It is an exclusive hotel where the staff is very courteous and tries to do everything for the Guests. We had access to the Executive Lounge. The lounge is okay but there are better ones! Last year the cappuccino wasn't tasty...hasn't changed, still doesn't taste good 😀 but there are plenty of other alternatives. Nevertheless, it is a very good hotel where the staff should be mentioned that they do everything to satisfy the hotel guests.

The hotel is within close walking distance of Hagia Sophia, the blue mosque, Cistine Basilica and Topkapi Palace which is excellent. The nearest tram stop is about 5 mins away. The area is closed to cars so when arriving at the hotel a taxi drops you off on the edge of the area and the hotel collects you in a golf buggy. You might want to ring ahead to tell them you are on the way. The Turkish breakfast was lovely. The price of breakfast increases if you do not book it before you arrive. My room was large with a living room area and a bathroom with a walk in shower and hammam. I also requested a room on the ground floor in advance as I have difficulty with walking and the hotel is 17 different buildings with no elevator, only stairs. The staff were very attentive and organised my visit to the hammam that was straight across the road.

Very nice hotel but security check issue is boring for that kind of hotel. They got fixed payment for extras in the beginning, not get provision from card, so I needed to go back with my bathrobe from message to get my wallet and pay. They need to be more flexible and trust their customers for such a luxury hotel. I guessed that they faced problem with one customer but it is getting funny when you force your customers a lot like this sample

I had a wonderful stay at the DoubleTree Sirkeci. The hotel was incredibly comfortable, with spacious rooms that offered plenty of room to relax after a long day of exploring the city. One of the highlights of my experience was the warm and helpful staff. Always polite, attentive, and ready to assist with any request. The location is a major plus. Situated right in the heart of the city, it's within walking distance to two tram stations, making it very convenient to get around. It's also close to the Bosphorus Strait, perfect for those who want to enjoy a scenic stroll or hop on a ferry. Another great feature is the on-site dining. The hotel has food and beverage outlets right downstairs, which made grabbing a quick bite or enjoying a relaxed meal very easy. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service in central Istanbul.

Overall, my stay at the Istanbul Medikal Termal Hotel was very good. The rooms were comfortable and clean, providing a pleasant environment to relax in. I especially appreciated the late check-out option, which allowed me to enjoy a more leisurely departure. One downside was that guests are charged to use the pool, which I found disappointing. It would have been better if this was included in the room fee, as it felt like an unnecessary extra cost. Despite this, the hotel offers a convenient location and a generally positive experience. It’s a good choice if you're looking for a comfortable stay in Istanbul.

สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก: มีสระว่ายน้ำน้ำพุร้อน แต่ข้อเสียคือสระว่ายน้ำอยู่กลางแจ้ง อาหารเช้า : ชั้น R กาแฟ น้ำผลไม้ ฯลฯ ค่อนข้างด้อยคุณภาพ โดยเฉพาะกาแฟที่ต้องสั่ง การจัดส่งช้าเกินไป อาหารเช้าเริ่มปิดตอน 10.30 น. ห้องพัก : ห้องวิวทะเล กว้างขวาง สว่างสดใส พร้อมสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน และน้ำอุ่นที่เสถียร ที่ตั้ง : ใกล้กับจัตุรัสทักซิม มีป้ายรถเมล์และรถไฟใต้ดินอยู่ใกล้ๆ ค่าแท็กซี่ Uber ไปสนามบินประมาณ 1,340 TL สรุปอาหารเช้าไม่คุ้มราคา แต่วิวบนดาดฟ้าสุดยอดมาก
