The hotel is really excellent! Since Erzurum is not a crowded and big city, its location is perfect! They have free shuttle services for airport and ski resort. Staff are all friendly, and very helpful, they do their best to solve your problems and always smile.

The service at this ski lodge was excellent, and its location near the ski slope is very convenient, almost like a ski-in ski-out. However, the gondola wasn’t working during my stay, so I had to use a shuttle, which was a bit inconvenient. The lodge has a slightly outdated feel, and the shower had low water pressure and some blockage issues. On a positive note, the food was outstanding, making the stay enjoyable despite minor setbacks.

We had a good stay. We would stay there again. It was very convenient for skiing and also the spa facilities were excellent.
