much or more than places that are twice as much
ผผู้เข้าพักMy tv was not entering channels, or using guide properly. So went to desk to discuss, thought most likely batteries were weak. She called the lame weak maintenance person. He looked at tv, said it was the gadget at bottom and turned the channels with remote 6” away. I laughed I want to be able to change channels in bed, LIKE AT HOME!! Told him to bring me a functional tv. Didn’t!!!
Told desk clerks, I need a functioning tv , bring one from another room. She said I don’t know which room? I said any room not in use and has a tv that DOES WORK!!! I need a refund
