A great place to stay for visiting mayon volcano. Rooms with mayon view is nice, staffs are friendly, location is very convenient, near sm. Breakfast is not really nice though compare to other hotels with this price, also the swimming pool is small and has no view, its boring to swim there, and I booked the atv through hotel then I found out that klook is 50% cheaper than the hotel price, so booking atv there is not recommended. Overall, its a good hotel to stay, but not a good hotel if your expecting nice breakfast and activities.

They initially sent us to a room smaller and cheaper than what I booked however, they did upgrade the room once I clarified the accommodation we were expecting. The hotel manager was very courteous and had several staff attend to us while we transferred to another room.

Thank you for the warm and accommodating hospitality during Dr. Jonathan's stay. He mentioned that the food was excellent and that they thoroughly enjoyed their time there! 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 Definitely this hotel will be our family favorite from now on. Booked two rooms for my sister and her girlfriend’s family. They had a great and comfortable stay. Rooms were clean and modern and location was excellent. Perfect for anyone vacationing in Sorsogon.

Wifi was fast & reliable Buffet breakfast had a lot of selection Staff were friendly and accommodating Few complimentary toiletries No facilities like pool or gym but a restaurant is avail. Near transpo and shops and Rob Naga. Room is clean and comfy. No smart tv though

Hotel is Good. Clean, very responsive to my needs, its just that what I booked on the hotel rooms is not air-conditioned and its my fault that I haven't read it saying that it wasnt air-conditioned. No breakfast available so it was just fair. Thanks a lot, God bless!

The hotel itself has been renovated to better ambience room is larger than the first time, the bed is firm although not too comfortable as is really a small twin bed if your tall and heavy and toss and turn not good idea, I wish they make it into at least fall size bed. Pillow are soft, wifi is good not too strong but its ok. bathroom is better renovated no more curtain now its a glass wall. water pressure is strong and good hot water , safe in the room, large tv with movies and good channel option.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way! The amenities were top-notch, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the food was exceptional. Very accommodating,clean environment and safe to stay.. Establishments including government facilities and schools are accessible.
