เราพักที่นี่เป็นครั้งที่สองแล้ว บริการรูมเซอร์วิสและอาหารเช้าที่ร้านอาหารอร่อยมาก และพวกเขายังคำนึงถึงลูกของฉันที่มีความต้องการพิเศษด้วย ขอให้รักษามาตรฐานนี้ไว้ต่อไป! :))) แค่สระว่ายน้ำก็เย็นมากกกกก เราทนไม่ได้เลย ลูกๆ ของเราเป็นไข้หวัดและมีไข้เล็กน้อยด้วย เราหวังจริงๆ ว่าโรงแรม Raia จะปรับปรุงเรื่องนี้ได้ เพราะปกติเด็กๆ ทุกคนชอบว่ายน้ำมาก พ่อแม่เลือกโรงแรมที่มีสระว่ายน้ำดีๆ เท่านั้น โดยรวมแล้ว เราชอบวันหยุดพักร้อนที่นี่มาก ขอบคุณมาก

I stayed at Kingwood Hotel for 5 nights and had a pleasant experience overall. The biggest highlight was the stunning sunset view of the Rajang River which I absolutely loved it. The service was very good, and I appreciated the convenient parking as well as the swimming pool facilities. However, the breakfast selection was quite limited. During my 5 nights stay, the food options were mostly the same, alternating between days, which became repetitive. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and I would recommend it, especially for the river view and good service.

I had my very first stay in this hotel last weekend and was wondering why I had never booked this hotel before. The room is spacious, clean and had everything I needed for a weekend stay in Sibu. Check-in and check-out were swift with no major hiccups. And I love the water pressure in the shower, really strong. I don't have any complaints and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay in Sibu. Look no further, just book!

Great budget inn for an overnight  stay between buses/planes. Planes taking off are loud but thankfully stop around 9.30pm til 6.30 am. Clean, great towels, hot shower and good sleep. Perfect location and great food place underneath for dinner/ breakfast. Good vfm

I booked pool view room. And they said this was it. I’m a tired mom looking forward to relaxing gate away with my son. And, i also requested for nearby room, but ended no lift, walking and another staircase. My other times was walking distance too, with an elderly with me they give 1st floor as well. Haiya

I prefer this hotel because it's easy to park car. I like how staff treat customer here. Big bed and spacious room. Will book this hotel for next trip. And it's nearer to town. Near to this Mr nyo burger and other shop

The room was clean, there was a hot shower and check in check out was easy breezy. The hotel is a golf resort but I would come back here again if I needed a place to stay before catching a flight from Miri airport . It's approximately 10 minutes car ride to get to the airport from the hotel. You can get transfer from hotel to airport by Hotel transport at rate RM25. They also had a water dispenser out in the corridor and provided a jug in case you don't have our own water bottles. I especially love this as I feel it's more environmentally friendly. The only thing was their room service closed at 9 pm so if you're checking in later than 9, you'll need to think of where to get your meals. I ordered through Grabfood and had no problem.

This is my third time stay in this hotel. The room was great and clean. We were assigned next to the swimming pool and there is slightly noise when there is ppl passing. But there was definitely quiet and peace in the room . We did not hear any water sloshing down from the room as the design is pretty good to avoid any sound that came from washroom.  Pretty good Location with various food stalls and a mall nearby. If u are renting a car the hotel also provides carpark and is under basement. You have do not have to worry about rain or shine while picking up your family  Good job for hotel stuff and hope to keep maintaining the hotel cleanness and stay in shape.

Affordable price and very convenient as there are eateries, pharmacy and supermarket down there. Highly recommended. We parked our car just infront of hotel. Paid carpark is inside the multi storey parking shared with mall or apartment.
