Exceeded expectations. Will book again Clean new great staff expect to pay no more than 300 pesos to airport using grab. It's advertised they have no hot water. Not true we had very hot hot water.

We stayed for 10 nights in a Standard Double Room located in the West Wing. The room was very clean and well-kept, with daily housekeeping and a very comfortable bed. Air-conditioning and lighting were just right, making the room ideal for rest or work. Wi-Fi was 90% stable, with only occasional drops. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to Alona Beach and close to shops and dining options. The hotel has a pool and a “Chada” restaurant that serves some of the most delicious food we had in Bohol. One thing to note is that the building has no elevator, which can be inconvenient if you’re traveling with large suitcases like we were. Fortunately, the staff were incredibly helpful and assisted us with our luggage during check-in and check-out. That level of service really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. Everyone on staff was friendly, approachable, and attentive. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and overall, the property felt well-managed. For the price we paid, this was excellent value for money. I’d happily recommend it to others—especially if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and great food without breaking the bank.

Complete kaayo ang needs sa isa ka room, plus ypu have access sa pool nila there, tho medyo layo lg gyud sya sa centro but we're so satisfied with our stay kahit so short lg. Limpyo ug nndut kaayo ang view.

ที่พักอยู่ใกล้สนามบิน และมีร้านเซเว่นอีเลฟเว่นอยู่ไม่ไกล เดินไปนิดเดียวก็ถึงแล้ว ดูเหมือนจะใช้เวลาเดินทางด้วยรถตุ๊กตุ๊กประมาณ 7 นาทีถึงใจกลางเมือง ที่พักคุ้มค่ากับราคา แต่สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกและเครื่องปรับอากาศค่อนข้างเก่า ดังนั้นควรพักแค่คืนเดียวก็พอ ทางที่พักมีบริการทัวร์ชมเมือง แต่คุณควรเตรียมเช่ารถตุ๊กตุ๊กประมาณ 6 ชั่วโมงแทนที่จะพึ่งไกด์ การเดินทางไปกลับเป็นกลุ่มผู้ชายก็โอเค แต่ถ้าเป็นกลุ่มผู้หญิง ควรตรวจสอบล่วงหน้าว่าการเที่ยวชมเมืองด้วยรถยนต์ส่วนตัวหรือรถตู้เหมาะสมหรือไม่ ผมของคุณจะยุ่งเหยิง แขนข้างหนึ่งจะไหม้แดดแม้จะทาครีมกันแดดแล้ว และตัวคุณจะเหนียวเหนอะหนะ ฮ่าๆๆ ฉันคงไม่ใช่คนเดียวที่เจอปัญหาแบบนี้ แต่ฉันเปิดเผยทุกอย่างหมดแล้วทุกคน!!!!!!

We had an amazing stay at this resort, especially the breakfast. There are many pools and a calm beach, and the gym is very good. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling. However, there are a few things that could be improved: 1. The Wi-Fi access ends at 11 AM, which is quite strange and inconvenient. 2. You are not allowed to use the pools after your checkout. 3. You are not allowed to use the sunbeds with umbrellas after your checkout. 4. The beach is clean, but there is still a lot of “water grass” and the water is not very deep for swimming.

I only stayed overnight only before my flight hoingback to japan .the price of the hotel was reasonable and it was elegant inside the room and very clean ..i dont feel bored they hava billiards and darts in there amenities and we also siting in the pool..the good points staying at the hotel it was near at the Mactan Airport..i recommend this place🥰🥰🥰👍👍👍

ไม่มีน้ำอุ่นตอนกลางคืน ติดต่อไปที่แผนกต้อนรับสองครั้ง ครั้งแรกบอกว่าต้องเปิดระบบทำน้ำอุ่นด้วยตนเอง ให้กลับไปรอที่ห้อง 15 นาทีก็จะอาบได้แล้ว แต่ก็ยังไม่มีน้ำอุ่น ครั้งที่สองก็ตอบแบบเดิม ครั้งที่สามไปตรวจสอบแล้วบอกว่าคนดูแลเครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นเลิกงานไปแล้ว ต้องรอให้คนทำงานกะเช้ามาถึงถึงจะมีน้ำอุ่นใช้ได้! เสียเวลาคุยตอนกลางคืนไปทั้งหมด 2 ชั่วโมง ผมไม่ได้อาบน้ำมาสองวันแล้ว!
