I highly recommended this hotel, madali din sya ma access. madali din sila kausap kasi nagpalipat ako ng room ung may mayon view. that why I really satisfied, saka di ka mababasa ng ulan once nag papick sa grab kasi covered ung lobby 👍👍👍

We booked  at the very last minute and im happy that we choose The Marison Hotel located in the prime city of Legazpi . Rooms are spacious and clean and i really love the bed….its very clean, soft and big, felt like sleeping at home.  The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in. Food was superb and restaurant’s service was excellent. Hotel had a nice atmosphere and we really enjoyed our stay, we will highly recommend The Marison Hotel to others.

the staffs are very accomodating and they will welcome you with a warm smiles and greetings from morning to evening. the dinner buffet and breakfast buffet are so good that my family enjoyed so much! the view and the ameneties are very good for the price! thank u for allowing my family of 4 to stay in your double bed without adding any fee! ❤️ we’ll sure be back again soon!

The hotel is cozy and near commercial district of legaspi.

The service provided by the staff was very good. They were all respectful to the guests. The food in the included breakfast buffet was great. The food variety was excellent but it didn’t have any fruit juice available. Otherwise the Lotus Blue cafe also had great food at a very reasonable price. The location was very close to the main downtown area and walking distance to clean malls with plenty of food and restaurant options. The area is also very safe and friendly. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with the room. The hot water heater inside the room was not working. We immediately reported that to the front desk. They sent a maintenance mechanic to fix it but same issue every time we tried to use the shower. They promised to replace the heater while we were away on our tour, but when we came back the hot water heater was still not working. The water from the shower would first come out very hot and difficult to adjust. Then after that the water came out very cold. I reported the same issue to the front desk but no results. Thank goodness we were only stuck for two days.

This place is just 7 min walk from the Legazpi Grand Terminal (buses to and from other provinces/regions). It's right next to Pacific Mall for groceries, pharmacy, Watsons, etc. It's also walking distance to Ayala. It alsi has a great view of Mayon. Tess and the other staff were very friendly and helpful. It was raining so Tess lent us an umbrella.

WoW! As in wow. Sayang kasi saglit lang kami sa hotel dahil flight na namin ng 6am. All amenities and the room (even the bathroom, pangmayaman huhu), 10 out of 10 talaga. Super classy, clean, cool, complete needs from towel, coffee and all. Definitely will book again here kapag nag visit ulit ako sa bicol for personal and work travel ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Sulit every penny! Also, the staffs and even the owner mismo is friendly and accomodating. 🙏❤️ From the cost (na sulit talaga kapag nakita mo ung room), the rooms with amenities to staffs - 100% super recommended! Plus, ung tranfer to airport na kasama sa package, kahit super aga ng flight namin, they are willing to give you car service ❤️ Thank you so much, A Traveller’s Inn ❤️ P.S. Очень много пыли и муравьёв на полу. Установлен кондиционер, но такое ощущение, что его просто отключили, а оставили только вентилятор. Горячий воды не было в душе. Персонал вежливый.

ฉันชอบที่นี่เพราะทําเลที่ตั้งของฉันสะดวกและพนักงานดีมากห้องที่ฉันมอบหมายนั้นดีเตียงขนาดเต็มไม่สบายเพียงอย่างเดียวคือเครื่องปรับอากาศมีเสียงดังมากแม้ว่ามันจะทํางานได้ดี แต่ก็มีเสียงดังเกินไป มีน้ําประปาที่ดีไม่มีน้ําร้อนสําหรับอาบน้ํา

The place is very close to the mall and food park, as a traveller local and street food might think twice for cleanliness and water sensitivity, the place is not too bad few bad and good, water will disappear in n o time so better ask the front desk to put the water on. Not as cleaned as 3 star but can be done for 1 night,No elevator service if you have a large luggage and bad knee this place is not for you. Mall are nearby 5-7 mins walk.
