I had mixed feelings about this hotel:
-Very spacious room/suite and comfortable bed.
-Nice places to hang out in the hotel with nice views.
-Staff was very friendly
But:
-Poor isolation. We got awaken by loud music from neighbors’ tv at 6 AM. We heard everything as if the speakers were in our room.
-Disappointing breakfast (only toast and fruits).
Overall good experience, but could be better for a 4-star hotel.

ค่อนข้างธรรมดาและไม่มีอะไรพิเศษ ... ข้อดีอย่างเดียวคือทําเลที่ตั้งใกล้สนามบินมาก .... ส่วนที่แย่ที่สุดคือเมื่อบริการขับรถเริ่มพูดคุยกับฉัน (โฮสต์) เพราะคุณไม่ต้องการให้น้ําขวดแก่ฉัน ... ช่างน่าเศร้าที่ VDD ทุกที่ในโลก ให้น้ําดื่มไม่มีเรื่องมาก!!!

โรงแรมที่ดีใน Chetumal แต่ฉันคิดว่ามันน่าจะดีกว่านี้ หมอนและเตียงนุ่มและโรงแรมอาจจะเก่าไปหน่อยดังนั้นจึงมีกลิ่น ตั้งอยู่ตรงข้ามพิพิธภัณฑ์มายันและอาจเป็นหนึ่งในโรงแรมที่ดีกว่าใน Chetumal Wifi ค่อนข้างเป็นระยะ

Nos pareció excelente lugar para relajarse en familia, está un poco alejado del centro pero por lo mismo es un lugar muy tranquilo y con mucha naturaleza, solo la alberca un poco llena de hojas, la atención en todo momento es excelente, lo que si no recomiendo es comer ahí 😅😅, está caro, sin sabor y porciones pequeñas

ผผู้เข้าพักEverything was amazing at this hotel except for a couple things. The service was wonderful. Enjoyed that part the most. The food was also very good. Especially enjoyed the gourmet Italian restaurant, Chianti. Service there is the bomb! The pool is small and overcrowded, however. Not much seating around the pool either. The beach was sufficiently stocked with plenty of palapas and chairs, which was nice. Didn't have a problem getting a space on the beach any time of day. The color of the water in this location is absolutely breathtaking, but the roughness of the beach is tremendous. Very difficult to enjoy the water at all. Next time I will have to find a place with calmer waters. Getting a reservation for the gourmet restaurants is daunting, as usual for Mexico. I can never understand why making dinner reservations is so difficult to do at these all inclusive hotels. It is really ridiculous. The day we arrived, the ”concierge” (but really the timeshare sales person) promised to make a reservation for us for a few nights later to eat at the Italian restaurant, and she told us to check with her the day before to confirm the reservation. So I did exactly as she said but I was told that they cannot see what reservations are made until the day of the reservation. So I had to check again the day of, and of course there was no reservation made for us. They were able to give us a reservation for that evening, however. Good thing because I would have really been upset had they not, especially since we were going to be leaving the next day! Soooo very tired of this BS at the all inclusives. It's coming to the point where it's not even worth it to do the all-inclusive anymore. So very ridiculous, I swear. Something so easy has to be so difficult for them. Anyway, I wouldn't stay here again because we were not able to enjoy the pool at all, nor the beach because of the roughness of the water. Almost constantly there is a volleyball game going on in the pool and there's no room for anything else unless you want to get hit in the head by the ball! But the music around the pool was good most of the time.

ผผู้เข้าพักI absolutely recommend this resort if you're looking for high-energy, sexy fun! The Playmakers help get the party started each day and there's always something happening during the day. Jungle Jay, Ragu, Cami, Andre, and Oswa are the BEST!! Around 10:15p the fun moves to BASH, which is an outdoor club and starts with a theme-night performance. I have traveled to this resort solo several times and always felt safe and welcomed .... and made tons of friends. I like that people there are non-judgmental - you can truly be yourself without reservation. If you're in Cancun, definitely put Temptation on your radar. Once you go, you'll be back.

HHaosendaiwang酒店一開始給我的是一個普通房間跟我的定的不一樣，我要回去去找的，走廊太遠了，讓他重新給我開一個房間，結果的話他給我重新開了房間，我訂的是湖景房，他給我一個普通話，我肯定不要啊，整體來説服務還可以，一般價格對應一般的酒店

UUlaş YILMAZIt is well located and protected place. Foods are amazing and there are too many different kinds. Pool is nice. It only needs a better beach. Not for a beach holiday but others are really good.

JJer777We had a very good stay. While there was a disturbance in the the middle of the night, the hotel acted quickly to resolve the situation and compensate us for the issue. A special thanks to Wilberth at reception for his excellent service. He and the manager Alejandro clearly stood out with their attitude and hospitality, turning a negative experience into what is now a very positive one.

ผผู้เข้าพักOur stay was beautiful, I will not deny that. However it was not without a few letdowns. I am a woman who is all about a pool and was so excited to swim in the absolutely gorgeous pool I saw in all the photos online. I visited the week of Jan 1- Jan 7th and the weather was quite warm about 75 degrees every day. HOWEVER, the pool was absolutely FREEZING to the point where I was shivering being in it. Felt like an ICE BATH :( It was not enjoyable and with this being a secluded/ all inclusive hotel there weren't very much other forms of entertainment during the day except for the pool and the beach (the water was warm at the beach). It was so disappointing. I called the front desk to ask if anything could be done but they stated was no pool heater/temperature adjuster. We paid about 4 grand total for this trip and to be completely honest were only able to enjoy the pool once. My next complaint comes to the beach. We went to the beach which gets pretty bus. There was a day where every single chair was full and two of the hotel cabanas were being taken over by random street vendors - taking away two spots for the guests from the 100% packed beach area. These guys were NOT a part of the hotel and are the vendors who go around trying to sell cigars, etc. I watched the staff pass by them multiple times and say nothing while ACTUAL GUESTS had nowhere to lounge by the beach. That was very disappointing as these guys were laughing loudly, staring at guests, and did not move as people walked by looking for chairs. Other than that I will admit that the food was great, the staff was super nice, the hotel grounds were IMPECCABLE, the rooms were nice, everything else was quite lovely. But for the reasons listed I will not be staying at this all inclusive again, although you can still make the most of it and have a lovely experience overall. I'd recommend a stay if you're not going for the main reason of enjoying the pool and the beach.
