"We had a good stay at Liuzhou Grand Hotel. First, it locates at city center, right at Wuxingjie, close to Liuzhou Park,Qingyun Market and Liuhiang. Second, the room is large with sitting areas by the window. Third, the service is great. Especially, Miss Qiu was really helpful to us. She brought greeting gift and extra bottles of drinking water. She also brought us the extra pillows so that we could get better sleep. Anyway, we really enjoyed our stay at Liuzhou Grand Hotel."

"One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in is the Wyndham Garden Hotel - Liuzhou, offering a truly luxurious experience that easily reaches five-star level or even higher. The hotel has a very prime location in the heart of the city. I stayed in apartment 6008, which faces directly the river and the music fountain—an absolutely stunning view, especially in the evening. The room is very spacious, with a large TV screen and a modern bathroom equipped with a smart toilet. The service is outstanding in every sense. All the staff are extremely kind and professional, especially Eason Huang, who speaks English fluently. Another highlight of the hotel is its attention to detail. Toiletries are provided and refreshed daily, and the mini bar is completely free and regularly restocked with drinks, which is quite rare. The hotel is also very close to the Food Street, where you can enjoy a wide variety of delicious dishes, especially seafood. In addition, the hotel offers a daily open buffet breakfast and free coffee service in the evening. The cleanliness is exceptional—the hotel feels almost brand new. Security is excellent, and during your stay you truly feel like an important guest or even royalty. One of the most memorable experiences was the swimming pool on the 12th floor overlooking the river. I highly recommend staying in apartment 6008, especially for those who appreciate beautiful views and a true luxury experience."

"This hotel has the best service I’ve seen at a hotel so far. Everything was on point. The moment we got out of the taxi, the bellhop carried our bags inside. While checking in, we were given some water and a map with a quick run down of tourist attractions in Liuzhouz. We were allowed to check in early and even got a room upgrade. Laundry facilities were convenient and the staff helped us do our laundry. Once done, they even folded the laundry for us. Our laundry took extra long, and the staff were willing to do our laundry for us, fold it, and then deliver it to our stored luggage. The service was impeccable, and I’m very surprised that a random hotel in Liuzhou, China rivals the Ritz & Mandarin Oriental in service. However, there were a few items of improvement. The “gym” is in an abandoned floor basically which is very odd and weird. I only know this as I had to transit via the floors through the stairs to get to the laundry (18F) from our room (16F) as the hotel only has 2 elevators which are slow and constantly full of people. Our room upgrade wasn’t that much of an upgrade and arguably it was a downgrade. Granted, it allowed us to check in early, but still. The room we were upgraded to was the “Smart Room” but that’s about 100 sqm smaller than the room we booked and is only an upgrade of $2. In my opinion, the bigger room should the better one. The couch was as comfortable as sitting on a piece of granite. It wasn’t very comfortable. I would stay here again for the service and hospitality alone. 9/10."

"Great stay at the Imperial Dragon Hotel in Liuzhou. Everything was just right — the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall experience was very pleasant. The reception is located on the top floor and can be reached by elevator. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Conveniently located just above some western chains and a shopping mall. 52 floors guarantee a fantastic view over the city. The room was clean and well furnished even if there was not a bathrobe. For an Hyatt is pretty surprising. Laundry service is efficient and the breakfast was aboundant and of great quality. The bar beside the lobby was good as well and prices are reasonable. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful"
