This hotel was a stop gap measure as our accommodation fell through and we needed something quickly. The staff are helpful and the rooms are clean and not cramped. I had an ample twin room and the bathroom was spotless. Overall the hotel was fine just a little faded and in need of a renovation just for aesthetics.

Great hotel in central location of Funchal old town , friendly stuff and great breakfast with tasty choices, very nice coffee. Clean room and great view of the ocean. Cheap parking on Bly 5-7 min walk.

Wonderful experience and the best hotel during our stay in Madeira. Perfect price and value proposition with a staff who are really customers oriented and friendly. Smaller hotel what is never overcrowded. Nice charming design elements. Very good breakfast with selection of local cheeses and meat. Real juice would be the only needed improvement and some pastel de Nata for the breakfast would add to the mandatory Portuguese experience. Otherwise 100% perfect stay. Excellent swimming pool with sea water. Yes. The rooms are somewhat dated but super clean and comfortable. I didn't came here to see golden chandeliers so l was super satistied! Excellent location and direct sea access. What more could one look for??

A lovely Hotel, with a high level of service and a great restaurant an amenities. The location is only good for those willing to taxi or drive to Funchal- otherwise it is a 30-35minite walk, allow more time for the way back all uphill. The decor of the rooms is dated- very 1990s in style, the carpet is wearing thin in places. The pool side area is nice but could benefit from a modernization to make the decor match the level of service. Can't fault the stay otherwise. Shout out to Sandra, the Maitre 'd, D for her amazing level of service. Obregado!

Comfortable room, relaxing pool area, very friendly and helpful staff- we enjoyed our stay.

酒店位置優越，旁邊就是大西洋和碼頭。離豐沙爾廣場、纜車站和一些景點都在步行的距離。旁邊有個C羅博物館，門票五歐，入住酒店可以免費參觀。我們訂的酒店靠近機房，晚上一直都聽到機器的轟轟聲。建議訂靠海邊的酒店房間。

Gostei da experiência Tornava a reservar Tudo limpo, organizado Os únicos inconvenientes foram Duas camas de solteiro para casal,embora juntas, havia a separação E o quarto tinha uma porta que separava de outro quarto...e os seus ocupantes faziam barulho que se ouvia no nosso quarto... inclusive relações sexuais.. O Hotel é alheio a esse facto,mas aquele quarto com uma porta ao meio...
