It is an excellent hotel with great swimming pool area, clean and big rooms with lots of amenities. The greatest thing about this hotel is its location. We were going to stay in hotel zone but later changed our mind to downtown. And we couldn’t have decided better. All the tours operators do pick up from a couple of locations in downtown area and one of the location is the right outside this hotel. The las Palapas park is walking distance, so is all the local restaurants, super markets etc. it’s near several banks and hotel has a couple of cash points inside the hotel. The only slight nuance is that it is right outside a main road and noise from the road (especially if your room is facing the street) can be a little annoying in the morning during rush hours. Breakfast is fantastic and staff are very nice and accommodating. 4.9 star out of 5.

I would have liked to be closer to Cancun city.. Hotel was looking tired.. Make sure you have transport arranged prior to arrival in Cancun otherwise you will be charged way too much by the taxis as they are all in cahoots together. They were wanting 80 US to start with. We ended up getting a taxi for 60 US which is $100 Australian and caught an Uber back to the airport for $25 Australian? there are no Ubers available at the airport on arrival.

Fantastic hotel Jorge and Cesar were the shining lights when we arrived and they remembered us through our stay. All members of staff bent over backwards to make sure we were comfortable. The rooms were spacious and came with everything you needed, the pool was really relaxing and the breakfast was so tasty with different options every morning. If you are looking for your moneys worth then this is the hotel for you!

เราชอบโรงแรมนี้อย่างแน่นอน ตอนนี้เราไปที่โรงแรมแคนคูนทุกครั้งที่เราไป จากช่วงเวลาที่เรามาถึงเราได้รับการต้อนรับอย่างอบอุ่นที่สุด ทําเลที่ตั้งสมบูรณ์แบบสําหรับเราเพียงสองนาทีจากน้ํา เตียงสบายอย่างไม่น่าเชื่อเราชอบน้ําจืดผ้าเช็ดตัวและการทําความสะอาดทุกวันรวมถึงผ้าเช็ดตัวชายหาดสดทุกวัน มันคุ้มค่ากับเงินที่จ่ายไป Alejandro ที่ต้อนรับเราในล็อบบี้เป็นคนรักอย่างแน่นอนเช่นเดียวกับพนักงานทุกคน เป็นการพักที่ยอดเยี่ยมจริงๆ

The hotel is close to the airport but you need to take the shuttle bus at Terminal 3, Bay 26. You need to message the hotel that you've arrived otherwise it could be a long wait. The hotel has a nice outdoor pool for relaxation. The room I had was of good size. The bathroom was clean with good hot water for the shower, albeit not of strong pressure. Very comfortable bed and pillows, which is essential. Nice dining option at the restaurant with friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. I recommend this hotel if you wish to be in the vicinity of the airport.

衞生有待提高 頭一天被咬了個包 不知道是蝨子還是跳蚤 我們三個人房間 説規定衹提供一瓶水 我們自己買了一桶水 有的服務人員很好 貼心送了額外的水 有的服務人員就很木訥 總體感覺還不錯吧 陽台護欄該修理了 固定螺栓腐蝕嚴重 鬆動現象很嚴重

The hotel was fantastic. We got a free upgrade to a family suite room which was really nice! We only spent 2 days there but I thought everything was good. The hotel seems like it’s been there quite a while and it’s not particularly modern, but they maintain it really well. For that area the price and quality it’s definitely worth a stay!

Posizione perfetta x raggiungere il centro a piedi. Per le spiagge libere bisogna prendere un bus (R1/R2) oppure un Uber.  Personale gentilissimo. Colazione a buffet.  Camera spaziosa.  L’unica pecca è stata la molta umidità che, purtroppo, durante la notte, ci ha fatto aver freddo.  Pulizia così così.

The service was exceptional, staff very attentive and willing to find solutions to problems. Would recommend
