The first time for me. The room is so clean and nice. Breakfast is Buffet. I like Chicken currency. I enjoyed. Staffs are so friendly and excellent experiences answering to me for all my questions. Booking Taxi from hotel is the best to Airport. Fragrant Thai Restaurant is nearby hotel. I enjoyed Lunch and Dinner at there. The price is not so expensive. I enjoyed. Thank you so much. Room is decent and clean, but they do not have a room with twin beds or connecting room. Our request for an adjacent room was granted. The toilet has bidet and hot and cold shower, basic bathroom supplies are present - shampoo, soap, and dental kit. Extra supplies are also available but with extra charge. One of the rooms we booked didn't cool enough, they were not able to fix it so we requested to change rooms but the only available room was a smoking room so we just requested for an electric which they gladly provided. Overall it was a peaceful stay

This hotel is what I looked for. Simple but elegant, clean and spacious Room. WiFi is really stable and fast compared to other hotels I stayed before. Only lacking is no Netflix. You need your own account. But we watched YouTube. Really internet speed is very stable with own router every each room. We have no problem with WiFi. We had a problem with shower heater.but when we call to the reception, they immediately came and solved the problem. They responded very quickly.

Enjoyed our 2 nights stay in Royce (old tower) although yung room namin walang view unfortunately but the other room has a view of the highway so ok na rin. Breakfast was good we really enjoyed it. Naenjoy din ng mga kids ung pool at free golf cart rides 😄 we will definitely come come back!

Pros: location, parking, valet parking available with fee, front desk service, slide on the pool, friendly staff, great bed, AC is working well. Cons: No exhaust in our bathroom so the whole room smells when use. No spa So little toiletries given The breakfast buffet situation. The worst part of the day is having to wait to get your breakfast. I understand there was a wait. Maybe offer a coffee or a glass of water for the people waiting outside. We got there at 9:07, and saw bunch of guests waiting. So I asked if they can text us once the tables are available (it’s hot outside) Declined. Lady said that we have wait and if we’re not here, then we can’t eat breakfast basically. Finally got in at 9:30. What do you expect? Either cold food for the ones that people don’t like or empty tray for the ones people like to eat. You know, that’s okay. It can be improved. It’s not the staff’s fault. All of them are functioning. But I guess the space cannot accommodate the number of guests.

At first they gave us old room, which the smell of room was really off so I asked them if we can get the first room that we experienced 2 weeks ago, receptionist ask me to give additional 500php to upgrade our room and yes we’ve got the first room we experienced. We will keep on coming back as long as we will get the new rooms hehe

Love the ambience of the hotel. The facility is very spacious that is why I really appreciated the spaces allotted for rooms and circulation. The proximity to a mall and resort is very well designed. Loved our stay here and I hope to be back again!!

Overall, my stay was positive. The location is very convenient, and the airport pickup experience was smooth—the driver was especially helpful. Areas for improvement: Check-in consistency: I noticed some inconsistency in how guests were treated during check-in, with foreign visitors receiving more attentive service than locals. Food quality: The taste of some dishes, such as the nachos with cheese, could be improved.
