ฉันผิดหวังมากกับโรงแรม นี่เป็นครั้งที่สองของฉัน ครั้งแรกที่ฉันมีความสุขมากกับทุกสิ่งและตัดสินใจจองอีกครั้ง แต่ครั้งนี้ฉันรู้สึกรําคาญอย่างสมบูรณ์ น่าเสียดายที่ฉันพบว่าโรงแรมอยู่ในสถานการณ์ที่ไม่พึงประสงค์มาก แต่เป็นข้อดีอย่างมากสําหรับพนักงานและประสิทธิภาพของพวกเขาโดยเฉพาะพนักงานต้อนรับ ขอบคุณมากสําหรับพวกเขา ให้เราระบุจุดบวก การเช็คอินและเช็คเอาท์นั้นรวดเร็วและมีประสิทธิภาพ ทําเลที่ตั้งดี พนักงานมีความเอาใจใส่และมีประสิทธิภาพมาก อาหารเช้าอร่อยมาก ทําความสะอาดทุกวัน มีสปาและสระว่ายน้ําลง แต่ครั้งนี้ฉันไม่ได้ใช้มันเลยพูดอะไรมาก วิวจากระเบียงนั้นยอดเยี่ยมมาก ทําเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมเป็นเลิศ ตอนนี้มาพูดถึงห้องกันเถอะ ทุกอย่างเก่าและไม่ค่อยได้รับการดูแลอย่างดี ผ้าปูที่นอนผ้าคลุมเตียงหมอนและปลอกหมอนเก่าและมีจุดบนผ้าปูที่นอนผ้าคลุมเตียงและหมอนของฉันมีจุดที่แตกต่างกันบนผ้าปูที่นอนผ้าคลุมเตียงและหมอน ฉันโทรหาพนักงานต้อนรับทันทีและทุกอย่างก็เปลี่ยนไป AC ทํางานได้ไม่ดี ชักโครกเสีย & ทํางานได้ไม่ดี พรมเก่า ฉันไม่สามารถพูดอะไรเกี่ยวกับผ้าเช็ดตัวได้เพราะฉันไม่เคยใช้ผ้าเช็ดตัวของโรงแรม ฉันชอบโรงแรมนี้ แต่ฉันรู้สึกผิดหวังมากกับสถานการณ์ที่ฉันเห็นเมื่อฉันพัก 4 วันในครั้งนี้ โดยรวมถือว่าโอเค & ผ่านได้

للأسف الشديد كان هناك استغلال فاضح لحاجتنا الى السكن وتم رفض استقبالنا في الوحدة التي تم حجزها بحجة ان هناك لدينا ولدين كبار في السن ولابد من تغيير للوحدة السكنية بغرفتين منفصلتين وغير مطلة على البحر وإجبارنا بدفع 450 دولار زيادة وفرق في السعر ليصبح الاجمالي لسكن ل 9 ليالي مبلغ 2100 دولار وهذا كان مبلغ كبير جداً وهذا يدل على استغلال فاضح ولحد الان ترفض ادارة الفندق تزويدنا بفاتورة عن المبالغ المدفوعة ولانعلم ماهو السبب …….!!؟؟ نامل منكم اعتماد تقيمنا والبحث والتقصي عن ماحدث او سنظطر اسفين الرفع الى الهيئة العامة للسياحة في المملكة واستوضاح الامر منهم وبصفتكم الوسيط والوكيل في حجز الوحدة السكنية. وانتم الموكلين برضا العميل لديكم .

الفندق غرفه جيدة ومطلة على البحر جزئيا وموظفين الاستقبال ودودين ومرحبين ، قريب من وسط المدينة في يومرا  ولكن موقع الفندق في طلعة مرتفعة والوقوف صعب للسيارات وكذلك صالة الطعام عند المدخل والتراس منها مخصص للتدخين برائحة مزعجة

I had a fantastic stay at the newly built Garden House Hotel. The room was amazing, equipped with everything you could need, including a little fridge. It was also wonderfully warm, which is perfect if you’re staying during the colder months. Mahmut was amazing — very helpful and friendly, a lovely person. The only issue I encountered was the lack of signage indicating it’s the Garden House. Arriving on a rainy day made it harder since the internet wasn’t working and I had to knock on a few houses and ask for help to find the place. The streets are tiny and all houses are next to each other, making it tricky to locate. I’d recommend providing precise location details on the listing or advising guests to contact the host for exact directions, especially if they arrive at night or in bad weather. Aside from that, it was a really nice stay and I’d definitely come back!

Everything about the hotel was wonderful. The cleanliness was excellent, the facilities were great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect — everything you need is nearby. It’s especially convenient if you’re planning day trips to northern Trabzon areas such as Rize and Uzungöl, or even Batumi, Georgia. You can easily coordinate with local tour companies for pickup right across the street from cevehar  Mall, which is just a one-minute walk from the hotel. The only downside was the breakfast during the last two days of my stay — there was no buffet breakfast, and instead, they served set plates. I believe this was because there were not enough guests in the hotel at that time. Overall, it was an excellent stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel

Great place to stay, it was the best stay l had in turkey. The staff were friendly, helpful and can speak English. The view is mesmerizing, the location with its surroundings makes you forget that you are near the city. Once you enter the place you feel like you are in a secluded paradise with its beautiful landscape, architecture, views, hiking trails and much more. Also the idea that the restaurant is down stairs directly on the sea is amazing. Breakfast was great, one of the most enjoyable meals I had in a while. Last but not least ,I booked a duplex room and they upgrade us to a private cottage. Thank you for everything, we will be back for sure.

I had a wonderful stay! The room was very comfortable, clean, and stylish. The location is excellent, close to everything I needed, and the area felt very safe. The staff “ Abdul Rahman “ was welcoming and always ready to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back again.”

หยุดที่ North Star Hotel ใน Trabzon หนึ่งคืน เนื่องจากจําเป็นต้องมีโรงแรมที่ดีและมีคุณภาพสูงติดกับสนามบิน โดยรวมแล้วพวกเขามีความสุขมาก ห้องเตียงใหญ่ เตียงใหญ่และกว้างมาก เตียงนอนสบาย ห้องไม่มีกลิ่นแปลกๆ เฟอร์นิเจอร์ในห้องใหม่หมด ทีวีใหญ่พร้อมสมาร์ททีวี ที่นอนและท่อระบายน้ําอยู่ในสภาพดีเยี่ยม มีเครื่องปรับอากาศพร้อมโหมดทําความร้อนซึ่งสะดวกเป็นพิเศษ ในห้องยังมีชุดน้ําชา กาแฟ และน้ํา ผ้าเช็ดตัวสะอาดและผ้าปูที่นอนสด โรงแรมทิ้งความประทับใจที่ดีมากด้วยความยินดีที่จะกลับมาอีกครั้งและแนะนําให้เพื่อน ๆ

Very nice and conveniently located to the centre of markets and shopping. I was very disappointed in the breakfast - unimaginative and very limiting. Instant coffee - no Turkish or decent coffee. In the restaurant a family was having a loud Skype session with their young child. No other patrons were considered and the waiter did nothing to quiten this intrusive communication. Staff is very friendly and supportive. Rooms have a few bad knocks from travellers coming and going.
