Very nice and clean. Some maintenance but not noisy at night. No pool but nearby there is a very beautiful pool for $8.30 AUD. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Buffet was awesome. Fruits, yogurt, bacon, eggs, cereal, waffle machine, bread and they even have gluten free options!

The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is perfect for the dolphin experience and the beach is stunning. Only downside was the low water pressure in the shower, which made it a bit less comfortable. Overall, a great stay with excellent service—just hope they can improve the water pressure for an even better experience.

The location was fantastic. The apartment shares floors with live in residence, you exit the Lift and were welcomed with an aromatic distinctive smell.  The room was nice enough it was well lived in, with visible cracks in the paint and grubby marks on the wall. The guest services were fantastic. Besides it looking very lived in! It was great! On the expensive side for what you get.

I arrived late, but the staff came to the front desk right away. The service was polite and left a good impression. The room was also very clean. I would like to stay here again.

Arrived at Hotel and reception was closed. waited in the pub over the road until we were contacted. Construction work going on in hotel that did not disturb us but we were not aware the work was being carried out until after booking and payment was made. There was also a lack of facilities due to the upgrades but we did find other venues to eat and drink in town. Despite these minor issues we did enjoy our stay and loved the pool.

The room was compact but cozy , furnishing was well done despite the small size . Only microwave available to cook your meals . Check in was a bit of hassle as they require the card details before checking u else no late arrivals. Luckily staff was responsive and provide good assistance

After a long day of driving, we arrived at the place because we just needing a place to sleep for the night. It’s basic, as expected, but at least it was clean. The room was small and plain, with just the essentials—a bed, a desk, and a private bathroom. It wasn’t particularly comfortable, and the amenities were minimal, but it served its purpose as a quick stopover. The staff was polite enough, and while it’s not somewhere we’d stay for more than one night, it worked for what we needed: a budget-friendly, no-frills place to rest before hitting the road again.

The SureStay Hotel at Albany suited our needs perfectly. We only booked a couple of days before our arrival as Albany was a last-minute addition to our WA trip waiting to see what the weather was like before venturing out of Perth. The only thing was the tv was too big for the  split-level bench it sat on and it sloped from one level to the other. Praise God for the Gideons Bible as the Word of God proved an excellent leveller for the crooked TV. The hotel was in a great position, close to the centre of town and the surrounding attractions. Great location in the heart of the the city. I walked to Optus Stadium for Metallica. I did have a private room but the bathroom was communal, I didnt have any issues waiting. Friendly staff, good value.
