ผผู้เข้าพักThe location is great, being very close to the MTR station, which is convenient for transportation.
However, I experienced some issues during my stay. Firstly, there were unpleasant smells in the bathroom, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, I was disappointed to find out that no female rooms were provided. This became a concern for me as there were some uncomfortable encounters with male guests, making it potentially unsafe for solo female travelers. Fortunately, after switching to another room, the situation improved.
If you are looking for a hostel in Berlin, I believe there are better options available that would provide a safer and more comfortable stay.

GGD99Very good location. It's a 2min walk from the station. The staff were very helpful and friendly. This is a well kept Hostel. There were cleaners there on a daily basis. The 8 bed dorm I slept in was clean and comfortable. The only downside in the room is the plug socket by your bed, it's behind a small shelf with a door and you can't shut it when you charge your phone. The breakfast is a buffet for roughly €10 but is not worth paying, you get some bread, cheese, ham, apple slices, yoghurt and muesli. There are better offerings in some of the local bakeries. There is a bar downstairs that serves the beer that is brewed on-site, this was a nice touch. Overall it was a very pleasant place to stay.

SSze YinGenerally an okay experience. Was initially rather apprehensive about staying here given the bad reviews but the overall experience was not bad and a value for money.
The room I stayed in was clean, however some toilets had a strong pee smell to it but this was still okay since I could walk slightly further to use cleaner toilets. I could also see cleaners very regularly every morning working to clean the place, so overall cleanliness is acceptable but very much dependent on your hostel mates.
Location was pretty far away from the city centre, however, it was still v accessible to public transportation so that was good.
I previously read some reviews about the noise at night at the hostel coming from outside. I found this to be true on some of the nights there as the hostel is right next to a campground where people parked their cars at. They would occasionally blast loud music at night but this didn't bother me too much as I'm a heavy sleeper.
The most unnerving thing about the hostel was that overall it would feel unsafe for solo female travellers. I stayed in a private room so I had a rather enjoyable experience. However, I found there to be large groups of older men hanging around the corridors and smoking near the gates late at night. They would also occasionally walk out of the toilets and into the shared corridors in just their underwear so it was quite uncomfortable especially when I had to walk past them.
Receptionists were all generally very helpful who even unlocked the laundry room slightly earlier for us to use in the morning. However, we had a bad experience with one receptionist who was rather curt,dismissive and unhelpful.
Overall an acceptable stay for the price we paid. However, I would not recommend for long stays ( more than a week) and if u are a solo female traveller.

There was a firealarm twice during my one-week-stay.
You can go there, it’s not too bad. I never saw another person in the shared bathroom for instance.
The reception is nice but the coffee small for its price. While you can hear in your room everything that is happening in front of it, I never had enough people on my floor to find it too disturbing. It’s a big building.
What I really liked was the cozy room, the desk, the arrangement of the light and the sink. I felt at home in the private space.

JJerryting07Good hostel , room are spacious and the bed is comfortable. Location wise it near to public transportation. The receptionist are very welcoming and helpful toward all the guess so i would highly recommend this place and will definitely come back here again.
