Trip.com ยืนยันกับฉันว่าโรงแรมนี้ยินดีต้อนรับเด็กๆ ให้เข้าพักกับผู้ปกครองโดยไม่เสียค่าใช้จ่าย (ไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม) ระหว่างการเข้าพัก แต่รอน ผู้จัดการโรงแรมบอกว่าจะมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม 100 ปอนด์หากมีเด็กเข้าพัก ครั้งนี้เราเจอประสบการณ์การเข้าพักที่แย่มาก แต่ยังไงก็ตาม เราก็ได้รับความช่วยเหลือจากผู้จัดการโรงแรมเรื่องอาหารเช้าฟรี รวมถึงบริการเช็คเอาท์ล่วงเวลา แม้ว่าเราจะเช็คเอาท์ตรงเวลาถึง 11:00 น. ก็ตาม หวังว่าประสบการณ์แย่ๆ แบบนี้จะเกิดขึ้นเร็วๆ นี้ ขอบคุณ!

ทำเลดีมาก เดินออกมาก็เจอร้านร้านอาหารหลายร้าน บริการดี ห้องเล็กกระทัดรัด มีจอTV ใหญ่มาก 2 จอ นอนดูสบาย ที่นอนก็สบาย แต่ ห้องเล็กมาก เราพักสามคน มีกระเป๋าเดินทาง 20 นิ้ว หนึ่งใบ เป้หนึ่งใบ ก็ยังรู้สึกว่าแคบ แน่น เกินไป แต่ห้องนี้สำหรับสี่คน! เมื่อเวลาอาบน้ำ น้ำระบายช้า ล้นออกมานอกห้อง เปียก!

โรงแรมที่มีลักษณะคล้ายปราสาท เงียบสงบ และมีที่จอดรถสะดวกสบาย ลิฟต์ไปที่ชั้น 2 เท่านั้น ดังนั้นผู้ที่อาศัยอยู่บนชั้น 3 จะต้องยกกระเป๋าเดินทางขึ้น อาหารมีคุณภาพดีและทิวทัศน์โดยรอบก็งดงาม

เราพักที่นี่เพียงคืนเดียวในช่วงวันหยุดอีสเตอร์และใช้เวลาประมาณ 150 ปอนด์ต่อคืนโดยไม่มีอาหารเช้า ห้องที่จัดสรรอยู่ที่ด้านล่างของทาวน์เฮาส์ เราไม่แน่ใจว่าเครื่องปรับอากาศทํางานหรือไม่ ตอนกลางคืนอากาศหนาวไปหน่อย...พนักงานต้อนรับเป็นกันเองและช่วยเหลือดีมาก ไม่มีความคิดเห็นอื่น ไม่มีอะไรเลวร้ายหรือดีที่จะพูดถึง

Attended on Tuesday 27th Feb. Paid a little extra for room with a bath as like the couple ****** we are, we wanted a bath in Bath. My wife's first time ever visiting here. The hotel is a lovely setting, there is history here and all the staff have been wonderful. Close to the station, literally in front of it, and close to everything. Had the great pleasure of having many encounters with Tim, one of the reception staff and I believe concierges. Super pleasant and always helpful. We had breakfast included and after having that this morning can honestly say it's bang for your buck, with hot food to order including steak and eggs, (best steak my wife has had in the UK), a breakfast grill and a selection of others plus a typical selection of baked goods and fruits. The bar is pleasant and we enjoyed drinks last night before heading up to our room. Strawberry daiquiri we have had many times but the Amaretto sour was an interesting twist with a strong lemon zest. The only downside to the visit would be the bath/shower experience. Lukewarm bath and cold shower when we attempted it last night. This morning we got hot water for a total of ten mins to share before it went cold again. Not the worst thing all in all but a downside considering the extra pricing for a bathtub room. I was however assured that had I brought it to the desks attention I would have been assisted and I had just done the British thing of not wanting to fuss. One last perk that made an impact to me; free luggage storage. We checked out early so we could make the best of our time exploring Bath before we ride home. We were offered free luggage storage for even after we checked out so we could come back in quick before our train at 3pm and grab our bags and go, no extra charge. Fantastically useful as the Abbey tour does not allow luggage inside and we wanted to go. Anyway, thank you to Tim and all the staff at The Royal for making us feel welcomed and our time there special, we will definitely be coming back someday soon and will stay again. - Liam and Jenny Stephenson, Room 109. Bathen House is simply phenomenal from the mixture of old and modern aesthetic that screams class, elegance and luxury to the squeaky clean, serene environment and the oh so polite staff that were always available to help and make your stay as comfortable as possible. It was such a remarkable experience and I would definitely go back again. I absolutely loved my stay at Bathen House and I swill always recommend. It was the best Easter Holiday and Experience.

Our stay at Oldfields House was outstanding we were shown our room then offered another with a stunning four post bed, which we settled into quite quickly. The staff on check in were amazing and fixed us up promptly and courteously. Breakfast was delicious and filling and our coffee was perfect.

We had a lovely two night stay at Ammonite Lodge where we found a very warm welcome. The accommodation was very comfortable and was as accurately described. Our hosts provided an excellent breakfast and a very quiet stay which we really appreciated. The location is very good for walking to the centre of Chard a matter of only a few minutes where there is ample choice of places to eat & drink in the evening. We also visited the nearby reservoir which is lovely to walk around after breakfast. Definitely recommend the Ammonite for a great value stay.
