I recently stayed at Grand Summit Hotel General Santos and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located in General Santos City, making it easy to access malls, restaurants, and key areas around the city. The property itself feels modern, clean, and well-maintained, which immediately gave a good first impression upon arrival. The room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. I especially appreciated the cleanliness and the quality of the bed—it made it easy to relax after a long day. The amenities provided were more than adequate, and everything worked smoothly during my stay. Service was another highlight. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with requests. Check-in and check-out were efficient, which made the overall experience seamless.
