Room was fairly clean but the hotel is old and a bit run down.  The location of the hotel , downtown of Waterbury , is not great.  We heard gun shots during the night , and did not feel safe walking around outside.  Was told to park our car in the a specific parking lot that ”had surveillance.”  All in all - an old hotel in a rough neighborhood.  Will not be coming back

Location was perfect for us with quick access to Yale University and its nearby restaurants and shopping areas. Housekeeping services are minimum (just refills of amenities, exchange of towels, and garbage emptying) which fit us perfectly. Only downside is no restaurant but considering the location it was no problem - plus there is a lobby shop for those “emergencies” when you don’t want to walk anywhere. All staff were very kind and service minded.

As part of our exciting trip to Yale University, our group consisting of students, teachers, and parents stayed at the Quality Inn, and we couldn't have asked for a better location and experience! our trip to Yale University was greatly enhanced by our stay at Quality Inn. The combination of its convenient location, comfortable accommodations, and excellent service made it an ideal choice for our group of students, teachers, and parents. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Yale or the surrounding area!

Ridiculous parking fee. Not safe to walk the neighborhood. No coffee in the lobby.

位於哈特福德郊外，沿途領略美國鄉村風光，路邊都是精緻的住宅小樓，草坪修剪得很整齊，非常優美。酒店房間非常寬敞，早餐也很不錯，服務態度都很友善禮貌。木樓結構，隔音稍差一些，上一層的住客腳步力度大一點就能影響到下一層。整體還是很滿意的。提示，早餐豐富，燕麥粥符合國人的胃，bagel 抹牛油很喜歡。

หมู่บ้านเล็กๆ ของกินเยอะ ราคาไม่แพง เกสเฮ้าส์ค่อนข้างใหญ่ แต่คนพักค่อนข้างเยอะ น้ําแข็งหมด ส่วนตัวรู้สึกไม่ค่อยปลอดภัยเท่าไหร่ พนักงานขี้เกียจเยอะ เดินเล่นแถวๆ นั้น ค่อนข้างสะอาด

ห้องพักดีมาก อาหารเช้าก็เยอะ มีร้านอาหารหลายแห่งในบริเวณใกล้เคียง สตาร์บัคส์ และปั๊มน้ํามันมีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตขนาดเล็กซึ่งสะดวกมาก! ใช้เวลาเดินเพียง 10 นาทีจากโรงเรียนสตรีพอตต์ และทิวทัศน์ตลอดทางนั้นดีมาก เมืองที่เงียบสงบและสวยงามมาก เดินทุกวันเป็นช่วงเวลาที่สนุกที่สุด ถ้ามีโอกาสในอนาคตฉันจะอยู่ต่อไป

มันเยี่ยมมาก แต่เช้าตรู่มีหนุ่มสาวหัวเราะและตะโกนมากมาย ฉันนอนหลับไม่สนิท

Amenities include toothbrushes n shaver will be good. Staff is very friendly especially the food service counter. The girls are very nice.
