Enjoyed our stay! The room is clean and hotel smells nice, I think we stayed in their new building though. Service is 10/10.

The hotel design is nice but very old and the repairs that have been done are of a poor quality. We stayed in the Royal suite(best room) The sink and toilet were blocked. Wanted to use the bath but was scared it wouldn’t drain. The bfast food was bad raw egg toast that wasn’t toasted crispy bacon that wasn’t even when it was sent back twice. They told us that’s there style but the menu picture say different The staff were helpful but still charged us 1000 ph per day for a dirty mattress on the floor for our son Don’t recommend it to anyone

We really love the hotel location and the room! We booked the room for 3 pax, so gotten one king beg and extra bag. We were surprised that it is not squeeze at all. In fact, the room is so spacious until the washroom is separated with toilet bowl, shower space, and bathtub, which I really appreciate the dry-wet separated concept. Also, there is small living room, which I felt like staying inside a studio!

The first time for me. The room is so clean and nice. Breakfast is Buffet. I like Chicken currency. I enjoyed. Staffs are so friendly and excellent experiences answering to me for all my questions. Booking Taxi from hotel is the best to Airport. Fragrant Thai Restaurant is nearby hotel. I enjoyed Lunch and Dinner at there. The price is not so expensive. I enjoyed. Thank you so much. โรงแรมนี้ยอดเยี่ยมเพราะทําเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม สามารถเดินจากถนนแดงได้ แต่ก็ไม่ดังเพราะอยู่ห่างออกไปประมาณ 800 เมตร ห้องพักสะอาดมากและบริการดีมาก สระว่ายน้ําเหมาะสําหรับการว่ายน้ํา แต่มีขนาดเล็ก wifi เร็วและเกือบทุกอย่างสมบูรณ์แบบ ข้อเสียเพียงสองอย่างคือไม่มีน้ําร้อนซึ่งแปลกสําหรับโรงแรมดังกล่าวและตําแหน่งหน้าต่างไม่เหมาะ

We stayed one night at the weekend in the old tower and booked DeLuxe category. The room was way too cold upon arrival. Even after switching off the aircon the temperature did not raise. The whole building is so much cooled down and there is no carpet in the room. The night was extremely uncomfortable. We didn’t enjoy the stay at all. The door in the shower room does not prevent the water enters the floor in the bathroom after a short time, so the room was flooded, the foot mat soaked. I do not recommend to stay in this hotel until they have changed the temperature protocol and improved the shower doors, laid carpets in the rooms. Beside that I can say the breakfast buffet was great. The Filipino dishes were delicious, the lettuce leafs fresh and cut in small pieces as you expect it, the juices (pink apple, orange) were really great, eggs made to perfection, nice Ambiente and Interieur in the breakfast restaurant, friendly and caring staff in sufficient number, they cleaned up and refilled in time - there was no complain, we enjoyed the breakfast so much and it paid off for the trouble with the room.

โรงแรมนี้ดีที่สุดสําหรับเงินที่จ่ายไป ห้องสะอาดและใหญ่ ร้านกาแฟเล็กๆ ร้านอาหาร หากคุณต้องการอยู่นาน แนะนําที่นี่สําหรับ staycation จริงๆ และพวกเขาอัพเกรดห้องของเราโดยไม่ชาร์จเพิ่ม ฉนวนกันเสียงระหว่างห้องดี แต่ทางเดินไปห้องไม่ค่อยดีนัก คุณสามารถได้ยินคนคุยกันหากมีคนพูดเสียงดังเล็กน้อยข้างนอกหน้าห้องของคุณ ห้างอยู่ใกล้มาก เราสั่งอาหารเช้ามาที่ห้อง ราคาถูกมาก กาแฟก็อร่อยจริงๆ โดยรวมดีด้วยราคาที่ถูกนั้น

สถานที่อยู่ไม่ไกลจากถนนคนเดินและ SM Clark ย่านที่เงียบสงบ ง่ายและราคาถูก รวมอาหารเช้าแล้ว ห้องพักมีขนาดเล็ก ไม่มีหน้าต่างจริง มีเพียงปลั๊กไฟเพื่อตรวจสอบว่ามีแสงสว่างภายนอกหรือไม่ สระว่ายน้ำมีขนาดเล็กดีสำหรับเด็ก ฉันใช้เวลาประมาณสามหรือสี่จังหวะจึงจะไปถึงอีกด้านหนึ่ง ไม่เลวครับ

Fantastic hotel, great friendly staff. Always eager to help. The location is about a 3 min walk to all the nightlife and restaurants/ bars. Too bad about all the nasty garbage on the side of the street the hotel is located. That's my only complaint, the nasty stinky garbage along that little street.

We stay with one 2 years old kid. For kid above 3 years old there’s a charge for bed or something, stated by the staff there. I not sure how much but they ask how old is my kid. The room area is big enough for the family for us
