The bed is so comfortable. It's so clean. I really like the Nordic interior design and lighting in my room. But this neighbourhood is under major construction. A few buildings nearby are being demolished. Walk carefully when you go out.

We checked in late at night and immediately noticed a noise in the room, similar to an electrical humming sound. As I am sensitive to noise, I soon developed a headache. I contacted the front desk, and although two staff members came to check, they said they could not hear anything and only offered soft earplugs. I also sent an email for help but never received a reply.
The next day, I spoke to the front desk again, and the daytime staff kindly moved us to a higher floor. The noise was still there, though slightly less noticeable. Interestingly, it even stopped for a short while around 7 a.m. Unfortunately, the poor rest affected both my trip experience and my mood.
ผผู้ใช้ไม่ระบุชื่อThe hotel is near convenience stores and many restaurants, and it's also close to museums and the opera house, making sightseeing very convenient. The hotel boasts a very modern and innovative design, and it is relatively new. The rooms are clean, safe, and quiet.
The hotel staff are very friendly, helpful, and kind. The hotel facilities are also excellent, including a 24-hour self-service coffee and tea bar and a 24/7 gym facility.
The only bad thing is that it is a 10-minute walk from the central train station.

BBillNot a good experience at Numa Hallen. NOT RECOMMENDED. Rooms are big, clean and quiet. However, the “hotel” is not supported by any staff.
The digital check in failed initially. We did not receive the check in email as advised. Maybe if you book directly with Numa, not a third party like Trip, this might work. Don’t know. We rang the web site and Trip advertised phone number to get a check in email. It is disconnected. This defect is recorded in previous reviews, Does anyone read these complaints?
Read the previous reviews and noted the WhatsAPP number to be found at door front. Was ready for this we thought. The WhatsAPP number only has a virtual attendant. So no verbal communication available only short text messages readable. Jumped through many hoops and eventually received our check in details on the kerb outside the hotel. Thought we would be sleeping on the street for a while.
Once inside we noted the big sign in kitchen about leaving a window open when cooking. Next morning all fire alarms in the hotel section went off. A closed window somewhere perhaps. Alarm couldn’t be shut off so we evacuated with our bags like many others. Guess it must happen often due to the prominence of the sign.
The experience wasn’t good and is a great example of technology making life more difficult. The quest to remove people from hospitality jobs diminishes the hospitality aspect. It also leaves no backup except for meaningless, valueless, unaccountable apologies.
The communications failures and fire alarm intrusion are significant infrastructure short comings.
Wouldn’t stay there again.
ผผู้เข้าพักit was nice experiance , Hotel is near to bus/tram station, simillarly most of the tourist spots are on walking distance from the Hotel, breakfast was super awesome we liked it so much.
