I have stayed at The Ritz-Carlton Istanbul before, in 2017 and 2018, and unfortunately my recent stay was very different from those previous experiences. The hotel itself has changed noticeably. The lobby used to feel much bigger, and now it feels smaller, with shops added that weren’t there before. While the hotel still offers good dining options—including Nobu, an Italian restaurant, and a well-known Turkish restaurant—Nobu in particular feels small compared to other locations worldwide. We stayed during the New Year and winter season, and the hotel felt lacking in festive spirit. The decorations were very minimal: mainly an outdoor Christmas tree and a YSL light tree inside, with only basic décor scattered around. Compared to other hotels we stayed in during the same period, it did not feel festive or atmospheric at all. If you are looking for a strong holiday or seasonal theme, this hotel may not meet that expectation. This is purely based on the overall look and feeling. Upon arrival, no welcome drinks were offered, which was surprising for a Ritz-Carlton. We noticed other guests receiving welcome drinks while we did not. The check-in area is quite small and not suitable for handling large families or groups. There is also no proper waiting area, except for two chairs near the entrance. At check-in, we were informed that our three rooms were on different floors (2, 3, and 10), which was shocking since we had requested connected rooms or at least rooms close to each other. The rooms themselves varied greatly: • The 2nd-floor room had a terrace but was not family-friendly at all. When exiting the elevator, the area felt very dark due to the wallpaper colors, which my children described as “creepy.” • The 3rd-floor room was slightly better, but the window faced a plant wall, making it feel like a basement room. • The 10th-floor room had a partial Bosphorus view and was by far the best room of the three. Because of these issues, I contacted Trip customer service, and I would like to sincerely thank Maxence Cui for the hard work, patience, and dedication shown while assisting us. Maxence truly tried everything possible to help us in a very stressful situation, and their efforts did not go unnoticed. I could see that the Ritz-Carlton management was actively involved in the discussion. Eventually, Mr. Mohammed, the hotel manager, stepped in and handled the situation with kindness and professionalism. He made us feel welcome, encouraged us to stay, and offered to move the other two rooms to the same floor, which greatly improved our experience. Many thanks to him as well. After the room change, we were finally together as a family, with partial sea views and garden views. The room service food was excellent, which was one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, this stay was not the Ritz-Carlton experience we are used to from other locations around the world. While the situation improved thanks to the efforts of both Maxence Cui and Mr. Mohammed, it still did not fully meet our expectations. It was okay, but not the memorable luxury experience we associate with the Ritz-Carlton brand.

Amazing five stars hotel with a very attentive staff. The location is perfect, close to Haggia Sophia, in a old ottoman houses, each house having only a few rooms making the stay feel very private. The cleaning lady had prepared a surprise everyday and was very thorough. On my birthday, the staff prepared a cake. High class service and high class hotel. Would definitely go again!

Overall, my stay at this hotel was excellent. The location was perfect, the facilities were outstanding, and the hotel offered a very convenient feature: the basement level is directly connected to two shopping malls, which made shopping and dining extremely easy. The rooms, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere met the standards expected from a five-star hotel, and I was very satisfied with most aspects of my stay. However, my main concern was the reception staff. I found their attitude unprofessional and unfriendly. For a five-star hotel, I expected a warmer welcome and more courteous communication. The staff rarely smiled and sometimes spoke in a rough manner. One particular incident was disappointing. I asked a receptionist whether the minibar items were complimentary or chargeable, and I was told in a dismissive way that they were free. However, during checkout, I was informed that the minibar items were not free and I was charged approximately $60. This created an unpleasant ending to an otherwise enjoyable stay. Despite this issue, the hotel itself is very good, but I believe the reception team’s professionalism and communication need improvement to match the quality of the property.

Mola İstanbul is an absolute gem! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that made our family feel right at home. The atmosphere is inviting, cozy, and perfectly suited for families—whether you’re looking to relax, enjoy a meal, or simply unwind after exploring Istanbul’s bustling streets. What truly stood out was the staff. Polite, attentive, and genuinely eager to help, they went above and beyond to ensure our experience was seamless. From offering thoughtful recommendations to accommodating our needs with a smile, their kindness added so much to our visit. I’m thrilled to have discovered Mola İstanbul—it’s a haven of comfort and joy in this vibrant city. If you’re looking for a place where quality service meets a family-friendly vibe, look no further. I had a wonderful stay at the DoubleTree Sirkeci. The hotel was incredibly comfortable, with spacious rooms that offered plenty of room to relax after a long day of exploring the city. One of the highlights of my experience was the warm and helpful staff. Always polite, attentive, and ready to assist with any request. The location is a major plus. Situated right in the heart of the city, it's within walking distance to two tram stations, making it very convenient to get around. It's also close to the Bosphorus Strait, perfect for those who want to enjoy a scenic stroll or hop on a ferry. Another great feature is the on-site dining. The hotel has food and beverage outlets right downstairs, which made grabbing a quick bite or enjoying a relaxed meal very easy. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service in central Istanbul.

We stayed from 31 December to 2 January, and it was a truly lovely experience. The staff were exceptional — every single person was warm, kind, and welcoming. The manager was especially wonderful, and even her two dogs added such a homely, comforting touch. We felt safe at all times, which meant a lot, especially over New Year’s Eve. Our room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully kept. We also enjoyed excellent wine during our stay. The location is fantastic — within walking distance of Galata, Galata Tower, and Karaköy, and on the 31st we were able to walk safely to the Karaköy waterfront to watch the fireworks.

This was my first time booking for a guest, and the experience was excellent. The stay at Radisson Blu Hotel, Istanbul Sisli went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The guest was very satisfied with the comfortable room, cleanliness, friendly staff, and convenient location. Communication was professional, and everything was handled efficiently. I would definitely book this hotel again for future guests.

Отель красивый, ресторан тоже супер! Но, правая часть отеля находится рядом с ночным клубом, это просто ужас. Я выбрала номер улучшенный, все супер! Но музыка долбила до 5 утра!Мы прилетели из другой страны поздним вечером и не спали всю ночь из за этой долбежки ночного клуба. Наш балкон выходил на ночной олигарх😂, в номере мы слышали музыку, как будто находились сами на танцполе.🕺🏽💃🏻 На следующий день я попросила поменять номер на тихую сторону, нам дали номер стандарт меньше кв.м и без гардеробной и ванной, но с комплиментов в виде турецких сладостей и фруктов (помним, что я оплатила улучшенный номер)  Очень сильно ароматизируют отель, в коридорах стоят арома станции, на второй день уже мутило от этого аромата. Завтраки невероятные, Новиков он и в Африке - Новиков ❤️🔥  бар вечером - супер! Персонал в ресторане - душки улыбчивые💓 Просто, Не берите номера на правой части отеля.
