Our best hotel stay ever in terms of attentiveness of the staff. When we arrived, we were given snacks and hot drinks. The hotel is relatively new and everything is in top condition. The breakfast was delicious with local specialty. The laundry room has Haier washer and dryer with laundry detergent. All complimentary. There was even mountain bikes provided which we rode around the property to view the vegetable garden, the ducks and chickens. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay here. From the very first moment we entered the home stay we felt welcomed. Every day we received a delicious fruit plate. The breakfast was really delicious as well with lots of fresh cooked vegetables. Our girls loved the friendly little white dog (they named her Snowy). The host family suggested us things to do in the area and even drove us to the entrance. The room was exactly like at the picture, cozy and clean. We are sad that we could not stay longer but we definitely want to come back one day!

We made a mistake choosing this hotel: the word “international” led us to believe it would be better prepared to receive foreign guests, but that was not our experience. That said, the staff’s service was excellent at all times. Although they did not speak English, they consistently made the effort to use translation tools to communicate with us and assist us in the best possible way, which we truly appreciated. The hotel was almost empty. The first breakfast took place in a huge dining area where we were the only guests, which meant the variety was quite limited. There was some Chinese food and a coffee machine, but there were no options commonly expected by international travelers, such as fruit, cereals, yogurt, or bread. That same day, we were informed that the rest of the breakfasts would be delivered directly to our room. The staff made a continuous effort to ensure we felt comfortable with this arrangement, confirming the delivery time with us each day. The room was spacious and comfortable. However, the cleanliness did not match the hotel’s level and price: the carpet had visible stains, and finding a toothpick at the entrance made it clear that cleaning standards were not adequate. In addition, the amount of shampoo and soap provided was extremely limited—again, not consistent with the quality one would expect given the building and overall appearance of the hotel. In summary, we would like to highlight the kindness and dedication of the staff, but we believe the hotel still has important aspects to improve, especially regarding international standards and cleanliness.

We were not impressed, especially for the price. We've stayed at hotels that are similarly priced and expected much better. To be fair, the hotel itself is beautiful. The architecture, the room interiors, and the breakfast and drinks to get were all very nice. However, the problems started at arrival. We were told the afternoon tea was cancelled and the restaurant was fully booked because of an event. No one told us this in advance, which was very disappointing. The check-in was disorganized. The receptionist (who was also the manager) turned away to help someone else while I was still talking to her. She didn't give us our room keys, saying the bell boy would open the door. But when we got to the room, the bell boy had to walk all the way back to get the keys. The bell boys were actually very friendly and helpful—the only good part. To make things stranger, the female manager called me a few hours after we checked out. She asked how the event affected our stay. I was busy and rushing around, and the call worried me—I thought I had left something behind. Asking for our opinion after we left was too late. They should have asked us during our stay, or better yet, informed us before we even arrived. So, while the place is beautiful, the poor communication and service ruined the experience. We wouldn't stay here again for the price.

It was low season when I arrived (early May) so I was the only guests. The new owners don’t speak any English, but check-in and everything went smoothly. Rooms have all the amenities you need and were clean. Hotel is close to all the sights on walking distance including some good restaurants. I didn’t try the restaurant of the hotel itself so can’t say much about that.

We are from Singapore, My son and I had one night satisfying stay in Yanou Sangke Camp . It is located on a beautiful and tranquil grassland. Lying comfortably in the clean and cozy wooden cabin, we could gaze out the window and enjoy the rolling mountains in the distance and the lush greenery nearby. Beside the cabin flows a winding river, its water moving gently and sparkling under the sunlight. Everything felt so peaceful, relaxing, and idyllic. The camp owner and staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming. They helped transport our luggage to the cabin. The cabin restaurant was also charming and cozy, allowing guests to enjoy delicious meals while admiring the scenic views outside the window. In the evening, there was a campfire gathering at 8 p.m., which added to the wonderful atmosphere.
