This is my first time in Tabuk therefore I can't compare Mena Hotel with other hotels in Tabuk City. As a solo traveller, I truly enjoy staying in this Hotel. All I need are available though the bathroom is a bit small but still ok for me. Since Tabuk is not a big city, staying in this Hotel consider strategic and you can easily go anywhere around the city. The are two mosques near to the hotel and retail shop ,(bakala) located right in front of the hotel. In conclusion, I can say this hotel is one of the best hotel to stay in Tabuk City.

I was disappointed with the room assigned to me because the water heater was not working. I reported the issue to the reception, and a staff member came to inspect it. He informed me that the hotel electrician was not available at that time and that the issue would be fixed the following morning. I explained that I needed hot water for a shower, and he said he would check with the receptionist—but he never returned. I called the reception again to follow up, and the receptionist told me that the staff member had reported the issue as resolved, which was not true. The receptionist then offered to transfer me to another room. I agreed because I needed to take a shower. Unfortunately, the new room was smaller and lacked some basic facilities. I called the reception once more to request a floor towel, but I was told that none were available at the moment due to certain reasons. Overall, the experience was very inconvenient.

อาคารเป็นเลิศ บริการอยู่ใกล้ และโรงแรมสะอาด แต่การรักษาของพนักงานสุนนิกินั้นไม่สุภาพ เราขอผ้าห่มในห้องเพิ่ม เรานั่งในผ้าห่มเดียวกันเป็นเวลาสองวัน จนพวกเขาเปลี่ยน หลังจากที่เราขอผ้าห่ม เขาบอกว่า ”เรามีผ้าห่มแล้วเราจะวางให้”

เพื่อนของฉันคิดว่าฉันมาที่ดาวอังคารจริงๆ ทะเลทรายหินสมบูรณ์แบบพอ แต่ยังคงทํางานอย่างหนักเพื่อปรับปรุงมันเพียงพอที่จะทําให้ฉันและสามีไม่เสียค่าใช้จ่ายในการเดินทางครั้งนี้ สัมผัสเสน่ห์สูงสุดของเพลงเลือดและทรายอย่างลึกซึ้งจริงๆ! การบริการของพนักงานก็เอาใจใส่ดีมาก อาหารเย็นก็เยี่ยม และสภาพแวดล้อมก็หรูหราและโรแมนติก! ภาพถ่ายไม่สามารถถ่ายภาพความตกใจเดิมของโรงแรมได้ โลกอื่นที่แปลกนี้ ฉันหวังว่าจะมีคนไปมากกว่านี้ด้วยตัวเอง ขอให้พลังอยู่กับคุณ ^^

Great hotel with top of the line facilities. The experience was comparable to our trip to Bora Bora. The over the water villas have a very futuristic design. The amenities and facilities were truly exceptional. The staff was very professional and always asked for feedback in order to improve. My family and I are on an expat assignment in KSA and we will definitely come back to this resort while we are here.

الغرفه صغيره ومنديل الحمام من النوع الردئ ولاتوجد أدوات الحمام كامله مثل باقي الفنادق فقط هذه ملاحظتي عدا ذلك كل شيء جيد جدا ..للعلم طلبوا مني رسوم زياده ١٠٠ ريال على مبلغ الغرفه لأنني سجلت دخول الصباح وهذا لم يعجبني لكنني كنت مضطره من تعب السفر .

قضينا وقتا ممتعاً ٢٥-٢٧ يناير في هذا المنتجع الفاخر جدا كل شي بيرفكت فوق الخيال لا استطع الوصف بدقه الموظفين رائعين مهنيين لديهم تدريب عالي وأخلاقهم عاليه . وأخص بالشكر الانسه ريناد والسيد منصور خالد اخجلونا من شدة حفاوتهم واهتمامهم قررنا العوده مراراً في هذا المنتجع شكرا لصاحب فكرة هذا الصرح في هذا المكان المناسب الخلاب وشكراً للاداره على اختيار هؤلاء الشباب الرائع وعلى الجوده في كل مكان بالمنتجع We had a wonderful time in this luxurious resort. Every was thoughtful and perfection and it was an indescribable experience. The staff are professional and highly trained and have been a great addition to our experience. I would like to personally thank Mr .Mansour and miss.Renad for their exceptional service. Being a 4 start hotel..I was expecting it will be nice trip but it was average . Room furniture old and found no tooth paste in bathroom need to call room service . AC was chilled n the remote was not working It was an average experience

As you are advertising your hotel to Westerners, they will be coming in increasing numbers thanks to the opening up, receptionists will need to receive increased training to deal with them. They must learn to less intimidating
