Spotless clean. Breakfast ingredients were of the cheapest kind each (eggs, gouda) but selection was solid.

Good Facilities, But Service Was Incredibly Disappointing The living conditions and amenities are good, but the service I received was a major disappointment and completely disrupted my plans. This is why I feel my spending of time and money was a waste, which is reflected in my low rating. My problems started with the check-in. I completed the online check-in successfully, but I could not get my access code. I was forced to wait for over an hour at the train station while trying to resolve this. I was stuck in a frustrating loop with a chatbot that kept insisting the code was in my booking details (it was not). Only after I finally managed to reach a real person was the access code sent to me. To make matters worse, I was then informed that a serviceman would need to enter my room for repairs the next day between 10 AM and 2 PM. I was shocked by this, especially since I had an important work video call scheduled for that exact time. This forced me to find a quiet café to work from, leading to additional expenses. My rating for service and confidentiality is very low. The lack of communication and respect for a guest's privacy and schedule is unacceptable.

โรงแรมนี้มีห้องพักค่อนข้างเยอะ เรียกได้ว่าเป็นโรงแรมที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในเมืองนี้ เครื่องทําความร้อนในห้องอุ่นมาก ห้องที่ฉันอาศัยอยู่ยังมีไมโครเวฟ เตาแม่เหล็กไฟฟ้า และตู้เย็น อาหารเช้าค่อนข้างน่าพอใจ ยกเว้นขนมปังมันฝรั่งและไข่คนเป็นอาหารร้อน ที่เหลือเป็นอาหารเย็นทั้งหมด สาวๆที่แผนกต้อนรับพูดภาษาอังกฤษได้และไม่มีปัญหาในการสื่อสาร พนักงานทําความสะอาดพูดภาษาเยอรมันเท่านั้น ฉันชอบหน้าต่างกระจกของโรงแรมมาก เป็นหน้าต่างบานใหญ่แบบเยอรมันทั่วไป ระบายอากาศได้ดี บริเวณโดยรอบค่อนข้างสะดวก มีห้างสรรพสินค้าและร้านค้าเล็กๆ อยู่ห่างออกไป ยกเว้นอาหารเช้าที่ซ้ําซากจําเจเล็กน้อย อย่างอื่นก็โอเค

ดีมากค่ะ คุ้มค่า แนะนําเลยค่ะ ดีมากๆ ค่ะ เพื่อนๆ ชอบมากค่ะ คราวหน้าจะพาครอบครัวมาเช็คอินค่ะ อาหารเช้า หลากหลาย เดินทางสะดวก ทัศนคติของคู่รักก็ดีมากค่ะ

I recently stayed at this simple, functional hotel. The location was its biggest strength. It is just a short distance from the French border and convenient for getting into the Saarland. The hotel itself is exactly what you'd expect from a basic spot. The room is clean and comfortable with great bed. One minor element is the busy noisy road.

Delightful welcome - made to feel at ease. Spotless room with balcony: plenty of space. Bottle of water waiting.  The nearest thing to a niggle is that I prefer a hard mattress, but I realise that I am in a minority… Superb breakfast - as good as any I have enjoyed.

อพาร์ทเมนท์สไตล์โรงแรม ห้องไม่ใหญ่ สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกในการตกแต่งค่อนข้างเก่า ฉนวนกันเสียงไม่ค่อยดี สุขอนามัยของห้องไม่ทุกวัน บอกบริกรเมื่อจําเป็น แต่ทําเลดีมาก อยู่ใจกลางเมือง สะดวกมากสําหรับร้านอาหาร ซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ต และสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวใกล้เคียง มีห้องครัวขนาดเล็กและเครื่องครัว เหมาะสําหรับผู้ที่ต้องการออกไปทานอาหารนอกบ้านและทําอาหารในอพาร์ตเมนต์ อัตราส่วนราคา/ประสิทธิภาพก็โอเค

Das Hotel hat sehr saubere und relativ neue Zimmer, in denen man sich direkt wohlfühlt. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung mit einer guten Auswahl. Besonders praktisch ist die zentrale Lage – die Innenstadt ist in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, den man weiterempfehlen kann.

Perfect modern hotel voor overnachting, vlak naast de snelweg.  Geen restaurant voor diner, maar wel in de directe omgeving, ofwel overkant van de weg het Brauhaus, met vnl. eetcafé gerechten en o.a. zelfgebrouwen bier.  Een prima ontbijtbuffet in het hotel.

Immer wenn ich im Saarland bin übernachte ich in diesem Hotel alleine oder mit meiner Familie es ist perfekt ich kann es jedem empfehlen.
