Sono già stato in questo albergo, come al solito ho avuto una bella esperienza , personale gentile e simpatico, struttura pulita e funzionante. Soddisfatto e consigliato

Отель расположен в здании бывшего монастыря в сердце старого города. Большим плюсом является наличие собственной парковки. В отеле есть прекрасная терраса для аперитива на берегу озера Орта.

L'hotel è posizionato proprio di fronte alla stazione Porta Nuova, posizione molto strategica per chi vuole visitare la città a piedi senza avere il peso dei bagagli al seguito. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e professionale. Al momento del check-in ci hanno chiesto se avremmo preferito una camera con il letto matrimoniale (al posto dei 2 letti singoli accostati). Inoltre, avendo espresso il timore di sentire il rumore del traffico e del tram ci hanno spontaneamente cambiato camera dandocene una posizionata sul lato interno. La camera era veramente confortevole e silenziosa, molto spaziosa e con un terrazzino favoloso! Lo stile è un po' retrò ma elegante. Nell'hotel è presente anche una SPA ma non ne abbiamo usufruito per mancanza di tempo. Non abbiamo scelto la colazione ma a poche centinaia di metri ci sono bar e pasticcerie. Consiglio Pasticceria e cioccolateria Pfatish, strepitosa!

Warm welcome of desk staffs and English speaker...so no language barrier. Good breakfast, clean and nice rooms. Comfortable beds. Still figuring how trip.com could give me a better quote than IHG for being a member.

Struttura nel centro di Torino, ma molto tranquilla. Letto molto confortevole, ottimi prodotti da bagno, cucina attrezzata con dotazione di acqua, caffè e the. Fermata dei mezzi pubblici molto vicina e parcheggio a pagamento (decisamente caro però), proprio di fronte alla struttura. Esperienza molto positiva complessivamente

Schlechte Reinigung, im Bad überall Kalk und teilweise Schimmel in den Fugen; die Dusche ist undicht (Tür lässt sich nicht richtig schliessen). Man hört im ersten Stock alles vom Innenhof/Frühstück und aus dem Gang. Personal beim Empfang nett, bei der Abreise gar nicht. Von NH Collection bin ich mir eigentlich einen besseren Standard und Service gewohnt...

ทำเลดีมาก อยู่ติดกับสถานีรถไฟ porta susa เลย เดินทางสะดวกมีป้ายรถเมล์และสถานีรถไฟใต้ดินอยู่ใกล้ๆ พนักงานเป็นมิตรและพูดภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี โรงแรมค่อนข้างเก่าไปหน่อย แต่ขนาดห้องกว้างพอควรสำหรับพักคนเดียว มีตู้เย็น กาต้มน้ำ น้ำดื่ม ชาและกาแฟให้ฟรี ทีวีจอเล็กไปหน่อยและมีแต่ช่องพูดภาษาอิตาลี ในห้องมีปุ่มกดเยอะแยะไปหมดแต่ไม่มีบอกว่าทำอะไรต้องลองกดดูเอง มีปลั๊กไฟแค่อันเดียวในห้องไม่ค่อยสะดวก ราคาไม่แพงตอนจองประมาณ 2 พันต้นๆเท่านั้นรวมอาหารเช้าแบบบุฟเฟ่ต์มีไส้กรอก เบคอน ไข่ ขนมปัง ผลไม้ ให้ด้วย โอเคมาก

Lovely hotel, clean rooms, very good breakfast. Staff is friendly and helpful! Although the hotel is not located in the historic centre it is in walking distance and just beside the tram line which is really convenient..15 min walk to the main train station. Good value for money, it was overall a great stay!

Hôtel en extérieur de Turin mais pratique d’accès en voiture. Parking gratuit devant l’hôtel et payant à l’intérieur. Accueil sympa, hôtel propre et petit déjeuner correct. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Je recommande pour un week-end si vous avez une voiture pour vous déplacer.

Hotel and room itself were okay, but I was shocked when someone opened my door and walked into my room at 9:15am in the morning without knocking or ringing beforehand, while I was still sleeping . Again someone (not sure if same person) walked into my room at around 10am (checkout time is 12pm), this time it was the mini-bar guy, asking if the mini bar items need to be restocked. I brought this up at the reception upon checkout, and the receptionist was a bit surprised to hear and stated that she would speak with the mini-bar guy. Another, seemingly more senior receptionist chimed in, and seemed to put the blame on me for not putting out the ”do not disturb” sign at my door. I've stayed in numerous high/low end hotels in multiple countries around the world, I've never had a guy open my room door and walk into my room just because I didn't put out a ”dnd” sign. Again, checkout time is 12:00pm.
