It is an excellent hotel with great swimming pool area, clean and big rooms with lots of amenities. The greatest thing about this hotel is its location. We were going to stay in hotel zone but later changed our mind to downtown. And we couldn’t have decided better. All the tours operators do pick up from a couple of locations in downtown area and one of the location is the right outside this hotel. The las Palapas park is walking distance, so is all the local restaurants, super markets etc. it’s near several banks and hotel has a couple of cash points inside the hotel. The only slight nuance is that it is right outside a main road and noise from the road (especially if your room is facing the street) can be a little annoying in the morning during rush hours. Breakfast is fantastic and staff are very nice and accommodating. 4.9 star out of 5.

I would have liked to be closer to Cancun city.. Hotel was looking tired.. Make sure you have transport arranged prior to arrival in Cancun otherwise you will be charged way too much by the taxis as they are all in cahoots together. They were wanting 80 US to start with. We ended up getting a taxi for 60 US which is $100 Australian and caught an Uber back to the airport for $25 Australian? there are no Ubers available at the airport on arrival. 

The hotel is similar to a three star hotel but is very economical for the prices it offers. Best part was the morning breakfast buffet. They have a cook who carefully prepares omeletes and quesadillas, definitely recommend the chicken chipotle quesadillas. Buffet may not be included so you may want to double check to be sure. The living quarters were basic as well. You will have a security box, closet, small tv. They commonly clean every morning, if you don't want it to be clean you can place the do not disturb packard. Everything in the room is white, you will have a decent view of the buildings around, but the view is relaxing. Btw, it's advised to secure your belongings if you have a suitcase, this logic would apply any hotel you go to, better safe then sorry. Staff were very nice, everyone within the buffet mostly speak perfect english, but the cleaning ladies were not able to. Just something to be aware of. *** If you love starbucks, they have one at the entrance. They can't make a Barbie Frappuccino but they have most drinks similar to the aiports. I did not go to the pool of gym due to frequent travel to Xcaret. This is a hotel morentowards those who do travel versus the cost of an all inclusive. Overall, this hotel is budget friendly and the concierge/staff were very kind. Defintely worth the considering. FYI, you want to run the water for a little to get it hot. Its more between hot and warm, they could update the shower heads. Bht they give you plenty of towels they have a blowdryer aswell. Also, outlets may be an issue in the single rooms, the family rooms are well equiped. Close to the airport aswell, the drive is around 10 minutes.

Great place to stay with included breakfast. We were canceled from our hotel last minute, and this was a great deal and much better than the one we had booked. Really enjoyed the stay and the view from the balcony. Clean and comfortable.

เราชอบโรงแรมนี้อย่างแน่นอน ตอนนี้เราไปที่โรงแรมแคนคูนทุกครั้งที่เราไป จากช่วงเวลาที่เรามาถึงเราได้รับการต้อนรับอย่างอบอุ่นที่สุด ทําเลที่ตั้งสมบูรณ์แบบสําหรับเราเพียงสองนาทีจากน้ํา เตียงสบายอย่างไม่น่าเชื่อเราชอบน้ําจืดผ้าเช็ดตัวและการทําความสะอาดทุกวันรวมถึงผ้าเช็ดตัวชายหาดสดทุกวัน มันคุ้มค่ากับเงินที่จ่ายไป Alejandro ที่ต้อนรับเราในล็อบบี้เป็นคนรักอย่างแน่นอนเช่นเดียวกับพนักงานทุกคน เป็นการพักที่ยอดเยี่ยมจริงๆ

The hotel is close to the airport but you need to take the shuttle bus at Terminal 3, Bay 26. You need to message the hotel that you've arrived otherwise it could be a long wait. The hotel has a nice outdoor pool for relaxation. The room I had was of good size. The bathroom was clean with good hot water for the shower, albeit not of strong pressure. Very comfortable bed and pillows, which is essential. Nice dining option at the restaurant with friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. I recommend this hotel if you wish to be in the vicinity of the airport.

酒店整體來説還是不錯的，安靜，衞生，前台熱情友善，早餐也可。唯一不足的就是，我入住時已經半夜了，進入房間一看還沒有打掃，沒有鋪床單，洗手間一條毛巾也沒有，沒有水，並且上一個客人留下的垃圾也沒有清理……當時實在太困太累了，衹要了毛巾沒有折騰換房間。第二天跟前台反饋後，當天房間就打掃得非常乾淨，物品齊全。

The hotel was fantastic. We got a free upgrade to a family suite room which was really nice! We only spent 2 days there but I thought everything was good. The hotel seems like it’s been there quite a while and it’s not particularly modern, but they maintain it really well. For that area the price and quality it’s definitely worth a stay!

Posizione perfetta x raggiungere il centro a piedi. Per le spiagge libere bisogna prendere un bus (R1/R2) oppure un Uber.  Personale gentilissimo. Colazione a buffet.  Camera spaziosa.  L’unica pecca è stata la molta umidità che, purtroppo, durante la notte, ci ha fatto aver freddo.  Pulizia così così.

Decent hotel in Chetumal, but I think can be better. Pillows and bed are on the soft side, and hotel is probably a bit old so it has a smell. Conveniently located across the Mayan museum and probably one of the better hotel in chetumal. Wifi is very intermittent.
