โรงแรมที่น่าทึ่ง เย็นสบายและกว้างขวาง ห้องพักยอดเยี่ยม มีชา กาแฟ และน้ำดื่มมากมายในห้อง พนักงานทุกคนเป็นมืออาชีพมาก ต้อนรับดีและมีประสิทธิภาพ ทีมงานที่มีความสามารถสูงซึ่งมอบบริการลูกค้าชั้นยอดตลอดเวลา ไม่สามารถเชื่อมต่ออุปกรณ์กับทีวีได้เนื่องจากดูเหมือนว่าจะถูกบล็อกไม่ให้เลือกแหล่งที่มา ตอนนี้ฉันจะไม่พักที่อื่นในเลสเตอร์แล้ว คุ้มค่าและบรรยากาศน่าทึ่ง บาร์และห้องอาหารเช้านั้นยอดเยี่ยมมาก แม้ว่าจะหยุดให้บริการอาหารตอน 21.15 น. ในคืนที่เรามาถึง นั่งรถอูเบอร์ไปเมือง 5 ปอนด์ เดินไปยังสถานี 15 นาที โรงแรมอยู่ติดกับสนามกีฬา Leicester Tigers และยังใกล้กับ King Power มากอีกด้วย มีร้านหัวมุม ร้านเคบับ แมคโดนัลด์ และร้าน Morrisons โดยใช้เวลาเดิน 10 นาทีเช่นกัน

相比十年前入住，環境好了很多。問詢後得知兩年前新裝修，有電梯，房間比倫敦大，一人住合適。沒有早餐（衹有外帶包），不能寄存行李。

โรงแรมนี้ดีที่สุดที่จะไปเช็คอินได้จองห้องเตียงคู่ได้รับการอัพเกรดเป็นห้องสําหรับครอบครัวและทันทีที่เราไปถึงห้องเรามีปัญหาในการหาวิธีเปิดประตูด้วยบัตร ใช่ฉันและแม่ของฉันมีหนึ่งในนั้นริชาร์ดเกอจากสาวสวย ฮ่าฮ่า แต่เมื่อเราเข้าไปในห้องเราประทับใจมันสะอาดและเป็นระเบียบมากมีตู้เย็นขนาดเล็กใต้ทีวีทุกอย่างสามารถเข้าถึงได้พนักงานใจดีและเป็นมิตร ฉันอยากจะแนะนําให้คนอื่น ๆ ที่ผ่านไปในพื้นที่หยุดไม่มีเสียงรบกวนจากการจราจรบนทางหลวงและร้านอาหารบนทางหลวงอยู่ถัดไป ฉันไม่ได้จองอาหารเช้าเพราะฉันออกเดินทางในเช้าวันรุ่งขึ้น 20/10 คะแนนด้านบนลูกค้ามีความสุขมาก ตะโกนใส่ tariek ใหญ่

Brilliant service. Infact on this app i paid for 2 adults breakfast at time of booking but when i got to the hotel and checked in they confirmed that i actually paid for 4 adults!!! Other than that hotel room superb, clean and quite spacious. Would book again. Full retail park across the road.

โรงแรมที่ดีมากในใจกลางเมืองเลสเตอร์ เดินเพียง 10 นาทีจากสถานีรถไฟ ห้องพักกว้างขวางและสะอาด

Check in was easy and the lady on reception was very friendly and helpful. Our room was large and cool. Lovely bathroom with quality shower gel and shampoo provided. I had several hours to myself so I made use of the gym, great equipment and all very clean.  Good swimming area, very busy on a Saturday afternoon. Enjoyed the sauna and steam room. Had curry in the bar which I thought was overpriced. We had a great, comfortable night’s sleep followed by a delicious breakfast with lots of choice.

The hotel and staff are great,but unfortunately on this stay the fire alarm went off at 4am in the morning,due to a fault..so broken sleep unfortunately

Great hotel. Close by to the motorway meant convenient but quiet. The spa facilities were excellent. The steam room was very effective, which isn't always the case in many hotels, even shortly after opening first thing in the morning it was up to temperature. Room was clean and comfortable. As for the restaurant, I'm still wondering when the potato shortage started in this country! My fish and chips could have done with some more chips. There were so few they were able to hide them all under the piece of fish! That's a shame as the food was really nice. Would definitely stay again and will look out for Leonardo again in future as a previous stay somewhere else was really nice.
