The hotel staff is very nice and accommodating. The bed is very comfortable and all in general is good. Kitchenette is also good, with items that can be handy. I had a nice stay.

Для 4* скромно, но для местных отелей достойно. Чисто и уютно, все удобства для гостей хорошо продуманы.

Dit is een prachtig hotel, de naam hotel waardig. Zeer mooie locatie, gelegen in het centrum van het oude Rouen. Mooie inkomhal, prima en aimabele receptie. Er is ook mogelijkheid tot ondergrondse parking met autolift, maar we hebben hier geen beroep op gedaan. Er is een betaalparking Indigo Pucelle zeer nabij, die ons nog geen 20 euro gekost heeft voor 24 uur. Het ontbijt was zeer lekker. Aanrader.

The hotel is nicely located, few steps away from the main attractions, hotel has its own parking which is convenient, however the number of places is limited. There are water refill stations on every floor, which is very handy. The breakfast has good variety of products. The swimming pool is on a smaller side and the water is quite cold to our preferences, so it’s mainly for “soaking in cold water” rather then swimming:) the family room for 4 is spacious, beds are comfortable, window sound proofing is not the best.

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ห่างจากสถานีเพียงไม่กี่ก้าวก็ถึงโรงแรมในเมืองเพียง 10 นาที และห่างจากชายหาดเดินเพียง 20 นาที หรือรถราง 4 สถานีใน 5 นาที ห้องพักสะอาด สะอาด ห้องน้ําในตัว สะอาด ห้องน้ําในตัว ห้องน้ําสะอาด สะอาด พนักงานบริการดี ห้อง 403 กว้างขวาง อุปกรณ์ครบครัน มีเครื่องชงกาแฟ Malongo ชา น้ํา Evian 2 ขวด ห้องน้ําฝักบัวพร้อม โลชั่น แชมพู เต็มๆ หน้าต่างกระจกบานใหญ่ ขจัดเสียงรบกวนจากเส้นเลือดหมุนเวียน ห้องอุ่นดี มีระบบทําความร้อนหรือแอร์ สบายมากครับโรงแรมสบายมากสบายมากครับโรงแรมสบายมากสบายมากครับ โรงแรมสบายและสบายมาก ไม่ได้เอาบุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้าที่ 15 ยูโร แต่ห้องอาหารสวยมาก จัดวางน่านั่ง เลือกร้านเวียนนาตั้งแต่ 6.30 น. โรงแรมมีห้องฟิตเนสห้องนั่งเล่นสบายๆ ไว้ดื่มได้ บรรยากาศเงียบสงบมากๆ

На горе расположен , тяжело для пожилых , очень старый , убитый отель , но дали номер для человека с коляской , удобно было

Hôtel très bien situé, propre, chambre spacieuse, petit déjeuné bien, personnel sympathique et serviable avec une mention spéciale pour Yassine :) séjour agréable

Purtroppo la palestra non era disponibile per via di lavori. Sarebbe stato corretto informare prima.

เราเลือกโรงแรมนี้เพราะเครือ Mercure ให้ความสะดวกสบายดีเสมอ ห้องพักกว้าง สะอาด เก็บเสียงได้ดี เป็นตัวเลือกที่เยี่ยมมากๆ ่ได้ทานอาหารเช้าเพราะไม่รู้สึกหิวมากในตอนเช้าและเราก็ดูไร้ประโยชน์ที่จะใช้จ่ายหัวละ 17 ยูโร
