โรงแรมที่มีที่จอดรถในซาราวัก มาเลเซีย

Check in was late and I had to wait for a few hours. It was raining and i wanted to walk around the area but my request for an umbrella was not met. Breakfast was also a bit chaotic due to limited space. Selection was limited too.

Stayed during New Year. Check-in & check-out smooth, room clean and comfortable. River view memang cantik, highlight of the stay. Only downside was breakfast buffet—quite crowded, limited staff, slower refills and had to find/share tables. Hopefully better planning during public holidays in the future.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. Carpenter street, the waterfront, where nightly light shows (approx 15mins) are held and various historical buildings and sites are right at the doorstep of the hotel or within walking distance. There is also an excellent mall (Plaza Merdeka) is connected to the hotel which is a plus. Great service from all staff, thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable

ในช่วงวันหยุดรายา ดิฉันได้เข้าพักที่เชอราตันคูชิง เป็นเวลา 3 คืน โดยรวมแล้วเรามีประสบการณ์ที่น่าพอใจและสะดวกสบาย โรงแรมใหม่ ทันสมัย ได้รับการดูแลอย่างดี คุณภาพการบริการโดยรวมดี ห้องของเรากว้างขวางและสะอาด แต่เราพบปัญหาเล็กน้อยกับฝักบัว ปุ่มเลือกหัวฝักบัวติดอยู่ ดังนั้นเราจึงไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนเป็นตัวเลือกมือถือได้ ดูเหมือนว่าบางสิ่งที่อาจมองข้ามการบํารุงรักษาหรือบางทีแขกคนก่อนอาจไม่รายงาน อย่างไรก็ตามอาหารเช้าต่ํากว่าความคาดหมายเล็กน้อยสําหรับโรงแรมมาตรฐานนี้ แม้ว่าการแพร่กระจายจะเพียงพอ แต่ความหลากหลายและการดําเนินการโดยรวมสามารถปรับปรุงได้เพื่อให้ตรงกับแบรนด์และมาตรฐานสูงอื่นๆ ของโรงแรม แม้จะมีข้อบกพร่องเล็กน้อยเหล่านี้ แต่เราก็ยังคงพอใจกับการเข้าพักและชื่นชมความสะดวกสบายที่โรงแรมจัดให้ มีการปรับปรุงเล็กน้อยโดยเฉพาะอาหารเช้าและการบํารุงรักษาห้องพัก ยังคงถือว่าเป็นหนึ่งในที่พักชั้นนําใน Kuching

โรงแรมที่น่าตื่นตาตื่นใจ การตกแต่งก็น่ารัก เจลาโต้ฟรีเมื่อเดินทางมาถึง โรงแรมสะอาดและกว้างขวาง แสงสว่างในห้องและบาร์บนชั้นดาดฟ้าล้วนน่าทึ่งมาก ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือสระว่ายน้ำค่อนข้างเล็กไม่เหมาะกับการว่ายน้ำจริงๆ

สำหรับการเช็คอินอาจใช้เวลานานขึ้นเล็กน้อย อาจเป็นเพราะขั้นตอนการเช็คอินหรือเอกสารมีมากเกินไป และทีวีไม่สามารถทำงานได้อย่างสะดวกในห้องของฉันและเพื่อนร่วมงานคนอื่นๆ เช่นกัน

Excellent hotel in Sibu. We had to extend our stay and we enjoyed the room immensely, great breakfast and great views across the river. Soundproofed rooms and housekeeping every day - absolutely fabulous. Only one thing I’d say is they could offer Netflix as TV is just basic channels.

Stayed at the old wing (block where the main lobby is). Everything needs an upgrade. From the carpet to the doors of the cabinet and working desk, the power plugs on the wall, the phone, the bathroom with mould in the corners etc. it’s also always cold in the old wing. Slept without turning on the air con every night. Breakfast was buffet style and had a good variety. But for me; the only thing that was good was the coffee machine. Maybe also because I’ve been to this city many times and I know there are a lot of good food just a few mins walk away. Staff was great though. Housekeeping cleaned the bathtub rubber mat for me, brought water when asked and cafe staff were friendly and nice. Many other hotel options in the city; I wouldn’t recommend this one.

เราพักที่นี่เป็นครั้งที่สองแล้ว บริการรูมเซอร์วิสและอาหารเช้าที่ร้านอาหารอร่อยมาก และพวกเขายังคำนึงถึงลูกของฉันที่มีความต้องการพิเศษด้วย ขอให้รักษามาตรฐานนี้ไว้ต่อไป! :))) แค่สระว่ายน้ำก็เย็นมากกกกก เราทนไม่ได้เลย ลูกๆ ของเราเป็นไข้หวัดและมีไข้เล็กน้อยด้วย เราหวังจริงๆ ว่าโรงแรม Raia จะปรับปรุงเรื่องนี้ได้ เพราะปกติเด็กๆ ทุกคนชอบว่ายน้ำมาก พ่อแม่เลือกโรงแรมที่มีสระว่ายน้ำดีๆ เท่านั้น โดยรวมแล้ว เราชอบวันหยุดพักร้อนที่นี่มาก ขอบคุณมาก
