The room facilities were okay, but the ac definitely needs improvement. When we checked into the room, the fan was already on. After switching the fan off, we noticed that the air conditioner was not cooling the room properly and it felt quite warm. We ended up sleeping with only the fan running throughout the night, which was disappointing as we did not expect such an experience. 😓 We checked the air conditioner ourselves and confirmed that it was switched on and set to the correct temperature. We also noticed that the lobby air conditioning was extremely cold, so there seemed to be a significant difference compared to our room. We reported the issue to the front desk, but were informed that the room air conditioner was functioning well. Unfortunately, this was not our experience, and it affected our overall comfort during the stay.

4🌟 พักที่ Riverside Majestic Hotel Astana Wing สําหรับ4D3N โดยรวมแล้วเป็นการพักที่สะดวกสบายพร้อมพนักงานที่เป็นมิตรและช่วยเหลือดีมากตลอดการเดินทางของเรา แม่บ้านก็ทําได้ดีด้วยความสะอาดของห้องและการจัดเตียงทุกวัน หนึ่งในส่วนที่ดีที่สุดของการเข้าพักคือทิวทัศน์ที่สวยงามที่สามารถมองเห็นทะเลสาบกูชิง วิวพระอาทิตย์ตกจากห้องพักนั้นดีและผ่อนคลายจริงๆ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในตอนเย็น อาหารเช้ามีความหลากหลายค่อนข้างดี ระหว่างการเข้าพัก 4D3N ของเรา แผงลอยสดให้บริการ Laksa Sarawak และ Kolomee อย่างต่อเนื่อง ซึ่งเป็นสัมผัสที่ดีในท้องถิ่น ส่วนสลัดและอาหารจานร้อนบางจานก็เปลี่ยนทุกวันเช่นกัน ดังนั้นอาหารเช้าจึงไม่รู้สึกซ้ําซากจําเจเกินไป อย่างไรก็ตาม สําหรับโรงแรม 4-star ยังมีรายละเอียดการบํารุงรักษาที่ค่อนข้างมากที่ต้องปรับปรุง ในคืนแรกของเรา เราเผชิญปัญหากับเครื่องปรับอากาศไม่เย็นพอ หลังจากแจ้งที่เคาน์เตอร์ด้านหน้าแล้ว พนักงานก็ตอบรับอย่างดีและจัดเปลี่ยนห้องให้เรา ห้องที่สองมีเครื่องปรับอากาศที่ดีกว่ามาก อีกจุดเล็กๆ ที่ต้องปรับปรุงคือสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกในห้องพัก กาแฟและชาเติมเฉพาะวันแรกที่เช็คอินและไม่เติมในวันถัดไป โดยรวมแล้วยังคงเป็นการพักที่น่ารื่นรมย์พร้อมบริการที่ดีจากทีมงาน แต่สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกและการบํารุงรักษาของโรงแรมสามารถปรับปรุงเพิ่มเติมได้อย่างแน่นอน

It was a good check-in experience last night being upgraded to Executive which we greatly appreciated it for a while till we stayed in…. which became a great disappointment…. 1) bedsheet and pillow smelled as if not washed and pillows were old!! 2) run down shower utilities with no repair on shelving and especially the shower head could not fit in the holder for a proper shower and obvious uncleanliness in the shower cubicle with glass door could not shut properly…. 3) broken door lock

The hotel is at the Sibu town centre thus very convenient to hunt for food and some shopping nearby. The night market is less than 10 mins walk away. Basement car park is available. It is considered second best Hotel in town though the design is outdated. Rooms are nice and cosy and clean. Staff are friendly and polite. Breakfast is acceptable and the environment is good. The only downside of this Hotel is the security where there is no access control in the lift (key card access to individual floor) and also no security guard at the overhead walkway linking the Hotel to the Shopping complex.

The hotel is located in a nice area near Jepak Bridge, making it a great place for a relaxing stay. Guests can enjoy a pleasant walk along the seaside and take in the beautiful scenery. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing a pleasant environment to rest. One downside is the breakfast price. At RM48 per person, it feels quite expensive compared to the options available nearby. Nevertheless, the hotel's excellent location, cleanliness, and roomy accommodations make it a good choice for travelers visiting the area.

ฉันมีความสุขมากที่ได้พักที่โรงแรมนี้ และเป็นประสบการณ์ที่น่าประทับใจอย่างยิ่ง ขั้นตอนการเช็คอินราบรื่นและน่าพึงพอใจ ขอบคุณสำหรับการต้อนรับที่อบอุ่น ห้องพักยอดเยี่ยมมาก กว้างขวาง สะอาดเอี่ยม และมีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน ทำเลที่ตั้งสะดวกต่อการเดินทางไปสนามบิน จะกลับมาพักอีกแน่นอน

ทําเลที่ตั้งยังโอเคเพราะโฆษณาห้างสรรพสินค้าจึงมีความสุขที่จะกินหรือซื้อของ แค่อยากไปริมน้ํา ใช้เวลา 25 นาที ข้างหน้า อพาร์ทเมนท์ก็เอเวอร์เซ่ แค่เราสั่ง 2 ห้อง ชั้น 13 ตลกคือ wifi ที่พวกเราใช้คือ wifi ของโรงแรมช้าไปหน่อย สบู่อาบน้ําในห้องไม่มี บอกว่าเป็นเม็ด สุดท้ายก็บอกให้ส่ง เตารีดก็ไม่ดี พอเช็คเอ้าท์ถาม บอกว่าอยากคุยส่งใหม่ 🤧 แม้ว่าเวลาถึงแชทไม่มีคําตอบ น่าอายอีกแล้ว ถ้าจะใช้เครื่องซักผ้าต้องเช่า 35 rm ต่อคืน 👎 น่าจะเป็นสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกที่เราได้รับเมื่อเราเช่าอพาร์ตเมนต์ ฉันอาศัยอยู่ในอพาร์ตเมนต์อื่น แม้ว่าเครื่องซักผ้าจะไม่อยู่ในห้อง แต่เก็บไว้ด้านล่าง ถ้าเราใช้มันฟรี นี่คือสิ่งที่ต้องจ่าย มัดจํา 200rm ได้เงินสดอีก 37 rm บอกว่าสะอาด อพาร์ทเมนท์ไม่มี ไม่รู้ อีกชั้นของเจ้าของอีกชั้นก็เช่นกัน
