The hotel is so neat and clean. Their breakfast service was perfect, and I enjoyed it. The room is very spacious and clean. This will be my stay any time I visit the city. I was thrilled to extend my friend's stay at the hotel due to flight time and didn't pay anything after normal checkout time. I will recommend this hotel for your stay whether for personal or business trip. I like a hotel that's free of germs.

Quick overnight stay is fine, but basic. Whole first floor smelled like ***. Staff wasn't able to provide a bag breakfast when we left early, even though we had paid for breakfast included. Check in was an easy process.

Stayed before our flight back from Austin. Free shuttle to and from airport which we used after returning the rental car and to get to the airport for the flight. Lovely hotel, staff were helpful and friendly. Used the pool at 7.30pm, it is quite shallow but was warm . Everything was clean, there was a fridge, coffee machine and bottled water in the room as well as usual things like hairdryer and iron.

The stay was ok and the shuttle service was good. The location however, could have been better.

The Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected. 2. **Noise**: The walls were thin, and I could easily hear people talking and walking in the hallways, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. Overall Experience: It might be a decent option for someone on a tight budget and just to stay for one night, but I would recommend spending a little more to stay somewhere with better facilities.

シャトルバスのピックアップを2回依頼したり、SNSでやり取りしても2時間来ませんでした。結局ホリデーインのドライバーの方が心配して声を掛けてくれて送ってくれました。空港まではちゃんと送ってくれました。シャトルバスサービスがあるから予約したのに残念でしたがお部屋は綺麗で朝食は良かったです。

整體不錯，出門方便，晚上逛river walk，看聖安東尼奧教堂燈光秀都走路能到，還參觀阿拉莫戰役遺址，去了18世紀西班牙傳教歷史遺跡公園，不錯👍，酒店泊車差點弄烏龍，酒店旁牆根停車位屬於鉑金會員，並且酒店門口⬆️的路屬於單向通行，過一個紅燈右手邊，有家達美樂快餐店旁邊才是普通客户的停車位。如果停在牆根邊上會招來警車開罰單
