This is by far the best and cleanest hotel we have stayed in throughout our trip across Central Asia. The location is central, close to everything, there’s even supermarkets in the neighbourhood. Everything was perfect and the people who work here are so nice and helpful. They have all the amenities you could need, the room is spacious with the comfiest beds and high quality sheets, slippers, bathrobes; the bathroom is spacious, cozy and practical and more importantly clean. There is also a bidet. They provide water, fruits, free laundry and whatever you need. The only thing missing is a mini fridge but we did not mind. You can use the microwave in the basement to heat your food and there’s always tea, coffee and water. There are mainly Chinese and Pakistani employees and they are all super nice. Special thanks to the two very kindPakistani guys who work in the laundry and restaurant in the basement, they have helped us and made us feel so comfortable. I have extended our stay as we needed to rest and I don’t regret my decision.

I used this hotel for a business trip and had a very positive experience. Location & Dining: The location is excellent for dining options. There are two cafes directly across the street, and additional restaurants and cafes in the neighboring block, making meal times very convenient. While the on-site restaurant was under renovation and unavailable, the hotel provided a free breakfast voucher for a nearby café, which was a great alternative. I'm excited about the future, as the renovated restaurant is expected to become NAVAT, a highly-regarded establishment in the city. I look forward to staying here again after the renovation is complete! Amenities & Comfort: I was very appreciative of the complimentary amenities in the room, including the free bottled water, electric kettle, and supplies for coffee and tea. The restroom and shower were clean and very easy to use. Service: The hotel staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. They promptly handled my sudden request for a taxi and provided very detailed and useful information about the city. Their hospitality significantly enhanced my stay. Overall: Highly recommended. A very comfortable stay with exceptional service and a convenient location.

ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม - ห้านาทีจากห้างสรรพสินค้าและร้านอาหารมากมายในบริเวณใกล้เคียง พนักงานทุกคนสุภาพและช่วยเหลือดี... มีชายคนหนึ่งพยายามให้ซิมการ์ดฟรีแก่ฉัน แต่น่าเสียดายที่ซิมการ์ดหมดอายุแล้ว ห้องพักมีขนาดใหญ่และสว่างสดใสและยังเงียบสงบอีกด้วย อาหารเช้าอร่อยและรวดเร็ว

อาหารเช้าหลากหลายและคัดสรรมาอย่างดี ในฐานะนักเดินทาง ฉันรู้สึกสะดวกสบายและปลอดภัย พนักงานต้อนรับเป็นมิตรและคอยช่วยเหลือเสมอ ห้องพักค่อนข้างเสียงดังเพราะพัดลมข้างนอก แต่ฉันก็สามารถเปลี่ยนห้องได้ มีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตและร้านกาแฟมากมายอยู่ฝั่งตรงข้าม ฉันพอใจมาก!

酒店很新，硬件設施非常好，房間大，床也超級大，如果能在房間配個小冰箱就更棒了。 酒店前台、餐廳和其他工作人員都非常友善，極力協助住客的需求。 酒店位置也不錯，馬路對面就是一個大公園，去市區其他地方打車比如大清真寺也都在200som以內。

Хороший отель. Чистый номер. Матрасы заменили по требованию на мягкие . В номере прохладно , но стоит обогреватель. Отличные завтраки . Большой бассейн , сауна и хамам отличные. Понравилось качество массажа

ทุกอย่างยอดเยี่ยม ยกเว้นการบริการ เราสั่งรูมเซอร์วิส แต่ตอนแรกมาเสิร์ฟแบบไม่มีช้อนส้อม จากนั้นเราก็สั่งซุปไก่ (เพราะพนักงานรับอาหารไม่สบาย) เรารอนานกว่าชั่วโมง พนักงานลงมาเตือนเราสองครั้ง แล้วก็ยกอาหารกลับมาที่ห้องเราเอง แทบไม่ได้ทำให้จานหล่นเลย คำถาม: คุณคิดค่าบริการ 15% ของปริมาณอาหารที่สั่งไปสำหรับบริการอะไร แบบนี้ลูกค้าควรจะต้องจ่ายเพิ่ม

It’s a very new hotel, only opened for 2 months. Room are big and clean, beds are comfortable. Location is good. But you cannot find it on Google map or Yandex map. Luckily they provide free airport pick up. Service is good. However it’s a Chinese hotel, 90% of the guests are Chinese bizman. So the atmosphere is not really suitable for tourist. Only 2 tables in the garden, often are occupied. They offer full Chinese bft which is fine for me, but nowhere to sit to eat. The staff are very kind and helpful but limited information about travelling request. Price performance is good, but only suits Chinese.
