A wonderful room with wonderful ergonomics, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. A quiet place with a great and varied buffet breakfast. We have a furry friend there, be sure to feed her some sausage :)

From the moment we arrived, everything felt just right. Our room was beautifully appointed — comfortable, stylish, and the kind of space you genuinely don’t want to leave. The balcony made it even better, giving us a lovely spot to wind down at the end of each day. The beach and pool area were simply stunning. Crystal-clear water, sun loungers at the ready, and an atmosphere that strikes the perfect balance between lively and relaxed. We spent most of our days here and never once wanted to be anywhere else. Breakfast deserves a special mention — it was an absolute highlight. Fresh, generous, and lovingly put together every morning. The authentic traditional Turkish tea served at the table was a true delight, and the simit — that gorgeous sesame-crusted bread — became my personal favourite way to start the day. What truly elevates Lugga above other hotels is the people. This is a family-run hotel, and you feel it in every interaction. The warmth here isn’t rehearsed — it’s genuine. The hand-made Turkish coffee offered at reception was an unexpectedly lovely touch, the kind of small gesture that stays with you long after you’ve checked out. We left already talking about coming back. Lugga isn’t just a hotel — it’s an experience. Highly, highly recommend. Останавливаемся в этих аппартаментах уже второй раз. Нас все устраивает. На кухне есть все необходимое для приготовления пищи. Есть стиральная и посудомоечная машина. В гостиной большой диван. Персонал очень приветливый. В прошлом отзыве я писала, что у кого чуткий сон может мешать шум с оживленной дороги - у нас номер выходил на бассейн. В этот раз у нас окна выходили на ресепшен , было тихо.

Very satisfied with the facilities of the room! The room is also very affordable. The reception staff at the front desk is friendly and enthusiastic, but his English is not very good, but it is not a big problem. The fly in the ointment is that the hot water in the rain is not hot enough, and the bath is a bit cold. The traffic is also convenient. There are many minibuss that pass through the door of the hotel. I have two more times to go directly to the beach, but this is because they are all downhill, and it will be very tiring if you walk up. Overall very satisfied.

4 stars, once, a long time ago! Perfect location, nicely designed, but long past it's prime. The receptionist said he was tired, when I arrived, they only had 9 rooms occupied out of 78, the 2nd weekend of June. Extensive gardens, overgrown, and dotted with broken hotel furniture. Deluxe room, overlooking the garden mess, and the WiFi didn't work. I asked for a kettle, but was told the management doesn't allow.....4 stars? An hour later Sumat ( super guy, trying hard) brought a kettle, but no cup. Cup arrived eventually. No water in the rooms. WiFi still not working, despite Sumats attempts. Then, the AC exploded and dumped 2 litres of water on the bed. Had to wait 40 mins in the bar for a clean room ( and 70 were unoccupied). My 2nd Delux room overlooked the carpentry work and staff area. That evening I realised the light bulbs were not working, except in the bathroom. I gave up, and slept. The following morning I opened the bathroom window, and it came off in my hands, as did the towel rail. It's so sad to see a beautiful hotel fall apart, staff are demoralised, and have lost interest. I escaped, as early as I could, and will not return.

Мы жили в апартаментах, они довольно большие, все необходимое было, можно было попросить средства для посудомойки и стиральной машины на ресепшен, где работала очень милая девушка, ей отдельное спасибо! Но состояние мебели, сантехники, спа зоны уже требуют ремонта. Завтраки нормальные, но ничего особенного. Нам важна была именно эта локация, из отелей рядом наверное лучше нету. В спа зоне теплый бассейн, в ноябре это приятно, потому что все открытые уже очень холодные или не работают. Мы были на машине, есть подземный паркинг. Отель неплохой, но за эти деньги было и лучше в Турции, возможно после ремонта будет хорошо, но мы вряд ли когда-то вернемся сюда, если снова будем в Бодруме.

We had a swim-up room in a quiet part of the hotel, and that was the best decision. Having a pool right there with a sea view made our stay truly exceptional. 😍 The property is a three star hotel and it shows some signs of wear and tear (albeit being very clean), but the services, amenities and staff are certainly worth 4 stars. The location is about 10 min from the beach, if you walk at a swift pace, but it’s so much better than any hotel that is close to a very tacky and noisy main street. Note: the beds didn’t have standard linen. They made the beds with a bottom sheet but no top sheet. It was just a bedspread left at the bottom of the bed. That was unusual and not exactly to my liking. We spoke to reception who sent the housekeeping staff over to our room. We asked for sheets but it was clear this is how they made all beds and no top sheet was provided.
