I recently stayed at . And I would like to share my experience with the housekeeping staffs Mr Bappa ,mr.ankit,mr gaddu,mr.nilesh, mr.aman. they all were very friendly ,& helpful person thank you so much for making my stay more comfortable.The cleanliness of my room was exceptional. I appreciated how the bed was made neatly each day, and the bathroom was spotless.
The housekeeping team did a great job of restocking supplies, such as toiletries and coffee. I noticed that they also took care to arrange my personal items thoughtfully.
Overall, I was very satisfied with the housekeeping services during my stay. Thank you for maintaining such high standards!

Lovely place to stay as a solo traveller. Hotel room was cosy and staff were fantastic and friendly food also good in the restaurant. A few minutes to the beach with friendly crowd. Will definitely return. Thank you for having me and welcoming me!

Отель понравился, но номер был грязный. Постельное, стены и потолок в пятнах, грязь на полу, нет одноразовых тапочек, зубной пасты, щёток, халатов. Фен сломан. На балконе очень грязная мебель. Отель отличный, но наполнение оставляет желать лучшего. Завтрак (шведский стол) мне понравился. Расположен отель в тихом месте, вокруг красивые виды. Пешком до пляжа 7 минут. Есть парковка.

The stay at grand delmon was very comfortable. The staff was very courteous and supportive. The breakfast was also very good. The hotel is in the center and has the best location as the same is near from the market. If you are looking for a safe location, this is the best place to go. If you want to have a hotel with swimming pool, it does not have the same. Overall the stay was amazing. We had memorable time over there.

We recently stayed at Grand Vatika Resort Arambol and had an amazing experience. The resort exceeded our expectations in every way.
Highlights:
- The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated.
- The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.
- The food was delicious,
- The resort's amenities, including the pool, gym, and spa,
We enjoyed the resort's ac perfect for exploring nearby attractions.
Overall:
Good and helpful Staff , well maintained resort, transparent billing.
We would highly recommend Grand Vatika Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway.

Главное преимущество – это его локация
Уютный, утопает в зелени
Всё необходимое – поблизости, шум с дороги не слышен
Пляж – 3 минуты пешком.
Торговая улочка со всем самым необходимым – кафе , магазинчики, супермаркет, аптека, обмен
Четвёртый этаж – с видом на море, брала номер с кондиционером
Обязательно ещё сюда вернусь и буду рекомендовать с друзьям

rooms are neat and clean... staaf is co-operative. only issue is of WIFi single strength is too poor ans is not available in rooms which causes the difficulty for the tourist on business tour

AAimz13I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding our recent stay at Orchard Passaros.
Upon arrival at approximately 12:30, we were informed that our booking could not be located. After waiting around 20 minutes, the reservation was eventually found. Unfortunately, the gentleman at reception during this time was unfriendly and appeared quite miserable, which did not create a welcoming first impression.
We were offered a complimentary drink while the issue was being resolved, which was appreciated. The gentleman who served us was polite, professional, and very pleasant. We were then shown to our room, which initially appeared to be very nice.
However, later that evening we experienced significant issues. The room was unbearably hot, as the air conditioning did not seem to cool the space effectively. Additionally, there was a sensor system whereby any movement in the bed activated the bathroom light and extractor fan. This repeatedly disturbed our sleep.
We reported these problems to reception. A maintenance staff member attended and resolved the sensor issue in the bathroom. He also stated that he had lowered the room temperature; however, the room remained extremely hot and uncomfortable. Despite further attempts to fix the issue, there was no improvement. After approximately an hour of ongoing disruption, at 2:00am we felt we had no option but to leave the hotel.
The manager’s response at this time was extremely disappointing. He was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly laughed during the conversation, which we found highly unprofessional.
Furthermore, the pool area was not as advertised. There were only two sunbeds available, and on one occasion a guest reserved one all day by leaving belongings on it, even when not present. Overall, the facilities and restaurant did not meet the standards described on your website.
We are extremely disappointed that our experience did not reflect the expectations set by your online description. I would appreciate your response to these concerns.

ผผู้เข้าพักThis is an excellent property to stay and chill in Goa. Food tastes okayish. Location is also very good. The beach is hardly 50mts away. Loved the ambience of the property, especially at night. Service at the Bongo Shack is also good. If you want to do water activities, this is the place. Overall, had a great time. 👍

VVikashI went during the monsoon season and the hostel had to take precautions to prevent any flooding, by putting up huge covers which kind of made it seem like it was under construction. So if you are going during the monsoon season don't be surprised if it doesn't look like the pictures. I had no complaints as at least it prevented flooding. The staff were all amazing and very nice, just not it is a cashless hostel so everything is through their app. I went during off peak so not much of a hostel vibe and people mostly sticked to their own groups. Nothing much around the hostel except a few cafes but has a very calm and relaxing environment. It is also a 5 min walk to Mandrem beach where u can walk ***** the full beach to go to Arambol and also to Sweet water lake. All in all service and cleanliness was great, location was alright and not much facilities except a small pool.

ผผู้เข้าพักThe property is centrally located to at least 3 beaches in South Goa..Colva beach, Sernabatim beach and Benaulim beach..inspite of which it is situated in a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood.
Our package included breakfast which was very good and unlimited.
The WiFi worked very well, the room was very neat and clean as was also the bathroom and the plunge pool was well maintained and a real welcome in this hot weather.
The check-in at the reception was smoothly done and the housekeeping staff especially Dijen as well as the catering staff were all very polite and helpful.
Overall it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay and we would definitely like to visit again. Would highly recommend Vega-a-Boutique Hotel for a stay in South Goa.
