wifi was a little slow but all good. worth the price. location was perfect.

Such considerate and accommodating staff. I booked a quad bunk, but they informed us that the room wasn’t ready yet, so they upgraded us to a family room for free so we could rest, especially helpful since I was with elderly people. The place is clean and spacious. There’s also a social kitchen and a wide rooftop space to chill. The location is great as well since the building has 7/11, few restaurants, and coffee shops. It’s also close to malls and IT Park. The only problem is the Wi-Fi connection, which is very poor.

It was a last minute booking. We arrive at the property at 8:00 p.m from a long trip, and good thing there are still available rooms. The receptionist (both Kuya and Ate), whom I think the owner or the caretaker are very friendly and accommodating. They answer all our inquiries, and even give us some tips on where to book online and some details about when they started opening the place etc..The place is very new, and the rooms are very clean and new. We've been to many places but this is the only place that has a swimming pool and their rooms and bed are big with our own bathroom/toilet, aircon, TV and free wifi, and it is only 700pesos per night for 2 pax. However, they do not have a hanging rack inside the bathroom, but they have a hanging cabinet where you can hang your clothes and you can also hang your wet clothes outside the room. How we wish we saw this place first because the place we booked before this, we also paid 700 pesos but it does not have a pool, and the room is very small with a double deck bed, and it does not have a TV and private toilet/bathroom. As per Kuya, they also offer catering services and private events to be held in their place. They also have free coffee and water in their mini pantry just in front of the pool. They also have breakfast if you want to book with breakfast. They also have a menu of their available foods at a reasonable price. Overall, we really like this place, what you see in the pictures are exactly what you get in actual. We will book this place again to celebrate the birthday of my partner's brother. Thank you,

The Room was very Small.Not cleaned properly. No free breakfast included. No WiFi or Internet at tge room..They provided Hot and cold water free. No Bar services at the pool...it was a good swimming pool..We had to buy our own foods and snacks. To take back to the hotel. Like most places we stay on business trips there is always a problem with the Rooms....overall it was good for the money we paid. So I will give the Hotel greenfield 5 out of 10. ทุกอย่างดีตลอดการเข้าพัก แต่ตอนเช็คเอาท์ฉันถูกเรียกเก็บเงิน 200 PHP เพราะผ้าเช็ดตัวผืนเล็กสกปรก ฉันเลยใช้ผ้าเช็ดตัวผืนนั้นเพราะไม่มีผ้าขี้ริ้วหรือไม้ถูพื้นให้หลังอาบน้ำ เลยคิดว่าใช้ได้เลย แต่น่าเสียดายที่ฉันต้องเสียเงินค่าผ้าเช็ดตัว โดยรวมแล้ว ฉันพักอย่างมีความสุข แต่ขอเตือนไว้ก่อนว่าแขกท่านอื่นๆ พกไม้ถูพื้นหรือผ้าขี้ริ้วมาเอง เพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงค่าใช้จ่ายที่ไม่คาดคิด

It was good stayin here, the ambiance is great! The place is peaceful and quiet, we had free breakfast which was nice👌👌I just have a little complain with the shower, during night time almost no water came out🤔 I didn't ask the stuff since me and my son were very tired from activities we did the entire day, however overall all was great staying here.

So, Only Seed Hotel... hmm, where do I start? The room was okay, but you know when the pics online look way better? Yeah, that. I think they use photos of, like, all their rooms for the standard king, 'cause I was picturing something bigger. The shower was a struggle – was the water even hot? Who knows! The separate toilet and shower thing? Cute idea, but brrr! Still freezing in there because of the gaps up top. And OMG, when my hubby showered, the toilet flooded! The seal is a joke. And the bidet? Let's just say it's like a power washer for your lady bits. Ouch! But hey, free water! That's a win. And the breakfast? Sarap! Not too salty, just right. I was shook when they brought out the whole spread – fruit, coffee, juice... all of it! Tapsilog was on point. They even nailed the eggs – sunnyside up for me, cooked yolk for the hubs. Plus, a whole plate of watermelon each! The juice and coffee were legit. The pool looked Insta-worthy, but we were zonked from our countryside tour. Plus, it closes early. The location's a bit out of the way, but there's street food nearby for when you're tipid. Not the best grub, but busog is busog, right? Would I stay again? Ewan ko. The staff were super nice, though. But no phones in the room? Ugh, gotta trek to the front desk next door for everything. A Hidden Gem in Panglao! Roman Empire Panglao is such a beautiful and relaxing place to stay! The vibe is peaceful, the architecture is unique, and the whole property has this calm, almost Mediterranean feel. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Staff are incredibly kind and helpful—always ready with a smile and happy to assist with anything. The pool area is perfect for lounging, and the gardens are well-kept and give off a very serene atmosphere. It’s a great place to unwind whether you're with a partner, family, or friends. Plus, it's just a short drive away from Alona Beach, so it's both quiet and accessible. Highly recommend if you're looking for a peaceful stay in Panglao that still has easy access to everything. Will definitely come back!
