I arrived late, but the staff came to the front desk right away. The service was polite and left a good impression. The room was also very clean. I would like to stay here again.
I will never ever stay here again . Firstly we arrived at 3pm (check in is 2pm) they then advised our room wasnt ready . Others were also advised of the same thing and we were all given a drink voucher to go to the cafe . That was fine , but then an hour went by , and the could not tell us how long it would be for our room to be ready . So we took off into town for dinner , we were then called at 5:40 to say that our room was ready . So we waited over 2 and a half hours !
We then got to our room only to find the aircon was leaking and the carpet was absolutely soaking , and there were stains/blotches on the bed covers . So we advised the front desk , went for a swim in the pool whilst they dealt with the issue. We then were told we had to move rooms , and it was a downgrade, they offered us free breakfast for the downgrade as the place was fully booked so there wasn’t really anything else we could do . The new room smelt musty and again the carpets were damp , as I believe the shower/bathroom must leak under the floorboards. I did advise the for desk that it’s a health concern as mold is definitely growing in the rooms . You can tell it’s been like that for a long time as the carpet colour along the wall are black . Such a shame cos the pool facilities are amazing , and the location. But it’s is absolutely run down and dirty .
Arrived at Hotel and reception was closed. waited in the pub over the road until we were contacted.
Construction work going on in hotel that did not disturb us but we were not aware the work was being carried out until after booking and payment was made.
There was also a lack of facilities due to the upgrades but we did find other venues to eat and drink in town.
Despite these minor issues we did enjoy our stay and loved the pool.
Unfortunately we requested a pool view room with our family and friends which was ignored even though it was booked months in advance and stated on booking .In fact they put us at opposite end of complex overlooking back carpark. This happened on previous stays as well .Nothing has changed even though we noticed several rooms near pool not used at all.My chicken dish was terrible .Receptionist did not know there was a ice dispenser on site when I enquired.Found out from other residents.Breakfast host was very nice and professional and food was good except for extra tiny pancakes .
A lover conservation resort in the natures park.
We stayed in the chalets.
The rooms were clean there is food in both the pub and restaurant
A heated pool and a perfect beach where you can swim in the sun and watch dolphins in the distance
The dolphin experience is nice but its more a close observation then interaction so its certainly more for Adults then Kids.
Loved it so much i ended up staying a two extra days
EElizavetaViHotel itself is new and looks good. The location is great. But:
1. There was no water in the fridge. 5 star hotel?
2. Coffee at breakfast is for extra payment
3. The sheets on the bed were dirty.
4. When you book a king size bed be ready for 2 twin beds just standing next to each other. And they are not held together. I fell in between during the night.
ผผู้เข้าพักAbsolutely stunning especially the family suites with bathtub and especially the lounge awesome, breakfast in the main restaurant very good but not more. Breakfast in the lounge limited, dinner in the lounge awesome.
AAli.tEnjoyed the Nature and nice amenities in RAC Karri valley resort , paddling experience in lake was great. Had enjoyable coffee within nice lake view restaurant ❤️
ผผู้เข้าพักWe enjoyed our stay at Crown. Their online check in is very convenient. We were promised a voucher for 4 because our request for written birthday card for our kids in the room was forgotten but the voucher was also forgotten. We also noticed they do not offer any complimentary water bottle in the room. All in all we had a nice stay.
MMaureenWe enjoyed our stay when we started our trip to Perth and very happily to return at the end of our trip a month later. We love Quest and it’s our preferred place to stay wherever we travel. The facilities standard is consistent throughout the chain and we can easily make it our home.
We also like the location as it’s next to the Jacob’s ladder that leads to King’s Park. The free laundry including the laundry detergent is great. Kitchen equipped with cooktop, oven, microwave and dishwasher are also my favourite. The parking deal is very good $25/24 hours at the nearby Wilson Carpark (10 mins) walk as the street parking is $6.70/hour.
