We had booked in two hotel rooms but was offered the option to move to an apartment owned by the hotel instead which was a great decision as we were able to stay in the same space as our teenagers, had a full kitchen, two bathrooms and only 200m from the hotel reception. Had a brilliant stay in Rapallo (which we extended by a night as we were enjoying ourselves too much) and a fabulous experience with the hotel, would definitely come back again.

มาถึงวันแรกการนำทางผิดพลาดตลอดหลังจากเดินไปรอบๆก็เจอโรงแรมมีที่จอดรถอยู่หน้าประตูเพียงช่องเดียวผมจึงหยุดก่อนจึงถามแผนกต้อนรับส่วนหน้าแล้วเขาก็บอกว่า เป็นที่จอดรถสำหรับเช็คอินแล้วจอดรถไม่ได้ก็ออกไปหาที่จอดได้ครึ่งวันครับ เหนื่อยมาก และอยากพักสักพักก่อนจะย้ายรถ แผนกต้อนรับปฏิเสธที่จะให้บัตรห้องพักของฉันและขอให้ฉันย้ายรถอย่างแน่นหนาฉันบอกว่าควรเก็บสัมภาระไว้ในห้องก่อนและพนักงานหญิงที่แผนกต้อนรับบอกว่าฉันจะลงภายใน 10 โมง นาทีจะย้ายรถ ถามเธอว่าจะจอดรถที่ไหน? เธอบอกว่าจะจอดรถในลานจอดรถใต้ดินของศูนย์ และฉันก็ถามเธอว่ามีที่จอดรถไหม นางบอกไม่รู้ต้องไปค้นหาเองซึ่งน่ารำคาญ😢 ฉันทำได้แต่วางกระเป๋าไว้ก่อนแล้วจึงย้ายรถไป พนักงานเสิร์ฟยังถูพื้นอยู่และผ้าปูที่นอนยังเปียกอยู่ พนักงานเสิร์ฟก็ไม่เข้าใจ โต๊ะและผมบอกว่าคุณควรมาดูด้วยตัวเอง อายุของแผนกต้อนรับ หญิงสูงอายุเข้ามาบอกพนักงานเสิร์ฟว่าเปลี่ยนผ้าปูที่นอนเป็นผ้าแห้ง ฉันไม่เข้าใจจริงๆ ว่าทำไมเธอจึงต้องให้ผ้าปูที่นอนเปียก เมื่อไหร่จะมีผ้าปูที่นอนแห้ง? หลังจากที่เราเปลี่ยนผ้าปูที่นอน เราก็ออกไปหาที่จอดรถ เราเดินไปรอบๆ เพื่อหาที่จอดรถ ระบบนำทาง ในที่สุดเราก็จอดรถไว้ในโรงรถใต้ดิน เราหมดแรงจึงเดินกลับโรงแรมเลยเวลา 21.00 น. เป็นประสบการณ์ที่ไม่มีความสุขมาก

ที่ตั้งอยู่ใจกลางเมือง สถานีไป Cinque Terre อยู่ติดกัน แต่ที่จอดรถค่อนข้างลำบากหากคุณขับรถมา สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องพักและบริการน่าพอใจ ลิฟต์เก่ามากและเล็กแต่ได้รับการดูแลอย่างดี เป็นประสบการณ์ที่ดี

The gentleman at the front desk had to move me three times to get a room with a working air conditioner during the June heat wave across Europe. This meant managing three luggage on my own. Then, a plumber had to called to fix the non-working toilet. Finally, the dinner (Caesar’s Salad) at the restaurant was sadly unlike ANY such salad I’ve eaten in my 71 years.YUCK! The large window was broken and wouldn’t close all the way, the main door’s chain lock was broken, as well, there wasn’t any food menu or tv instructions in the room, and no toiletries other than shampoo. The positives? Well, the room was very clean, the staff were all pleasant and the wake up call actually worked! Certainly a no frills hotel but very convenient to the airport.

Good location, rooms. Very friendly & heplful staff. Especially both men :)

Really good hotel with 3 stars but deserves 5 stars, best locations near Sanremo attractions, really good parking plot free of charges, nice modern clean rooms, great socials areas, superb restaurant and food and really really good breakfast, cross the road to Nobel villas and parks magnificent sight seen Sea shores, easy walks to downtown and 10 minutes from Sanremo music festival theater.

close to the portal, need take taxi or bus to the train station. While I enjoy 20minutes walking through the main street to get there. Great staff, checked in for me earlier than expected, because the room was ready. I appreciate that. I paid in a good price for Clean and good amenities, very happy stay there. If I'm going back to the city, I'm gonna stay with them again

Великолепный отель в Сан-Ремо, рядом с казино. Мы в Сан-Ремо уже не первый раз, останавливались в разных отелях, но этот отель нравится больше всех. Очень приветливый персонал, уютный номер, комфортная кровать с белоснежным бельем, прекрасные завтраки. Очень рекомендую всем этот отель.

In una posizione tranquilla, dalla stanza si poteva vedere un bel verde. Albergo con un'ottima e ampia scelta per la colazione e personale gentile. Peccato che abbia bisogno di qualche ritocco. La nostra camera aveva la moquette bucata, il copriwater spostato (un po' fastidioso) e le luci erano un po' basse... Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo comunque.
