Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Vom ersten Moment an habe ich mich herzlich willkommen und bestens betreut gefühlt. Das gesamte Team war stets hilfsbereit, aufmerksam und professionell – man merkt wirklich, dass hier mit Leidenschaft gearbeitet wird. Solch ein Service ist heutzutage nicht selbstverständlich und hat meinen Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und komme sehr gerne wieder! :)

Отличный отель. не далеко от аэропорта. Вежливый персоонал. На завтраке не было большого разнообразия. Мяса и рыбы на завтраке не было вообще.

Абсолютно новый отель, стоимость с завтраком номера просто смешная, есть парковка рядом с отелем. Все отлично, рядом с аэропортом, но самолетов не слышно, это для тех кто не любит шум, номера супер

โรงแรมเป็นห้องที่ดีมาก ห้องถูกจองไว้ที่ระเบียง สถานที่ห่างจากจตุรัสและตลาด แต่ร้านอาหารริมทะเลนั้นยอดเยี่ยมและอร่อย บริการของโรงแรมยอดเยี่ยมและรวดเร็ว แต่มีบางอย่างในห้องแตก เช่น ผ้าม่าน อะแดปเตอร์ และไม่มีที่จอดรถ และรถก็ปลอดภัย มันถูกเช่าโดยคนอื่น

“Bu otelde konaklamak kesinlikle ayrıcalıktır. Çalışanları otele varışınızdan çıkışınıza kadar sürekli ilgililer ve her konuda destek ve yardımcı oluyorlar. Gerek oda isteği gerekse şehir hakkında. Burada konakladığımız için çok mutluyuz

It is very close to the Airport and in the heart of the new part of the city, with many coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is brand new, and the staff was professional. There is a big supermarket just near to the hotel as well. You can walk to the seashore.

I had a wonderful stay at Residence Inn Trabzon. The hotel is perfectly located with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made my visit to Trabzon even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Ahmed for his constant support, attentiveness, and kindness throughout my stay. I also want to sincerely thank Lina, the manager, for her professionalism and warm attitude—she ensured everything was smooth and perfect. Additionally, I want to give a shoutout to the evening shift receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) for her helpfulness and friendly demeanor. She was always welcoming and ready to assist with anything, making my evenings at the hotel even more pleasant. If you’re visiting Trabzon and want a place where you’ll feel genuinely cared for, Residence Inn Trabzon is the perfect choice. Trabzon 明顯感覺像是國內的地級市，在這種地方，酒店有這樣的衞生和服務已經是非常滿意了。各方面都不錯，唯一缺點是當室外温度低時，酒店會統一關閉冷氣，儘管室內其實還是比較悶熱。
