This trip, I wanted to escape the city noise and find somewhere peaceful — somewhere close to nature but still comfortable. And that’s how I ended up at AutoCamp Zion, just about a 20-minute drive from Zion National Park in Utah. Let me tell you, this is not your average campsite. It’s glamping — glamorous camping at its best! ✨ Everything is beautifully designed and incredibly cozy, from the plush bed and private bathroom to the soft lighting and stylish décor that make you feel like you’re in a boutique resort surrounded by red rocks. I stayed in one of their signature Airstream Suites, those shiny aluminum trailers that have become AutoCamp’s trademark. When I first stepped inside, I was honestly impressed — it’s minimalist, modern, and warm at the same time. The big window opens up to a stunning view of Utah’s red mountains — a sight that instantly makes you slow down and breathe. The highlight? Nighttime. 🌌 Each suite comes with its own fire pit. My friend and I sat outside roasting marshmallows, sipping wine, and watching the stars slowly fill the sky. It was quiet, magical, and so peaceful — the kind of night you wish could last forever. In the morning, we walked to the cozy lobby café, where they offer coffee, granola, and yogurt — simple but perfect. The whole space feels like a little community of travelers who love nature and good design. The staff was great and very helpful. The Hotel was really clean, lobby, elevators and rooms all immaculate. It was a great nights sleep and checkout was very simple. I was having problems with my app for this Hotel chain, and the front desk was patient and very helpful. We were able to get it fixed and get points awarded. I will definitely be staying here again.

Hotel itself was clean and very nice. Requested room away from the elevator, we were right next to it. Billed as ”dog friendly ” it should be ”dog allowed for a $75 fee” and that price with no pet area on the grounds. Was not happy about that at all. The pet area was about 2 blocks away.

This is the super 8 remodeled. Looks outdoorsy but the ”upgrades” are cheap. The problem we had is cleanliness. We pulled back the covers on both queen beds to find dog/cat/some kind of animal hair in both bed. We could also smell animal urine where (I'm guessing) an animal markes in the room. The front desk was happy to help us move rooms, which then had clumps of hair in the corners, including the shower and bathrooms. Final issue was the ”fridge” which is a cooler, but it turns out it's basically a deep freezer, so anything placed inside will freeze. Beds were comfortable.
