I enjoyed my stay. The facility is well kept and in a very good location with easy access to all kinds of activities. Security is very high and the staff are friendly.

They gave out already booked rooms because client didn’t check in earlier. But they fixed it after we complained on trip.com

I had a wonderful stay at GhanaLancaster Hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Accra. The location is very convenient, close to key areas of the city, which made getting around easy and stress-free. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I immediately felt comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and all the essentials needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping did a great job every day, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and secure. I also enjoyed the hotel facilities, especially the pool area, which was perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Breakfast was another highlight — a great variety of options, fresh food, and good service. The restaurant and bar area were also pleasant, with tasty meals and a nice ambience. Overall, GhanaLancaster Hotel offers excellent value, great hospitality, and a comfortable experience. I would happily stay here again on my next trip to Ghana.

1. The room is clean, the space is larger than described on the booking. The bathroom is very large and has a bathtub to relax. 2. The surrounding area is on top of McCarthy Hills, so the scenery is very poetic and quiet, suitable for the holiday^^ The disadvantages are: 4. For example, a little far from the main road, you need to call Uber. 5. The hotel seems to have been open for a long time, all the equipment does not look very new. Still good to use but if you ask higher here it's not satisfactory. There is only one power outlet near the headboard😞 6. The hotel seems to be quite empty, I have been here for two days and have not met any guests but me. I'm alone a swimming pool is also a bit...bored🥺

The hotel’s proximity to the airport made it incredibly convenient for my stay, yet it still felt like a retreat away from the city’s hustle. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this hotel offers a perfect mix of comfort and style. I’d definitely stay here again!

Pro: 1. The staff at the hotel made my stay fantastic 2. The Airport Shuttle service was brilliant to and from and even when you require additional help, they went out of their way to help. 3. Breakfast was an excellent service and the buffet served had excellent array of delicious choices Con: 1. The lift / elevator system needs upgrading

The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The gym and pool is nice and clean too. Would recommend this hotel.
