ทําเลดีใกล้กับ NEC และสถานีรถไฟ มีทางเดินที่ปกคลุมจากสถานี การเดินไปยังสถานีค่อนข้างแปลกผ่านนิคมอุตสาหกรรม แต่มีทางเท้าและมีป้ายบอกทางที่ดี ห้องพักของโรงแรมสะอาดและมีเตียงคู่ที่สะดวกสบาย มีหมอนเพียงใบเดียวและมันสายเกินไปที่จะขออีกใบเมื่อเราตระหนัก รับประทานอาหารกลางวันที่ร้านอาหารมีพนักงานเพียงคนเดียวที่ให้บริการช้ามาก อาหารก็ดีและเพลิดเพลินกับอาหารเช้า นี่คือสไตล์บุฟเฟ่ต์ที่มีตัวเลือกที่ดี โดยรวมแล้วจะแนะนําโรงแรมนี้ถ้าไป NEC

Arrived after a late flight. Watm welcome and efficient, was sble to get to the toom quickly snd get some overdue rest. Late breakfast but everything still neing fully stocked. Wide sekection of hot snd cold food. Would have welcomed a later check out, nit no big issue. The property was well maintained and the stsff courteous. Fantastic price for a kast minute booking

We enjoyed are stay , breakfast was included and had a lot of choice and was delicious, also I want to say a massive thank you to Leanne !!!! This lady is such a great person , she really went above and beyond for myself and my Aunti, my Aunti is disabled and had left her crutch on our train from Preston , on arrival we asked if there was anywhere we could buy a replacement but the shop was closed due to it being Sunday , this lady went to her house after her shift and gave us her late husbands walking still to lend for our stay!!  I just want to let this hotel chain know what an amazing and beautiful person they have as an employee.  Thank you once again Leanne .  And we will definitely be back in future .

Stayed hear a few times in the past, when I’m in Birmingham, the reception staff are always helpful, breakfast is good, if you arrive at breakfast 25/30 minutes before the end some hot food is a little over cooked and some selections have run out

Really unsatisfied with the cleanliness of the room, there was a huge amount of dust anywhere that I was sneezing continuously. Also, the most disgusting thing were the bedsheets, stained with yellow spots! I asked for a new set of bedsheets and the reception gave them to me and I had to put them on, because there was no one of the cleaning team to do it. Very very very unsatisfied.

looks dodgy on the outside and not the best inside either, but does the job near town/new street station so great location but does not offer good price for parking

The hotel looks a little tired and in need of bringing up-to-date. Access is via an alleyway that isn’t the best smelling! Service at check-in was disappointingly slow with one receptionist not being aware of 4 people in the queue.  The hotel lifts - there were 2, although 1 broke down soon after check-in - cover 9 floors and are exceedingly slow. I actually found it quicker to walk up and down the stairs to my room on the 3rd floor.  The room itself was spacious, with hanging space, an ironing board, kettle, comfortable bed and a decent bathroom  and good shower.  The big letdown was the antiquated single glazed window that allowed road noise to permeate through - road sweepers and bin men.

5 stars. Exceptionally clean room, outstanding staff and an unbeatable location. Everything you need is within walking distance and the surrounding shops and amenities make it the perfect spot. Friendly people throughout and an altogether excellent stay. Highly recommended.
