Fantastic clean and recently renovated hotel. We celebrated a birthday here and loved the experience, the buffet was extensive, but cheaper if you book ahead. The room service was a little slow (our order did not turn up when requested), but otherwise everything was great

Péssima experiência com relação ao estacionamento do hotel. Não tem sequer por onde pedestre sair. Tive q descer uma rampa péssima sem sinalização por onde pedestre deveria andar. Péssima experiência. Péssima estrutura de estacionamento.
Precisam melhorar sinalização e estrutura de estacionamento, bem como colocar carregador para carro elétrico. Uma rede como Accor seria o mínimo.

O hotel é muito confortável. Cama grande com lençóis limpos e de qualidade. A piscina e o café da manhã sao excelentes. A localização foi a que escolhi, mais afastada do centro e próximo a praias que não conhecia. O restaurante tem comida boa e com preços acessíveis. Parabéns a toda equipe.

A Experiência foi incrível, é bem localizado a poucos minutos da praia, piscina na cobertura com uma vista incrível pro mar, o local do café também fica na cobertura e a vista é maravilhosa! Café da manhã muito bom e atendimento muito também!
O único ponto negativo para mim é que a cama não era de casal, pelo menos a do meu quarto eram duas de solteiros juntas o que para mim que durmo com uma bebê e meu marido foi bem ruim pois dormi no buraco a noite inteira e essa parte foi bem desconfortável.
Vale um olhar para o corretor que está ou esteve com alguma infiltração e está com cheiro de mofo o que não foi um problema pra mim pois o quarto estava tudo ok!
No geral a experiência foi maravilhosa e voltaria com toda certeza!

Ficamos hospedados no hotel por 3 dias, é perfeito pra um hotel de média categoria. Atendimento ótimo, quarto limpinho, tudo cheiroso. Café da manhã perfeito. Cama ótimo, tem tv, frigobar. Perto do centro e da passarela da cultura. Muito bem localizado e sem falar que a rua é silenciosa ou seja, uma ótima noite de 😴. Enfim, amamos nossa estadia e já planejamos retornar e visitar o mesmo hotel e outros da rede soberano.
Dicas:
* Reservem a Hidro. Não deixem de aproveitar a hidromassagem, e se conseguirem a Hidro 3 é a mais perfeita pq fica na cobertura então, pensa em um por do sol perfeito 🥰😍
* Se a grana estiver curta, não deixem de experimentar a comida do Mineirão, ele tem uma Marmitex que sai na marmita ou no prato por 25 reais e pensa em uma comida deliciosa. Vc pode comer na cobertura, no quarto ou em áreas de lazer do hotel.
* Aproveitem a tapioca. É uma delícia 😋

2번째 이용이었습니다 20분정도 걸어나가면 해변입니다 아침운동하기 좋습니다. 15분정도 걸어가면 살바도르쇼핑몰입니다. 환전소가 있는 대형쇼핑몰입니다. 침실이 분리되어있어 좋습니다. 작은 주방이 있지만 식기는 없습니다.

* good breakfast opening at 6:30am sharp (doors are locked before then), with lactose-free milk and gluten-free options
* okay pool area (no greenery though)
Cons:
* the A/C was weak, but after running it for one day the room was sufficiently cool (you do need a card in the slot during that day...)
* no ”Do not disturb” sign to hang onto the doorknob
* the desk in the room was small and very annoying for laptop work (round, glass)
* the chairs in the room were not comfortable at all
* out of all the staff, only one front desk person spoke English
* no laundry facilities
* no business room
* old slow elevator
* window didn't insulate from the street noise that well, but I used 33 dB NRR earplugs to block the noise that came through; there are also many rooms that don't face the street
* the front gate didn't open automatically with my key; had to wait for staff to open it; other times it was left open

RRabs ShowtimeWe had the most amazing stay at Fera. Everything about this place was perfect. From the warm welcome from Leandro who is bursting with energy and filled with lots of knowledge and passion for the city, to Bruno's care and patience with planning a birthday surprise for our friend. All of the staff was so friendly and kind. The rooms were spacious and nothing short of exceptional, with beds so comfortable it was hard to wake up. The rooftop pool and bar were also great, with a lovely view of the harbor. As a group of foodies, the food at the hotel was phenomenal. We treated ourselves to some massages with Margot, who really made it worth it. We were only at Fera for two nights but felt like we were already part of their family. The history behind this hotel, the location and the staff made our stay in Salvador so special. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you to everyone at Fera Palace.

Allerdings muß man, bei einem Wunsch z. B. nach einem 2. Bettlaken, an der Rezeption zur Erledigung öfter mal ”erinnern”
Sehr guter Frühstücksservice. Aufmerksames Personal. Ausreichen große Auswahl. Es wird laufend nachgefüllt.
W-LAN Empfang aber von Zimmer zu Zimmer unterschiedlich. Es war diesmal nicht ausreichend sodass wir das Zimmer wechseln mußten.

ผผู้เข้าพักApresenta uma ótima localização, bem em frente a Praia da Barra. Muitos bares e restaurantes no entorno e outros tipos de estabelecimentos. O ônibus que sai do aeroporto, tem parada bem ao lado, e a parada de lá até o aeroporto fica a uns 10 minutos caminhando, com percurso aproximado do trajeto até o aeroporto de 1:30h, passando a cada 15 minutos. O hotel é antigo, mas com boa estrutura e bem conservado. Têm bons quartos, piscina, boa recepção pra aguardar, maleiro e bom atendimento. O café da manhã é muito bem servido e tudo muito saboroso. Espero retornar em breve!

There is a pizza place in the same building which is super good, sometimes especially at the weekend when it is crowded there is a lot of noise in the building. The cleanness is very good. The kitchen is clean but can be improved because the are no shelves so everything is in the lower part and before kitchen there is tiolets for the restaurant which is better to make someshelves and bring the kitchen stuff from low level without any doors to higher part for cleaness. The view is perfect and its safe hostle.

La habitación doble que nos dieron era amplia y muy bien acondicionada. Contaba con sistema de aire acondicionado central muy cómodo de utilizar, y ventanas para una amplia ventilación.
El baño contaba con secador.
La piscina es linda, amplia y con servicio de toallas y bar. Llamativamente durante nuestra estadía los huéspedes le daban poco uso.
El desayuno es excelente, muy completo, variado y rico. Un buffet espectacular con un buen servicio, contaba desde frutas de estación hasta tortas, platos calientes, panes de varios tipos, y un largo etc. Sin dudas había algo para cada paladar.
El restaurante del hotel, que es el mismo que brinda el desayuno, también brinda otras comidas a costo adicional. La primera noche fuimos a cenar al hotel y nos sorprendió con la calidad de la comida, la mezcla de sabores y la excelente atención que tuvieron con nosotros. Sin lugar a dudas fue uno de la mejor experiencia gastronómica que tuvimos en Salvador.
Para mejorar solamente voy a mencionar un detalle importante y es el hecho de que no deberían interrupir a los huéspedes en ningún momento para verificar los items del minibar durante la estadía. Sinceramente no entiendo por qué hay hoteles que tienen esta política y menos a este nivel, cuando es algo que se puede realizar fácilmente durante la limpieza de la habitación y/o check-out.

HHayley NinaWe absolutely loved our stay at Vale Verde Praia Hotel. It is in a fantastic location, close to the beach, and our rooms were cleaned daily. The breakfast was also extensive considering what we paid, we felt the stay was brilliant value for money. The best part of the stay was the fantastic reception staff who made additional effort to converse in English with us and who checked every day that our stay was okay. Would recommend!
