Clean room but toilet cleanliness could be improved. Nice location with sea view for a calming atmosphere. Breakfasts are below average, not many choices available. Facilities such as kid’s swimming pool is under maintenance, the ground floor of gymnasium is also under maintenance but have full equipment at the upper floor.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Kali ke 2 repeat. Dapat bilik B03, selimut sangat tipis banding bilik B02. Aircond ambik masa lama untuk sejuk. TV sangat okey. Pukul 12 tengahari akan ada staff ketuk pintu banyak kali kalau tak check out lagi. Parking depan rumah, FOC. Kolam air okey. Ada tempat bilas. Air mesin cuckoo. Jalan kaki ke pantai. Harga murah.

One night sleeping at Hotel grand Continental Terengganu hotel in the morning I’m walking to the lift bridge take a few photos and then having breakfast everyone can walk from the hotel even though it's a little sweaty back to the hotel on foot you can also use Grab or taxi but this time we choose to walk it's a fun experience

Basic 3 star hotel located just 5 min walking distance to TGG airport.. love the bed and view. First choice hotel if u need to catch morning flight. Breakfast pre-pack due to low pax but so worth and delicious. Can extend room up to 4pm for rm60. Worth the price

Secara keseluruhan, kami sekeluarga berpuashati dengan penginapan kami selama 3 malam di Melur Inn KT. Bilik untuk keluarga yang luas dan selesa, bilik air yang besar dan bersih dengan kemudahan seperti tuala, pemanas air dan sabun mandi. Kemudahan lain seperti jug kettle, coffee, gula dan creamer juga disediakan. Kedudukan hotel juga strategik iaitu berdekatan dengan masjid Tok Jembal, UniSZA, tempat makan menarik, pantai peranginan dan juga tempat membeli-belah. Kemudahan tempat letak kereta juga agak luas disediakan di belakang hotel. Cuma hotel ini tiada kemudahan lif dan bilik family berada di tingkat 2, mungkin tidak sesuai untuk golongan tua dan individu yang ada masalah kesihatan yang lain.

Parking was also manageable during our stay. Although the hotel is not luxurious, it offers good value for money and meets expectations for a short stay. The overall environment was quiet and suitable for relaxation after a busy day. In summary, Permai Hotel Kuala Terengganu is a solid choice if you are looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay, especially during festive periods like Hari Raya. I would consider staying here again on my next visit.
