โรงแรมค่อนข้างดีแม้จะไม่ใหญ่เกินไป แต่ที่จอดรถมีจำกัดมาก ห้องพักและห้องน้ำค่อนข้างสะอาด มองเห็นวิวอาคารบ้านได้ ตั้งอยู่ใกล้กับแหล่งอาหารที่ค่อนข้างพลุกพล่านในตอนกลางคืน

The Hotel is super good .. Everything are amazing.. But we face a scamming that we opened our safe to arrange some documents and cash then the housekeeping team arrived to cleanup … So i let them enter the room for cleaning but I didn’t close the safe since we are in the room in that time. The safe located inside the closet the one you can walk in .. After they finished the cleaning We find 200 USD from our cash in the safe .. The cleaning team put the new laundry bag right on the top of the safe (in that time it was open) and now body noticed us that the safe is open …!!! I submitted a complaint to the front office of the hotel …!!! And i I described the cleaning staff to them exactly, and who was the person who entered the wardrobe containing the safe...!!! They said they would investigate the incident, and after two days they contacted me again saying they had questioned the cleaning staff, who denied taking anything from our safe...!!! And of course, we didn't find anything... which is obvious because no one would confess in this way without being pressured. And here's the question: why didn't the cleaning staff warn us that the safe was open when they went in to put the new laundry bag on top of it?

It is a good hotel but needs to maintain its facilities. Food was good too. It says new normal but they are stuck at covid still with the barriers at the reception. Posters about covid are everywhere.

The hotel was in the centre of Medan and just a ~10-min walk from the railway station. I wouldn’t recommend walking as the roads are quite busy and it may not be very safe. The staff are really accommodating and we enjoyed our stay. The bathroom was a little small though, but it was good enough to use.

Our stay was exceptional, highly recommend this hotel for visitors. The staff can speak very good English; The manager Deya checked in on us to ensure our stay was exceptional and comfortable.

1. all was very pleasant upon check in, greeted us well & the hotel lobby was what we expected, ablit dated but well maintained. 2. Room was good , amenities was on par with the 5* rating & bed was super comfortable. 3. Breakfast food selection was large & tasty overall, with many local & international selections. Coffee & Juice were superb. BrAVO! 4. The restaurant manager was super helpful when I had a problem, he followed up immediately to resolve it, 5. ONLY 1 BIG complain..Please buy a few super good quality steam iron & board, the one u have is really relay bad!!! 6. I would stay here again . Service was as per ACCORD standard .. Thank you.

โรงแรมราคาประหยัดที่ดีที่สุดที่ฉันเคยพักในเมดาน ฉันได้รับการอัปเกรดเป็นห้อง Executive เพราะราคาที่ฉันจ่ายสำหรับห้องดับเบิ้ลในแอป Trip นั้นสูงกว่าเล็กน้อย แต่ก็ยังต่ำกว่าราคาจริงของห้อง Executive มาก ฉันไม่แน่ใจว่าจะพักที่โรงแรมนี้ดีหรือไม่เพราะราคาที่พวกเขาให้มาไม่มีอาหารเช้า แต่ใครจะต้องการล่ะถ้าคุณสามารถสั่งอาหารออนไลน์ได้ ในตอนกลางคืน พนักงานจะโทรมาบอกว่ามีอาหารเย็นโปรโมชั่นที่ร้านอาหาร ห้องที่ดีที่สุดหากคุณพักกับคู่รักหรือครอบครัวของคุณแต่ยังต้องนำแล็ปท็อปมาด้วย 😁

อย่างน้อยถ้าแขกมา 30 นาทีก่อนเวลาเช็คอินควรอนุญาต ทุกประเทศอนุญาตให้ล่วงหน้า 1 ชั่วโมง ใช้เวลาบินต่อเนื่อง 2 วัน เหนื่อยมาก และพนักงานไม่อนุญาตให้เช็คอินเพราะเหลืออีก 30 นาที และสภาพภายในห้องก็งั้นๆ
