Hotel is in a good area, close to lots of restaurants, tourist information and markets with street food. The area felt very safe to walk alone at night. The hotel pool was amazing! Lots of seating and big enough that it never felt crowded. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. The breakfast was delicious with a decent amount of variety and it changed daily. So you could try different things on the days.

I would have liked to be closer to Cancun city.. Hotel was looking tired.. Make sure you have transport arranged prior to arrival in Cancun otherwise you will be charged way too much by the taxis as they are all in cahoots together. They were wanting 80 US to start with. We ended up getting a taxi for 60 US which is $100 Australian and caught an Uber back to the airport for $25 Australian? there are no Ubers available at the airport on arrival.

Fantastic hotel Jorge and Cesar were the shining lights when we arrived and they remembered us through our stay. All members of staff bent over backwards to make sure we were comfortable. The rooms were spacious and came with everything you needed, the pool was really relaxing and the breakfast was so tasty with different options every morning. If you are looking for your moneys worth then this is the hotel for you!

alejandro, the host was great. He answered all of our questions and was very helpful in identifying where to eat and hear live music

The hotel is close to the airport but you need to take the shuttle bus at Terminal 3, Bay 26. You need to message the hotel that you've arrived otherwise it could be a long wait. The hotel has a nice outdoor pool for relaxation. The room I had was of good size. The bathroom was clean with good hot water for the shower, albeit not of strong pressure. Very comfortable bed and pillows, which is essential. Nice dining option at the restaurant with friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. I recommend this hotel if you wish to be in the vicinity of the airport.

Muy buena ubicación, la atención fue buena, las instalaciones limpias, solo me pareció que el gimnasio es muy pequeño, pero para mi corta estancia, estuvo bien.

The hotel was fantastic. We got a free upgrade to a family suite room which was really nice! We only spent 2 days there but I thought everything was good. The hotel seems like it’s been there quite a while and it’s not particularly modern, but they maintain it really well. For that area the price and quality it’s definitely worth a stay!

in general, a solid establishment with comfortable bed and nice pool. Only there is no comb or shaver at the room nor does front desk has any. And the breakfast starts at 7am while most tours start before that, so didn’t get breakfast

Decent hotel in Chetumal, but I think can be better. Pillows and bed are on the soft side, and hotel is probably a bit old so it has a smell. Conveniently located across the Mayan museum and probably one of the better hotel in chetumal. Wifi is very intermittent.
