We found this hotel online and wasn’t sure about the location. Location is right in front of baghe jinnah and hotel was well equipped. Suggestion: add hair dryer and iron stand. It was great experience staying at this hotel.

I waited more than 30 minutes for check-in even though they told me it would be ready at 3 PM. The apartment was still not prepared, and it felt like we were not treated as guests at all. At check-out, they asked us to stop and wait again because they needed to inspect the apartment before letting us leave. Because of this delay, I ended up missing my flight. The whole experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

We had an excellent stay. The hotel and the staff were amazing throughout our stay of 10 days. The breakfast and the location was also superb. Cannot fault it for anything. The complimentary airport drop off and pick up was added benefit which other hotels do not provide. We will be coming back again.
