Ducha con muy poca presión, apenas salía agua. Al hacer el check out nos indican que hay que pagar la estancia, cuando ya había sido abonada una semana antes a través de Trip.com. Después de consultarnos varias veces en el sistema nos indican que si que era un error, pero nos dicen que hay que abonar el parking, cuando nuestro coche lo habíamos aparcado en la calle. Tras otros minutos de espero ya nos indican que ha sido otro error. Demasiados errores para un hotel de 4 estrellas que nos hace perder tiempo en el check out, cuando todo había sido pagado una semana antes.

숙소가 깔끔하고 정갈합니다! 설명도 충분하고 체크인, 체크아웃, 객실키가 온라인으로 가능해서 편리했어요. 물론 매우 청결해서 더더욱 좋았답니다!

hotel è stupendo, camera super spazio, posizione a un paso del centro, con una vista mozzafiato. stanza pulita, bagno grande con doppio lavandino. abbiamo dormito molto bene.

Amazing historical hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff will make you feel home. Thank you very much to Eva, Nico and the rest of the staff for being helpful during our first stay in Salamanca. Hotel location, breakfast buffet are great. Will be back soon.

นี่เป็นครั้งที่สองที่ฉันพักที่ Eurostar โรงแรมที่ฉันพักในเมืองกรานาดานั้นดีมาก ครั้งนี้โรงแรมแห่งนี้เป็นโรงแรมสไตล์ยุโรปและมีกลิ่นอายของยุคเก่า ห้องสามเตียงที่เราพักมีเตียงคิงไซส์และเตียงเดี่ยว มีชายหนุ่มคนหนึ่งที่แผนกต้อนรับซึ่งดูเขินอายเล็กน้อยแต่ก็กระตือรือร้นมาก เขารู้ว่าฉันกำลังขับรถและขอให้ฉันขับรถไปข้างหน้าแล้วเลี้ยวขวาเข้าลิฟต์ จากนั้นฉันก็สามารถจอดรถที่ชั้นสองใต้ดินได้ ค่าที่พักค้างคืนอยู่ที่ 15 หยวน ฉันเช็คอินล่วงหน้าอย่างรวดเร็วและเข้าห้องโดยตรงจากชั้นสองใต้ดิน ฉันพอใจมาก

Ubicación perfecta en el centro. Cercano a la zona comercial y de ocio en el Barrio Húmedo. Habitación amplia, limpia y con ventana exterior. Atención perfecta por parte del personal. Se agradece el check out a las 12:00. Una única pega, la mampara y la ducha en general requieren un poco de mantenimiento y limpieza. Por lo demás, hotel recomendable.

Great location, quiet room, and very convenient parking! I really enjoyed my stay at NH Hotel in León. At first, I was a bit disappointed to get a room with a city view instead of the main square. But it turned out to be a good thing — the square is full of bars and restaurants, so it gets very loud until late at night. Also, the square was under construction, so I was actually happy to avoid the noise and mess. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. There were a few hairs in the shower, but overall, everything felt tidy. I loved the small details — like the nice selection of teas (4 different flavors!). The hotel’s location is perfect — right in the city center, which makes it easy to explore León on foot. A big bonus was the secure parking right inside the hotel — very convenient if you're traveling by car. Would definitely stay here again!

Es un hotel ideal para visitar Avila ,inmejorable ubicación con un excelente servicio tanto en limpieza como en trato personal , en mi próximo viaje a Avila no dudaría en elegir este hotel . Ha sido un viaje agradable y placentero ..
