ผผู้เข้าพักThis was our second time to stay in this hotel. Clean, spacious and service are all good, good quality amenities also complimentary drinks in the fridge. Very convenient location, just few minutes from Gare de Perrache. What I love the most is the breakfast. It comes with good selection of cheese, cold cuts, fresh fruits, hot food, pastries and more.
I think this is is our hotel to stay whenever we visit to Lyon.

ผผู้เข้าพักVery well located and very comfortable hotel. Receptionist Ninno was very helpful with car rental and a day trip to Annecy and Ninno is a very cheerfull person. Everything was perfect.
ผผู้เข้าพักI was very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, we encountered a few not very friendly staff at the reception. They didn’t do anything in particular that we would consider rude - but they just had a cold attitude. Some of their staff seem to have treated other guests a little differently for instance walking them to the lift and giving them more information about the hotel. This really impacted our experience at the hotel. However, I must say many of their staff were amazing, just a handful that were very cold and dismissive and this is not the level of hospitality you would expect from such a renowned hotel.
The room also looked and felt quite different than what is shown on trip.com and their official website.
I would still highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Lyon!
ผผู้เข้าพักStaying in this hotel was quite a miserable experience, barely adequate for a hostel, never mind a 3 star establishment.
The room (although quite clean) was tiny for our party of two. The luggage occupied almost half of the floor, making us jump over it when we needed to move across the room. The window was facing the railway, which was expected on the one hand, but sleeping with it open was very noisy in the morning.
Here is the list of things that were missing compared to a standard hotel experience:
- no kettle (had to be asked for)
- just two paper/plastic cups in the bathroom, no ceramic mugs in the room
- no tea, coffee or anything really to have a snack with
- no safe in the room (common one at the reception)
- no fridge (seriously?)
- no slippers (and they don’t provide them)
- no towel heaters or radiators in the room
- just 3 towels for two people, no hand towels
- no bath robes
- no bide or hygienic shower
- no toilet brush (are you for real?)
- one trash can (without a bag)
- extremely small rooms, no adequate space for two luggage bags
On the positive side, the breakfast was decent, though nothing to write home about. Hot and protein-rich options were definitely limited.
The staff were friendly and helpful. However, upon check-in, I was charged 60EUR as a damage deposit which was not stated when I booked a room. I’m yet to have it returned.
The hotel/network drives this alleged “eco-friendly” agenda but in reality it’s just extreme economy and penny-pinching at the guests’ expense. Very disappointing. 1/5.
ผผู้เข้าพักUitstekend hotel, niets aan te merken op de kamer of de hygiëne. Handig is de ondergrondse parking met valet service (aan een correcte prijs). Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het enige probleem dat we hadden was het feit dat ondanks een eerdere mail en het extra nog specifiek op de dag van onze aankomst op voorhand telefonisch melden dat wij een kamer met 2 bedden vroegen, hier geen rekening mee werd gehouden wanneer wij in het hotel aankwamen en wij een kamer met één ”groot” bed kregen. De dag nadien kregen wij dan wel de gevraagde kamer met 2 bedden. Voor de rest was eigenlijk alles perfect !
WWaiI love this hotel. Take some walk you can get to metro station then visit many places! Vieux lyon , Fourviere, the halle de Lyon , parc de tete d'or . There are everything you need , microwave, TV water boiler, refrigerator, hangers, a cabin for cups ,plates , and cooking stove . This is the hotel I have seen that offers most for the customers !impressive
The only point I could pick is that it is not 24 hours reception. When I got there ,it already evening 10pm. I can only contact by phone and follow the instructions by calling
But the problem is I couldn't call when I don't have roaming nor French Sim card . This is quite nervous for me... i even not good at english numbering ,so if you couldn't really speak english nor french . Please be careful not to check in out of working hour ( it would be better if there is more urgent contact way )or maybe this is my problem....
Luckily I met a realllly kind customer, who helped me make the call and solve the check in problemwith me . Without him ,i can't imagine what would happen I mean .I really appreciate him (not sure if he would see this )also this kind gesture create a great impression to this trip !
