A experiência foi muito boa desde a agilidade no check-in, as informações na recepção, o estacionamento, a limpeza no quarto (estava com apreensão sobre isso devido aos comentários, só fiquei um dia, mas o quarto estava limpo e as toalhas também, poucos pontos de ferrugem devido ao salitre), o café da manhã com pouca variedade, porém bem servido e gostoso (uma observação é a limpeza das xícaras e pratos, poderia ser melhor). Solicitei que ficassemos em um quarto com vista para o mar e fomos atendidas. O check-out foi rápido também e sem problemas. Hospedagem muito tranquila.

A estrutura boa, café da manhã perfeito localização também boa, o que deixou a desejar foi a piscina que no dia que fui tava tão suja, mais tão suja que já estava ficando cinza (nem verde era) e se aproximou um funcionário da aérea da limpeza e perguntamos se ia limpar ele disse que não (detalhe era uma sexta) então não podemos desfrutar da piscina nas nossas 2 diárias

ทําเลที่ตั้งอยู่ค่อนข้างไกลจากใจกลางเมือง แต่มีรถประจําทางหลายสายจากป้ายรถเมล์ข้างโรงแรม ห้องของเราอยู่ที่ชั้นหนึ่งและมีหน้าต่างบานเล็ก น่าเสียดายที่ข้างหน้าต่างมีสภาพอากาศบ้างและมีเสียงดังมากดังนั้นจึงยากที่จะนอนหลับในเวลากลางคืน

Hallo, ich war insgesamt 5 Tage in der Anlage , eine Nacht in den vorgelagerten Zimmern. Die Zimmer im Hauptgebäude sind gut ausgestattet und der Service ist gut. Die Zimmer sind geräumig. Die vorgelagerten Zimmer haben einexschlechtere Kategorie uns sind kleiner . Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und vielfältig. Das Personal versteht leider kein englisch, ein Übersetzungs Programm auf Handy sollte man haben. Negstiv fand ich dass sich niemand auf meine email gemeldet hat, da ich etwas in der Unterkunft vergessen habe. Sonst kann ich aber die Unterkunft in den Zimmern im Haupthaus jederzeit empfehlen

Péssima experiência com relação ao estacionamento do hotel. Não tem sequer por onde pedestre sair. Tive q descer uma rampa péssima sem sinalização por onde pedestre deveria andar. Péssima experiência. Péssima estrutura de estacionamento.
Precisam melhorar sinalização e estrutura de estacionamento, bem como colocar carregador para carro elétrico. Uma rede como Accor seria o mínimo.

* spacious clean room
* good breakfast opening at 6:30am sharp (doors are locked before then), with lactose-free milk and gluten-free options
* okay pool area (no greenery though)
Cons:
* the A/C was weak, but after running it for one day the room was sufficiently cool (you do need a card in the slot during that day...)
* no ”Do not disturb” sign to hang onto the doorknob
* the desk in the room was small and very annoying for laptop work (round, glass)
* the chairs in the room were not comfortable at all
* out of all the staff, only one front desk person spoke English
* no laundry facilities
* no business room
* old slow elevator
* window didn't insulate from the street noise that well, but I used 33 dB NRR earplugs to block the noise that came through; there are also many rooms that don't face the street
* the front gate didn't open automatically with my key; had to wait for staff to open it; other times it was left open

RRabs ShowtimeWe had the most amazing stay at Fera. Everything about this place was perfect. From the warm welcome from Leandro who is bursting with energy and filled with lots of knowledge and passion for the city, to Bruno's care and patience with planning a birthday surprise for our friend. All of the staff was so friendly and kind. The rooms were spacious and nothing short of exceptional, with beds so comfortable it was hard to wake up. The rooftop pool and bar were also great, with a lovely view of the harbor. As a group of foodies, the food at the hotel was phenomenal. We treated ourselves to some massages with Margot, who really made it worth it. We were only at Fera for two nights but felt like we were already part of their family. The history behind this hotel, the location and the staff made our stay in Salvador so special. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you to everyone at Fera Palace.

Allerdings muß man, bei einem Wunsch z. B. nach einem 2. Bettlaken, an der Rezeption zur Erledigung öfter mal ”erinnern”
Sehr guter Frühstücksservice. Aufmerksames Personal. Ausreichen große Auswahl. Es wird laufend nachgefüllt.
W-LAN Empfang aber von Zimmer zu Zimmer unterschiedlich. Es war diesmal nicht ausreichend sodass wir das Zimmer wechseln mußten.

ZZed Traffer-A single very very slow elevator... 1 broken elevator (no sign of undergoing repairs during my 3 night stay. To their credit, they enabled the service elevator to the guests, but still super slow -and no a/c on the elevator or stairs... (in 30°C weather)
-Only one room key card per room -per hotel policy (***?)
-Room facilities functional but way below par.
-Breakfast buffet very overcrowded, one morning (the other days it was fine) we had to clear a table ourselves -no sign of anyone taking care of that.
-Barely functional wifi (forget streaming) had to relay on data roaming.
-Pool was small and permanently overcrowded.
Note: it seemed to me the hotel was understaffed, no complains on the workers who were trying their best.

BBurrows and GwynnFantastic clean and recently renovated hotel. We celebrated a birthday here and loved the experience, the buffet was extensive, but cheaper if you book ahead. The room service was a little slow (our order did not turn up when requested), but otherwise everything was great

Vou deixar duas observações mas que de forma alguma diminuem a experiência que foi espetacular.É que sempre pode melhorar.
Mas poderiam mudar a esteira da academia.Bao dava pra correr.Era muito estreita e instável.Pode até causar acidente.
O outro ponto é o barulho com as conversas dos funcionários em horários bem cedo comopor ex, antes das 07h da manhã.Ali próximo da lavanderia e por onde passam os funcionários alguns paravam ali próximo de alguns quartos e conversavam bem alto que dava pra ouvir nos quartos.Apenas essa orientação para evitar conversas altas até um determinado horário .Ficavam rindo e tal.Acho que nem se tocaram.Com toda a certeza voltarei a ficar hospedada no hotel.A minha avaliação é 9 por causa desse detalhe do barulho próximo ao quarto.

ผผู้เข้าพักWhat a wonderful stay at Casa Imbale! It's a cozy beach house, and Conrado, a very-friendly Italian owner and all his staff, will insure you'll feel comfortably at home. A perfect location by the palm-tree lined Imbassai beach; a very delicious tropical breakfast with lots of daily treats, served daily at the garden. The rooms are cleaned daily. The facilities are modest and functional, but the warm and genuine Brazilian-style hospitality is a luxury, a gift, a traveling experience you'll enjoy, treasure and share, as I did! I'll sure return!
